"Hey guys! We need to get rid of an immortal being that can replicate anything he touches. How should we do that?" Fucking idiots.

mykanike

We’re really in the “all humans are trash” arc

Excalibur Umbra

Okay so the thing about parona being pregnant is definitely an anime only thing because I was so confused why roshi was saying that but then I remembered that flashback from season 1

Ranginald Vagel

Ah good hypothetical villain Roshi returns

6CatsInAnAlley

I’m pretty sure Fushi getting messed up in the cube is because of lack of oxygen since he was burning up the little oxygen left in there. Cloak man even said something like “your body is missing something” or whatever he said

WeavyBoo

No no it wasn't pregnancy. It's explained right after, and it is in the manga as well

RavinFox .

Roshi's roach and hawk escape plan was legit lol But he's also right about Fushi being passed out during it all :<

zILovePelmeni _

for everybody being confused why fushi was "poisoned" while usinf gugus body to free himself: the oxygen was used up by the flames he made over and over

Excalibur Umbra

It was mentioned? Damn I need to reread then but did hayase also say that she would feel bad for cutting her stomach in the manga too? It was either the translation I was reading was wrong or I just forgot.

Kenisha & Kim

guys I feel like it would be too easy for him to bring people back to life i think once he does tht they are gonna die again because of faith and thts why the guy wearing the hoodie didnt tell him lmfaooo he really is like bro humans is trash who cares if they die they die

WeavyBoo

Ummmm I'm not sure there. I'm just saying right after fushi threw up, and the trio theorizes it being pregnancy. Then, it's confirmed right after that fushi threw up because he, being transformed into Parona, realized it wasn't his body to mess around in so he should keep that in mind, especially considering he was hugged by the descendant of the woman that literally killed Parona in the first place. Tho Fushi repeating Hayase's last words... I don't think that'd imply pregnancy, or at the very least I recall nothing about it being specifically that.

Alex cleveland

Fushi's development feels so unsatisfying. U would think an immortal being that lived a lifetime would understand some human motivations can be very backstabbing or untrustworthy like.... I understand Fushi lived by himself for a couple hundred years too, but u would think mentally and spiritually, he would evolve into a more capable being than ppl who lived a speck of his lifetime and life experiences...He's also been in contact with humans for 100s of years too so idk what the problem is lol. He's clearly gotten better at talking, clearly gotten better at understanding human emotions, yet he doesn't have an once of awareness....Fushi legit has faced all sorts of horrible and positive situations that he should know whats right and whats totally wrong LOL. He's legit a God in this world and yet he doesn't understand anything about his powers and what they can do for weaken individuals. S1 felt like we saw all his adventures was for his character development and "stimulation" of evolving physically, mentally, and verbally. There's no way he's this clueless to a prince that randomly is following him to just help him defeat Nokkers. Anyone is seeing that as sus, especially how cautious he was in the beginning of the season with Hayase's reincarnation. Fushi is badly written imo tbh. The plot is also badly paced in this season as well. Hopefully, something changes the plot, so it doesnt get too stale or bad...

Excalibur Umbra

Yeah I was confused about that tho it would be weird if fushi when he turns into Parona was pregnant and was somehow able to have a child

naa

if you guys are ever in the mood for another series that explores the concept of immortality in a "real world" setting, i highly recommend ajin! it's CGI but the characters and plot are good enough to make up for it

BrakerFluidAddict

He burned the oxygen so he couldnt breathe in that iron cell is why he passed out

Vayne

Oh my lord wouldnt it be hilarious if Fushi just becomes the giant block of iron like a giant ass THWOMP LMAO can u imagine the pain he gonna bring

Vevvev

my brother, it is not this deep it needs a paragraph. He is immortal, so years or even 100´s of years is like nothing. He´s not even human chill out.

naa

at this point, fushi is about 200 years old. he's isolated himself from others for the majority of his life. this is his first time actually interacting with a society of people rather than just a couple of people who live in isolated locations but develop close relationships with him (march/parona in the forest then jail, gugu/sake jiji/pioran in that house away from the rest of town, tonari in the prisoner island). those interactions probably spanned about what, 15yrs? after that, he isolated himself on an island and only formed superficial relationships with others when he decided to visit towns because he was afraid of them dying. it's not years of life that cause you to develop, it's years of experience. fushi has had little to none of that. this is the arc where he starts to learn.

RenVII

Like you guys said the reason Fushi couldn’t bring that curch guy back to life was because he hasn’t met him when he was alive so when he turned into him he was already a dead corpse so Fushi was also kinda dead after he turned into him which is how they trapped Fushi easily. The thing you were confused about Roshi is the man in black forced Fushi to change form so that he can transform again because Fushi was basically dead in there and couldn’t do shit

Merfhew

I got the impression that Fushi would lose his friends' forms if he brought them back to life, as they'd no longer be dead. The hooded man sees the forms as tools Fushi can use to fight the Nokkers, so it makes sense that he wouldn't want those "tools" to be lost.

botanbutton

@naa already said it best, but I'll reiterate. Fushi has literally not had that much experience in become aware of human motivations and such. This arc is where that learning takes place.

