The Ains pull up, this man plans for everything

Comments

✨《HENTAI GOD》✨

The Godkins were mentioned before in season 2, the girl playing with the rubkis cube.

Edgar Delibo Jr.

Bro... if you listen closely when Albedo was saying goodbye to Ainz and was about to depart she said "Lord Momonga" not Lord Ainz... might be a minor detail but you can see that she truly only loves "Momonga" and also I just caught that just now 🤯

Edgar Delibo Jr.

In the LN this shit were it was revealed that Ainz was fighting the Warrior King blew my fucking mind. I started questioning reality and how the fuck Ainz knew about the plan that Jir had when its clear that Jir was being very secretive and him going to the colosseum was actually just a coincidence as well and not planned. I was so shell shocked that I started reading the same paragraph repeatedly.😅

Mari

First

CXV

early as hell

Rocksolo

Y’all saw the god- min before back in season 3 or 2 aniz had to fight sheltear

Liudmila Duk

please react the trio to "Kanata no Astra", you won't regret it <3

Kingmakaii

Bro this my second time watching this and I still can’t get over how this nigga stressing so hard that he fucking going bald lmao like bro chill you stressing for nothing and I would of sold them niggas out when I heard ains name plans changed my boy sell out time yo they the Slane Theocracy 😭

Realistboi

Man y’all are blessing us with these early uploads, thx 🌸

Jdogzero Silverblade

the eye that appeared on sharltear was a fear ability casted by one of the elf twins so ainz had the last second or so to finish his casting. its why she said shorty before she got killed. otherwise she would have landed a hit that would put her just above the health needed to tank the spell.

Elizabeth Darby

I kinda of feel bad for him. Ains is stressing him the fuck out😂😭

Sugoi_Boi__

I forget what episode it was but they showed the two God-Kin people before, and they had been playing with a Rubix Cube

Luhbabytay

The God-Kin Has appear before already in season 2 or beginning of season 3. Y’all said something about the characters design looking good

Paul Tar

anyone catch that she said Momonga-sama instead of Ainz? just before leaving in the carriage?

Tyler

Considering what gets revealed next episode, this entire situation is absolutely hilarious.

Mari

Yeah it was the beginning of season 2 when they appeared for a good 30 seconds and that was the last time you’ve seen them🤣

CJ

Yeah she sometimes calls him by his real name when her emotions run high

azerangga

Ainz with the epic entrance

Bill

Yep, its all about the wording. When Ainz reprogrammed her in Episode 1 he wrote "She is in love with Momonga" - so it is Momonga she loves, not Ainz. That's why when we saw her in her room playing with her plushies there was a flag of Ainz oal Gown wadded up on the floor and she has Momonga's personal flags flying, and also why she said "This is ridiculous" when going to save Tuare "in the name of Ainz oal Gown"

KingRoboNinja

So difficult to watch such smart people disregard the truth for the sole reason of not believing in the impossible 😂 they were the only people to get so close to the truth as well 😭

cade-carter

S2 ep 1. We first saw the guy on s1 ep9 I think and he blocked 1 of shalltears atks.

JTUltima

They showed the black scripture brainwash Shalltear in season 1 episode 10. when they said the loss of Kaire weakened the black scripture that was the lady Shalltear killed with a lance right as she got brainwashed by that lady in that episode. You saw both of those "god-kin" before, in season 2 episode 1 the girl was holding a Rubik's cube telling the other god-kin how much she wants a child with someone strong enough to beat her. Also the sunlight scripture were the people that attacked carne village and almost killed Gazef with the angel army in the first few episodes. Finally, Clemintine's alias is windstrider so she's who the theocracy were saying betrayed them.

Danny

Jircniv was actually a super smart leader/ruler. He just overestimated and though too deeply against Ainz. Well to be fair, Demiurge will see through him anyway but Jirc was definitely tripping over himself. If Ainz didnt exist, he wouldve been a formidable emperor. In s3, i was rly impressed with almost all his actions: like how he assessed Ainz's powers by sending in workers, using the noble as an excuse, forging an alliance when he realize they were far too powerful, even going as far as to bait the kingdom to fight against Ainz in order to rally support againt him. All were good moves and its only undermined by the fact that Demiurge exists and that Ainz and Nazarick are far too powerful for these schemes to work

KingRoboNinja

I wasn’t referring to Jircniv, I’m talking about the Slane Theocracy.. Jircniv is really smart, and that’s what destroyed him lol

