You should watch it in Portuguese with French subtitles, but if you're watching on Hulu, make sure to view the episodes in reverse order.

Gunny

This anime is like the only exception to watch it in dub, the voice acting is just too exquisite

Yoru

HIGHLY RECOMMEND WATCHING IT ON DUB

Seibahhh

cyberpain : painrunners

Prime

highly recommend watching it in english with japanese subs

YonatanDS

REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!...ok then we will wait patiently we know you have a lot of work to do and we dont wana rush you...REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!

Blud

Man i was gonna watch it on my own cuz i thought that yall werent gonna watch it soon enough 😂

N1ckv3n

This war between Sub and Dub will never end, but in this case they will most likely choose Dub as many say Netflix subs suck. Unless they find a Fansub that does good subs.

BootyDreamz

I ended up enjoying this show more than I thought I would. I watched it in English dub, and it wasn't till towards the end I found out that Giancarlo Esposito (Gustavo Fring) voices the character Faraday. 10/10 show!

George

Please watch is sub 🙏🏽

Oisif

This anime is currently living rent free in my head, heck I'd even pay for its rent

DJ Tec

Take you're time. The series are not running away and everyone interested in those reactions neither

Azayzel Hoarde

i just wanna slip this in here for the future maybe a Cyberpunk playthrough stream before watching edgerunners for that little bit of extra understanding of whats in it? up2u its good either way

Ayo

Gotta do it in Dub. So many great VAs. Even got Gus from breaking bad. Pretty sure night city is in America anyway

Mari

both sub and dub is great, yall gotta watch it in dub though

Sheraya san

How come y’all never reacted to stranger things?

Sheraya san

Watch it in Dub it’s easier for the viewers as well. Both great tho

Leshen

The English version is the only way to go on this one. It makes the most sense for the world plus you'd miss out on so much slang and dialog in sub. Dub for this one is absolutely amazing

KiliSloe

Calm down people. They already have like 100 shows they're doing at once.

Hugo

I've heard on reddit that the english dub is pretty bad, but here people here is seems would disagree. I'm watching it in subs and loving it.

Dante Desmondez

lol I am one of the people that was pushing for this so I'd like to apologize to yall but I am just happy that you all have recognized it. So I cant wait till then thanks for all your hard work and keep it up yall.

Outcast107

Lol I feel so sorry for the gang. They give so much but the crowd wants more. Take your time guys!

Malik Allen

Who requested this bs, let me at em!

PixelNori

Cyber punk dub is definitely a must watch

Grayson

Highly recommend to go for the dub, it just feels right

SoggySoup

I 100th the Dub even as a 99% Sub guy. The Sub is pretty bad (thanks netflix).

Sauce Sorcerer

I hope yall watch the sub. The dub has Gus which is dope, but the sub is still absolute peak. And to all the people mentioning the bad subtitles, NETFLIX FIXED THEM ALREADY THE OTHER DAY

Sotami

I think it's worth doing a poll for the sub vs dub, most people who want sub won't be commenting about it, personally I definitely prefer the sub and they fixed the subtitles early on so that's not a problem like some people are saying.

Fiber

Dub feels right for Cyberpunk the slang and vibe just fits the dub plus the dub is pretty great so I recommend!

Misato-San!

Gonna be resubscribing to see you guys watch this one. The sub is great but I hear really good things about the dub too. There's a lot of custom slang for this universe from the games that isn't said out loud in Japanese, but you get it all in English. I'm kinda sad I missed that so I'd vote for y'all to do the dub!

ExtraXP

+1 English Dub

Mari

Dub for sure

KO

Y’all should have a poll for dub vs sub it’ll be fair choice. Their both amazing in their own respective language

Evan Jenkins

+1 Dub. I started watching in Japanese and the performances had a ton of great emotional deliveries. Sounds quality. But the dub gives you Gus' freaking killer performance (the dude sounds ice cold) and also all the weird Cyberpunk slang and the weird netrunner repetition thing they they do.

mattyBraps

I hard recommend the sub mostly because the main char's VA in the dub is so awful. Same dude who voiced Tanjiro. Straight out of a middle school play.

Chris v

+1 Dub. its a really good dub. I just binged watched it

Timothy Heck

Dub feels best for this story with the variety of accents you'll hear and the amount of slang that's thrown in

hokeypokey

While the dub is fine for this show the Sub is just better, Japanese VAs have such an insane talent for really getting the emotions a character is going through in their voice that english VAs can rarely achieve.

Andrew400

Dub easily takes the cake, its the way the show was intended to be watched with some familiar voices from the actual game, accents AND you have Giancarlo Esposito as a voice actor playing an important role, theres even subtitles integrated into the screen in a cool way sometimes if you watch it dubbed

Carlos

Dub it up.

Leshen

+1 dub

Guillermo Duarte

Idk man dub sounds more natural to night city the accents the slang I think sub will win because people are used to sub being better because it’s the native language and the vast pool of va talent Japan has but idk about this one. Hearing English firs night city much more imo

Zlatana G

dub 100% and I'm someone who usually goes for sub. But for this world, dub works better imo.

Anonymous

sub please they have gotten better with the translation

Lobstar

The Dub, there are Hispanic characters and it feels more genuine to the city to be in English
