Ik this show came out like two years ago but isn't hawk man from DC universe literally a human/hawk hybrid from another planet? Lupa and Roshi wondering why he hasn't died from getting his ass beat and laughing saying having his wings pulled doesn't hurt him confuses me. Sure it made for a fun fight scene when Black Adam showed up but they were all out there like they expected his ass. Which is impossible since they had no idea she’d read the text to wake him up. sadly they arent rumors henry did not like the way the show was going a season 2 did not follow the storyline and so Henry left. the show will move on without him and continue with someone else. as you can iamgine season 2 was met with a lot of backlash cause of what they did and will lose a lot of its viewers. since henry is leaving he will be returning to DC.

That Is how it works. Kent was never restrained to wearing the helmet 24/7. He is simply bound to being the possessor of the helmet. All throughout the iterations of Nabu's hosts have they been able to take off the helmet. Even Khalid can freely take off the helmet any time he pleases.

I personally think it was an okay movie. Like it had some good dialogue and really great CGI but it kinda felt too over the top with the slow mo every fight, felt like a Bollywood movie after a while, and the pacing felt too fast for the tropes they were tryna do. Like they didn’t get to flesh out the two side heroes enough which made their whole love interest thing unnecessary, like hard to care about? Also wished they kept Dr. Fate for a few more movies before passing the mantle but it is what it is. Hope the Adam Vs Superman movie is fire tho

From what I understood about Henry Cavil playing Geralt, he said he would be willing to portray Geralt for as long as he felt they were doing the character justice. The switch to a different actor makes me concerned that the writing staff may be getting too "CW" with the character and plot. (I wasn't a fan of most of the casting choices in the show to begin with tbh. Yennifer especially. The actress does a decent enough job but I just think they could have done better with a woman closer to Henry's age and who has a more refined and sultry air about her than the current actress does.)

I enjoyed the wide-variety of super heroes they showed in this movie. My favorite was 'Exposition Lad'. The kid who narrated the intro and continually bombarded the viewers with a half-baked performance and who's lines were just exposition really heightened my experience. Went in with low expectations and basically had a decent time with it -- action was on-point, powers at play were cool (except for Sabbac), Rock was fun to watch, and even most of the humor was solid (if pretty predictable), but the plot and writing felt pretty blah, even for a superhero movie. Probably one of the better big-screen DC outings, though. Sarah Shahi and Aldis Hodge are two of my favorite TV actors (and I didn't know either of them were in this before I saw it), so I wish their 'big break' top-budget movie was better than what they got here. I hope DC gets its act together under James Gunn and they both are back in future projects that put them to better use. Had a great time watching your reaction - channel continues to be awesome and fun!

Movie was pretty good tbh wish they dived more in depth with Hawkman specially due to the fact his literally been around for eons witch could explain his wealth in this movie and he gets reincarnated every time he dies , dislike how they did doctor date with the helmet on but they overall did a great job felt like he should’ve been more “possessed” then he came off

atom smasher is like giant man cause he grows and is super strong. antman is like the atom who shrinks (atom came first). you can read the adventures of cyclone and the other jsa legacies in the jsa books of the late 90s, early 2000s and before 2012 when they did the new 52. she is besties with stargirl and lightning, black lightning's youngest daughter, jennifer who is also a member. but beware: she is a red head white girl in the comics so you might not recognize her

i want to know what book lupa read cause i can only think of one where teth adam became old when he reverted to his human form (i think doomsday clock) and he didnt imediately turn to dust, thats death, he was just super old. in generally he stays in his black adam form cause otherwise he is vulnerable and he never wants to be weak. immortal form that cant be hurt and doesnt need sleep vs human form where his enemies can catch him lacking? NOPE! i have seen wizards and such take his power away but he would just be in his slave cloths and thats it, no aging at all which makes more sense. especially in this movie where he was sealed away from the ravishes of time.

Adrianna and the kid are such horrible characters, especially the kid. I’m glad Adam destroyed the chair in the end and didn’t just end with him sitting in it.
