My mom taught me a similar game called bullshit. It's similar except you need to put down cards in order starting from lowest to highest. You can lie about what you put down but people call bullshit. If you were telling the truth, the one who called takes all the cards in the pile, otherwise you will do it. Game ends when all but one players run out of cards.

yumeko's animation when confronting yumemite was actually very popular in horror/thriller animes and illustrations back in the day! I think the same goes for the traditional music in the background but I could be mistaken about that :p