関口信玄

Lmao I love how both Roshi and Lupa said "Stop" to Sheera at the same time XD

Fabi

this is the season where I recommend the novels the most first reason. if you are here, after 4 seasons and love this anime. go read the Novels for more details also with 10,11 and 14 beeing thicker (1-9 have around 250 - 270 pages but 10 & 11 315 and 14 with 365 pages) a little bit more is skipped. thats also a littly why I am afraid of the movie. while it only covers 2 Novels a Movie has not so much time as a season. and Novel 12 has 266 pages. now thats standard but 13 has 376 Pages. I think the movie may be a bit short so ich you LOVE or enjoy the show. Go read the Novels. a bonus: if you like the art in the endings? they are from So-Bin, who does the artwork in the Novels. (and man I can't stop gushing about his art)

lyssa

Yeah but momonga and ainz are the same person so she loves him regardless of the name change

Devin B

From the outside looking in it does seem too farfetched for them to believe that Ainz and Momon are working together. But that just shows how smart Ainz is cause he made sure to play the role of Momon perfectly.

lyssa

I really hope we see the God kin in action very soon

Guns

The way the emperor yelled good luck to the troll king is like a kid watching his big brother try to convince their parents to buy new toys 🤣🤣

NecDW4

Roshi, you already saw one of those God Kin in S2. They were the one playing with the Rubiks Cube.

Devin B

@Xavier Clark cause they're his last hope in trying to defeat Ainz. If he doesn't have them on his side then he's screwed. I mean he's screwed anyways but he thinks he might have a small chance with them.

KingRoboNinja

Well yea that’s what I’m saying.. it was so farfetched it was a impossible outcome, tbh I was surprised they got as close as they did. After this newest episode I was thinking “Man this dude Ainz could’ve done all this in season 1” but then remembered how important of a character Momon is.. so yea I definitely agree that without Momon in the equation they probably would’ve figured it out

Slumped

The eye yall talking about was not controlling Shaltear that was Aura, the female elf twin using a fear ability on Shaltear to stop her from getting a hit on Ainz who hesitated to land the final blow on Shaltear

Infinity

these guys are still clapping themselves in full force from stuff in S1 that was already answered lmao. You literally saw who cast the control spell on shalteer and you also saw shalteer murder her immeidately after. You've also already been introduced to the god-kin in season 2. Ains just doesn't know shalteer killed the girl who controlled her which forced shalteer to just go in auto attack mode afterwhich she clapped the dragon boi.

L.C.

The godkin were already introduced. You saw the girl specifically in a scene talking about how she wanted to have a baby from someone stronger than her

L.C.

I guess you have experience being the leader of a nation and having to deal with an immortal god of death type of monster showing up on your front door and making your entire exist seem like nothing but a fly on the wall that can easily get smacked with a fly swatter. If ainz told my guy to get on his knees and suck his bone my guy literally has no other option because ainz can literally use his power to manipulate him to do it. I don't think its really all that easy to chill in that type of situation.

Kingmakaii

As long as he don’t betray him he good bro stressing going bald for no reason and I wouldn’t be in the position I’m not bowing to nobody so you might as well go on and wipe out my me and my kingdom cuz Ion bow to no man dead or alive lmao

grodon909

Some of that stuff is easy to miss, so there's no reason to blame them. Like, the scene with Shaltear killing the casters isn't fully explained and her attack on them was like 1 second long, out of like 8 hrs of content since then if you watch it straight.

Vinheim

I wonder if the Slane Theocracy would worship Ainz if he took the girls Zesshi's Rubiks cube and solved it in like 10 seconds lol xD

Ougi

u guys gotta get around to log horizon at some point, 1 of if not the best isekai show it dont dissapoint

Lola

I low-key feel bad for the Emperor, the man was stressed out

KeYo

so the warriors just stayed outside doing nothing?

Tony Sylar

The "eye" from Shalltear's fight wasn't the person who mind-controlled her. It was Aura. She used one of her skills to make Shalltear hesitate, therefore she failed to destroy the cash item Ainz used to shorten the Super-Tier spell that killed her.

Duane Si

Out of topic, will you guys be reacting to Isekai Quartet? It's not cannon but would really love to see how you guys see how each shows interact with one another

kurumi Tokisaki

He woud def torture you. You sound weak af actually. Id do anything to protect the human race. Even if you killed yourself he would bring you back just so you could experince hell. Get some honor for something

Kingmakaii

And if you watch the show you know ainz ain’t just go go around murdering everybody for no reason he’s not gonna kill anyone in that kingdom unless that nigga betray him him doing shady shit is what’s gonna get everybody killed ainz wants ally’s for nazirk but since he doing shady shit he about to get everybody in the kingdom killed

Stephen Choi

Demiurge “SASUGA Ainz-sama i cant believe he planned all this” Ainz “theres a plan? I just came to say hi”

Pilausky

She also doesn't like the name Ainz because it represents all the other supreme beings that abandoned them

L.C.

