My only gripe with this show is the pacing. I love the sitcom energy, the 4th wall breaking, the cameos, and what Tatiana Maslany is doing with the character. But 9 episodes is too short with how long they’re taking getting to the big conflict.

i dont know about saracen but they are all from the comics. porcupine is the biggest name. he dated spiderwoman (jessica drew) and was about to propse to her last year and did like always drew screwed herself over. not knowing he had the ring and was about to do the thing she said she just needs to focus on work and being a good mom and him being the meek dude he is thought to himself "oh guess she dont need me then". sigh media. why are the nice guys always so lame. its not like you getting your money back, better put that ring to use! she says no she says no but you have to give her the option. its storm and forge all over again

Didn't feel the last episode, but I liked this episode. It had that thing people refuse to get called THERAPY. I'm not familiar with the whacky therapy group, but obviously they're obscure canon characters, no point in making characters up in the MCU. Saw in the comments the Spanish guy is a Mutant so we're steps closer to X-men territory. At first I thought Jen was looking crazy and obsessed when she kept looking at her phone and rolled my eyes. Then I realize, "Wait a second. This is me an hour ago refreshing the damn page to see Golden Kamuy reaction. Damn." We humans are crazy.

There are a lot of legit problems with this show tho. Like literally all of the courtroom scenes are complete nonsense. They couldn't even hire a consultant to make sure any of the law was correct. Then there is the 4th wall breaks which really don't work for me. It's ok in deadpool, but this show isn't funny enough to make it work.

Hey guys I know you're going to be busy with the struggle arc that is Fall 2022 anime season but watching this episode jogged my memory of a (imo) much better show that lead actress (Tatiana Maslany) is in. It's called Orphan Black, ran for 5 seasons and was pretty much a banger. Lupa pointing out the transitions for her getting dressed made me remember; the show has a lot of the same and much more to offer. I'd say the trio would enjoy it. :) (Sorry for being repetitive if someone else made the suggestion)

no one has ever accused me of being a misogynist, an incel, a boomer, or racist when I criticize the show, and other shows like it. It's very easy not to sound like any of those things when making critiques. Most people seem to be enjoying this show more than me, and watching it with them makes it more enjoyable. Watching incels suffer meltdowns over this show is also a bonus.

@Dyko Most law shows completely shit on any interpretation of how a courtroom actually functions, I dont take that criticism seriously only because law is just an element of the show that is clearly not that focus but a vehicle to show other things. I feel like the last thing they should be spending time on in this show is how boring court is
