ZOOM

it keeps crashing for me

danial javady

my windows 10 chrome works fine, and my macbook chrome and firefox work fine. People who have problems should be giving more context

Juju

I'm able to play it for a bit than it stops and says "There was an issue loading this video. Please refresh and try again."

rickie woodson

on pc using firefox. problems: sometimes goes out of focus to a low grade quality then goes back to the hd quality. thats a minor one. the major one is i cant pause or skip ahead of a video. if i do, once it starts playing again the player crashes and says "video is unavailable. trying reloading" and so i have to refresh the page. so i basically cant take bathroom breaks or rewind if i miss something lol. there are ways around it (basically just reloading over and over again to get to the right spot or in case of game of thrones just watching from the beginning if im not that far ahead)

Jeremiah Clark

The doesn’t usually work on the app but when i use the extension to open it in safari then it works

Sriad

On PC with Firefox: frequently when I pause and resume (or try to rewind) the player crashes. Usually it fixes itself with a refresh, but sometimes needs a browser restart.

Dalton Hawes

its been happening the past week for me. ill get through the intro and like 2mins into the actual show then it just crashes. unsure what the problem is just says video unavailable try refreshing..

Jordan

On Firefox whenever I pause, it crashes when I try to resume :/

Stig_Ove

after I got home now, I had to refresh the site, and the video just rewinds after 3-5 seconds, annoying

A J

Thank you the swift fix! No issues anymore from an xbox patreon.

RoxyMgreyray

thsnks for having us in your mind guys, few days ago i was trying to watch SPY FAMILY and it was crashing a lot

Zephyrs

Patreon works fine, just people dont update their computers and eventually the goofyah kicks in. Fairly sized window update as well as new IOS patch dropped slightly over a week ago. Just enough time for devices to gain sentience and fuck errything up till u update

Joshua Rumble

It sometimes says the player is unavailable on pc I had to refresh like 10 times for one video to load

ChickenDinners

sometimes I have to refresh but it isn't as bad for me as it is for some others it seems.

Ramone Moore

Yea only on pc tho it aint that tho can just can use the app

TitusAureliusX

Yes I’ve had problems with the player but only on my M1 Mac and only on browsers that aren’t Safari. On intel Mac I’ve had no problems with the player. Basically it reaches certain segments where it says video is corrupted and stops playing and I have to refresh and skip forward 5seconds to keep watching

Kiyotarou

Every time I try to watch a video on my xbox and after a minute it hits me with a "there’s been an issue.” And it does that every time.

Stew V

I have problem with streamable, it plays at 360p constantly but on patreon it’s fine

Candy

Yea some times it plays and sometimes it does play then during the video could be 4 minutes in or 10 20 it just stops and says refresh and try again

Wilson Segovia

WHAT HAPPENS TO ME IS THAT AS SOON AS I CLICK PLAY IT SAYS ERROR, BUT ON THE MOBILE APP IT WORKS FINE

jordan castro

I cant full screen on mobile when i search a video and it really ruins the bibe

Random Guy

Mine works but if i leave it on pause for a while it crashes and I have to refresh the page, which is sometimes annoying when I have to scroll down for while to find the video

dani. ౨ৎ

yes, sometimes it does play then the video could be 5 minutes in or even 20 minutes in and it just stops and says to refresh and try again.

Matthew Ryan

Have to keep refreshing page

RavinFox .

I have been but its more of a connection thing. Like using wi-fi and the signal drops causing the whole video to restart or give up rather than just pause for a bit.

Warner Hd

When I use my web browser on my xbox cannot load videos on patreon but it works fine on my other devices like my phone and tablet

Kevin Zambrano

Streamable shows as low quality on mobile

crime0edge

Same refresh issue others have said with the player. While stream doesn't let me go full screen on browser.

Nabeel

Video keeps exiting fullscreen and starting over

DJ Harris

There's an issue loading this video. Please refresh and try again" but the refresh does nothing

mykanike

On desktop it’ll stop randomly during a video, and I won’t be able to play it no matter what I try. I end up watching it on mobile

Mr.PTMF

Gives me an error and says to refresh but the refresh does nothing

Cameron Griffin

I get an error and have to refresh in order to watch a video

Ranginald Vagel

My answer WAS no but on PC when I pause a video if I don't play again very soon I have to refresh or the video crashes when I try to unpause.

vdalson

The video has to be refreshed if I ever pause it

Christina

Once the patreon player stops streaming the show, I’m literally unable to play it ever again. I’ve refreshed my browser, I tried using chrome instead of safari. Literally nothing works

J Man

It's working when I use it on computer or laptop . But not working on Phone. This seemed to happen when everyone else got the problem too. I think Patreon be F'n up all of a sudden

J Man

On mobile, I'm currently using the Patreon app, and it ends up working fine. It's just the web that's screwed up

Kermit

The pateron website player has been ass in general for many people for years for longer content and there have been people complaining on their subreddit for ages. After a certain random timestamp content just freezes permanently. Doesn't matter if you refresh the page/log out/in etc. It will always freeze on that timestamp. Doesn't matter what device or browser you use. People got around this bug by downloading videos, but patreon seems to have locked the ability to do this recently. The only player which seems to work 100% of the time is the mobile app version.

Clasher

Resuming the player after pausing for a bit causes it to break on my broswer

slipHAZARD

I haven't had any issues playing your videos. I only watch on PC and using Firefox. If that helps at all.

Cappysaurus

Sometimes I have isssues with the video starting taking a couple of tries but always plays in the end or after refreshing the tab.

ok

It’s fine but when you pause it will like “break” as someone has said and you have to reload it which is annoying ofc

Temeculous

Only issue I have is if I pause it and go to a new tab the video is blanked out and needs to refresh.

Kami

When i start a video it breaks immediately haven't been able to watch in like a week😥 im behind on magi noooo

Kevin Campos

Use Safari and it Works, it does not with Google chrome

Weekly Flo

Sometimes it wont let me change any options and it just displays a generic play and pause button.

Mervyn Larrier

If i use my Xbox browser it loads MAD slow. So I'm confined to a phone smh