Wasn't it just in the last episode that they saw the old man adamentite adventurer? So you guys have already seen another adamentite besides momon and this group.

Pilausky

For a real life comparison it would be like if Hitler and Winston Churchill were the same person and Stalin and the Emperor of Japan were working under them

L.C.

Dang lol its been a minute since you guys been clapping your own cheeks this hard. I hope you guys catch up on the stuff you missing out on. It is a bit hard to keep up with everything going on in this series. 2 episodes of clappage tho.... sheeesh.

KushWookieee

Pretty sure Ainz actually didn't mean to see him here and the emperor was just making up his own narrative since he believes that Ainz is so incredibly cunning that it couldn't be an accident. He is fooling himself over a coincidence. Just in case you didn't pick up on that xd

Jay

are god kin npcs from the other gods (players) or they just strong humans? man this is really making me want to pick up the light novel

Mari

Really not sure if this is a spoiler or not so imma delete it in a few hours, but god kin are the descendants of players from Yggdrasil, I’d advised you to go on ahead and pick up them light novels my boy, this is one of the first show’s that got me into manga/light novels

Rakudai

Its really hard to enjoy other novels if you read overlord, the details are insane!

Jay

Damn that's probably way better then being npcs. I'm surprised non of them showed up yet.

ken_tka

this is probably ur 5th time rewatching this series while its only their first watch. relax

DragGuard

Just so its clear because they did show it in the anime. The one that cast the control spell on Shalltear died before she could give Shalltear any commands. The caster casted the spell as Shalltaer threw her lance at her. The spell was completed but no command was given before the lance hit and killed the caster.

Rena

not really a spoiler evil eye says that god kin are the descendants of players in season 2 of the novel in the anime she just says "is he a god kin referring to momon" cos you you know everything is shortened in the anime

Rena

Oh btw for anime only fans a lot of people think that humans are dumb for not trusting Ainz just cos he's undead. Two things to consider: 1. Ainz karma is -500 (Extreme Evil, -500 is the max evil your karma can go) Demiurge karma is same and solution karma is -400 (Great Evil) 2. The legend of landfall (NO SPOILER VERSION) Around 200-250 years ago there was a undead princess ruler and overnight her whole HUMAN kingdom was turned into mindless undead. So Humans not trusting undead isn't unreasonable at all, also its a fact that undead from this world hate the living.

L.C.

Ooooof. lol. Even when I am not trolling that hard I still get the salty replies.

Tyler

I guessed that was probably the case. It has been shown that nothing in this world can compare to Yggdrasil entities so I guessed that either they are way overestimating the capabilities of god kin or if they can compete with Nazarick it would be exactly what Mari said.

Fabi

yeah Demi too is -500 also thank you for saying it. undead hate the living. there is no reason for anyone in this world to trust Ainz yet

Fabi

nop. not entierly yes Shalltear was given without command. but that was because the shield dude died and the caster (Lady kaire or something) was badly injured so the black scripture retreated. she later died because of the wounds

Fabi

well it wasn't really a girl and shalltear didn't kill the caster directly

Fabi

no. i don't think (maybe this is a joke but I have to be serious) Slane wants humans to be the dominating race. they hate non humans and undeads of course it could be that they think he is on of the siy gods. i don't remember if on of them was undead

Fabi

3:18 yes that also i say it again. he sees them as children (of his friends) so the relationship is kinda like dad and child

Fabi

sorry wrong person he didn't appear. maybe you meant Zinedine Delan Guelfi ;)

Fabi

old man? i can't remember that. do you mean fluder? they saw the blue roses in season 2. that was adamantite

bob berry

Fun fact a kiss a day actually does help prevent you from getting sick as much

Drake Rage

We do know who used the Mind Control skill on Shaltear since Season 1 though. It was Slane Theocracy. They have dropped information here and there about how Slane Theocracy know a lot more than others about God-Level beings (Players like Ainz). We have also seen other Adamantite adventurers, like Kingdom's strongest Adamantite team who worked with Momon during the Jaldabaoth incident. Also about Ainz and how he sees his people: Like Fabi said, Ainz sees them as children, him and his friends created these "NPCs," so they are like offspring. Ainz feels terrible about changing Albedo's setting to "Loves Ainz" but even though Albedo said she does not mind, and that she would have loved Ainz either way, still Ainz does not want to do romantic stuff with what he sees as his friend's children.

