The main problem with Miguel is that every time Robby tries to defuse a fight before it gets worse, here Miguel comes assuming and going after Robby and escalating it further. He did it at the beach in season one and the school fight in season two. Like the boy trying to stop the fights just like you are bro

You don't start or get involved in Karate wars to expose child abusers. Daniel has been trying that strategy every season, and it always makes things worst for everybody. Especially the kids. Now, we, as viewers, are all happy that he, Johnny, Terry, Kreese, and now Chozen are acting like anime characters, cause we wouldn't have a show otherwise, but that's not how you realistically expose child abusers. You expose it by reporting it to the police, to the media, or by educating the public on the impact Cobra Kai's style, and teachings have on children. They have plenty of witnesses, both children, and adults, that can attest to what Cobra Kai does to people. At that point, it's up to the community, and/or the justice system to decide how to approach the situation.

The only people that even touched Kenny were Anthony's stupid friends. Kenny was the one who escalated the conflict to physical harm, and he continued that into this season. Tory was so hell bent on hurting Sam and anyone in her way even Robby. All Miguel did was quickly assume Robby was trying to hurt her. He had one hand on Tory to hold her back while his other hand was facing towards Sam just in case Sam came towards her and he said “Alright settle down, I’m sure we can figure this out…” and that’s when Miguel attacked him cause he assumed. He does that a lot in the show here and there.

Well Amanda don’t fully understand that if Terry takes over, it will be nothing but bullies and assholes in the valley. Anthony already getting bullied after he apologized to Kenny. While the Cobra Kai dojo has committed several acts of child endangerment from Johnny times to Silver times, Daniel has no idea about any of that. He just knows that Cobra Kai has a very corruptive and toxic way of warping kids and the best way to deal with that is to give kids another option, especially those that suffer under the kids already corrupted by Cobra Kai. Demitri v Hawk was a good example of this.