Drake Rage

More specifically it was Aura, the girl Elf that distracted Shaltear; Since Ainz hesitated for a split-second to kill Shaltear, which might have gotten him killed if Aura had not distracted Shaltear.

WeavyBoo

Ok that kiss scene was adorable

Aziouss

Cant they revive people ? I mean humanity can actually stand a chance if someone like her can cast that spell again!

Chimera134

Since others have said that we know who mind controlled Shaltear already I'll mention a few other thins from the books. 1. When Albedo was trying to kiss Ainz and her lips puckered, the reason why her face turns all cute and silly-ish is cause in the book when she made the kissy face Ainz thought her plump lips looked like an octopus and he didn't know how to react lmao. 2. If you are reallly fast you'll hear a lot of details referencing season 1 but some of the crazy stuff they mention really quick is Clementines title before she went rogue. She was called WindStrider and was a member of the black scripture, the secret spies/ assassins and workhorses of the Secret Slaine theocracy council. 3. Cool little side story piece skipped, there was a whole chapter on the slaine theocracy heads making jokes and seeing the city and stuff and how all of them have given up a normal life in pursuit of a better world for their citizens. 4. The Godkins were mentioned before in season 2, the girl playing with the rubkis cube. At this point in time the light novel has already pretty much stated it, soooo. The Godkins are descendants of players from long ago! it seems every 200 years or so "Ripples" happen in the world that bring in players, such as the eight greed kings 800 years ago or the six heroes a I believe 600 years ago. However most of them have been lower level as far as we know. The eight greed kings pretty much ruled the world and it's believed they were level 60 to 80. 5. Just as a reminder, Ainz is actually middle tier among the Level 100 players! There are absolutely insane people out there and if any of them had been taken instead the show would probably be a looot different. However Ainz is actually really smart, just also really cautious and kinda dumb at times. He had a first loss rule where he would challenge an enemy to a best of 3, then throw the 1st match to see all the skills the enemy had. Then build a set just for that player and wreck them on round 2 and 3. 6. In the books its not just Jircniv's hair thats falling out, he also has a stomach ulcer from the stress and is constantly chugging weak health potions! Poor genius bloody emperor.

Drake Rage

I have heard someone say if Ainz fought another lvl 100, he will most likely lose the first match, since his character is made for Role-playing rather than fighting/pvp, but he is basically guaranteed to win if given another chance because he is very, very good at planning/strategizing, like you said. Once he is able to find out the necessary information about something, his planning is basically perfect (especially because he is so cautious). It is funny because on the surface-level this anime seems like its just about a bunch of OP characters being goofy for comedy and fanservice, but it first attracted me with its Power-fantasy premise where Ainz and his guild is OP as fk, but then the author goes a lot further and makes detailed world-building and character-building, its so complex and interesting. It is kind of sad that the anime skips content, but I find it amazing how they DO drop tons of hints to still be able to make the connections, though it is not easy. Still sad that they do completely skip content as well.

Drake Rage

The revive spell that they mentioned takes a sizable toll on "vitality." I think Gagaran from "Blue Rose" was the one who explained that old people or people with severe illness/disease can't be revived (The target turns to dust when using the revive spell on a target that does not have enough "vitality"). The one who used the Mind Control Spell looked like she was already knocking on death's door because she looked Extremely old, so it makes sense that they could not revive her.

The Pebble

Yeah honestly if Ains was a dumbass 8 year old they would still love and worship him, so it really is hilarious watching him with all these expectations he's set on himself and his role.

Arknightoni

That is true assuming his opponent gives him another chance. I honestly think if he were to fight a person of equal lvl and they weren't with the bullshit it would be game over.

HaruhiDream

Overlord fans like to overhype the novels so take what they say with a grain of salt. Don't get me wrong, I love Overlord but I got the novels after hearing how good they were and was a little let down. Some parts were very boring a repetitive for me. I think my expectation were too high going into it after hearing all the hype.

Ace The FireDragon

Well since now the NPCs have gained sentience, you cant say for sure if their loyality will remain if they think Ainz is not that special and kinda dumb. Even if they still will remain loyal, you cant exactly say that for sure, and its not something you would want to risk testing out. If the NPCs turned on him, he would 100% lose. It is said that in the game, if a player were able to beat all the NPCs and get to the main throne room where the 41 players were to welcome them, all 41 would lose, because that player would've had to be that strong if they could beat the NPCs. And for reference, even a 1500 lvl 100 player raid were unable to conquer Nazarick. And Ainz is only 1 lvl 100 player. He stands no chance against those NPCs were they all to turn on him. So the risk of testing their loyalty if Ainz were to show his true self is extremely risky.