The GoDKing 27

Fushi is once again a victim of sexual assault. Also I don’t know y fushi didn’t make another body instead of turning in to the dead body.

Smash Bran'Discootch

So fushi had been encased in iron for 31 hours when the eye opened based on what the count was at?

Alex cleveland

idk hes gotten plenty of human interaction. S1 gave him a lot of ideas of how he should approach certain humans...he's just too soft or too narrow-minded to understand that ppl r out for his head, but thats yall opinion ig. Hopeully, I better see some shit in this arc to prove me otherwise that he aint such a passive minded immortal clown lol

Solivigant Kaiba

Actually, the maker said "I'll count and see how long you can bear it" or whatever and mentioned that as he was melting he was regenerating. and I believe he was referring to counting Fushi's deaths and revivals. So that 112,049, should be the number of times Fushi has dies and revived only to die again encased in iron. Thats sh*t has got to be one of the most brutal ways to go, iron has a pretty high melting point at about 2800 °F or 1,538 °C.

Anthony Hamel

19:18 since he was using the fire blast multiple time he consume the oxygen in the cell, that's why he was felling that way and he passed out

The GoDKing 27

At the end of the episode it was 31 hours and 12 minute that fushi was in the block of iron

Sylanna Maxwell

He hasn't had 100's of years with humans. He maybe had 5-8 years with people who cared for him and educated him. Then he spent a long time with very little contact with humans. If he did it was to bury himself in books. So his socialization and mental maturity is like that of a 12 year old at best.

Devin B

I'm assuming that Fushi is gonna get out soon and when he does he's gonna be able to burn people even more than when he was Gugu since he personally felt that melted iron.

MWS

when he produces a husk he turns into the body then grows out of it, like he did with anna last episode, he just immediately lost consciousness here

Arc

"You're lacking something that your body needs" Oxygen? Is that why he passed out?

joshua rosario

roshi stay blind its crazy, man on drug seeing shit

PatiPati

Hahahahhh I just imagined him flying as a bird in the sky and then turning into a block of iron. Super effective weapon in my opinion. It would be sick if he does this to the church people.

PatiPati

Duddeeee.. Why didn't he change Fushi's form before he got put in the iron cell? I guess he was just curious about what they would do to him and he just let it happen. Smh

Devin B

Like @ArchbishopM said Fushi was able to create a bond with Anna before she passed so he was able to transform into her as a living person and then create a body but with this guy he was already a corpse so Fushi just literally transformed into a dead body which is why he was unconscious and needed to have the Man in Black transform him back.

Rena

next ep will be fire

Drake Rage

Yep, that's what I thought it was, the fire burned up a lot of the oxygen that was already in limited quantity inside the iron box, so he wasn't getting enough Oxygen for his human body.

L Jeans

They really didnt have to use the lava. He already couldnt breath. Although i think consistently suffocating is also terrible.

L Jeans

I was thinking something similar until i remember that he has literally only interacted with the guardians for like 150 years. Granted at this point he should understand reproducing and should not be tricked so easily. But reminder that a few episodes ago fushi told Bon that he no longer values his own existence. It could be a thing where he is just not having self preservation. I hope he learns some self-worth this season. It keeps getting him in trouble like he cant help if he is always captured.

Ash

chainsaw waiting room

MDLNubes

It was melted iron, I think their plan was to trap him, dead or alive.

Sun

touch dicks instead of wasting your life away on the website

WeavyBoo

I love me some chainsaw man, but yall should totally check out their other content if you haven't already. Chainsaw man vids be getting like 800 likes, while all the other vids at 300~. All their content is top, not just the chainsaw man stuff. They make mediocre or unentertaining shows entertaining

Brookie Brooke

Great vid per usual. Excited for Wednesday! it's so good.

Ash

oh yeah I love all their content. just itching for chainsaw. got me fiending this week

Bxneeyyx

True. It used to be mid day now it’s at night. On school days too

Omar Brown

I'm pretty sure Fushi Passed out from lack of air in the iron cell and then breathing fire as Gugu accelerated the loss of air in the cell. Also it was seconds the black one was counting

heaps

ngl, getting tired of Fushi being so naive when he's lived as a human longer than anyone else.

tinitoysoldier

I mean he did spend the vast majority of his life mostly secluded from human contact. Not that it’s an excuse, but it’s kinda an explanation.

Yamahai

Everyone is saying this but why did it affect all his forms at the same time? Doesn’t he regenerate when he changes form? Also I thought it was related to when Parona threw up earlier, ik they explained it but him throwing up them seemed kinda OTT.

6CatsInAnAlley

Even if he regenerated there’s still no air so he’s in a death loop. When he first transformed into a human he kept walking and dying of hunger and then getting up only to keep dying until he learned how to eat

PyroPhoenix

He doesn’t turn into it and then grow out of it to produce to the husk. That is how he brings them back to life if that person is someone he has met. Before he always made the husk, he never tried transforming into the thing and then grow out of it. If he had done it earlier he would have realized he could revive much sooner

PyroPhoenix

He didn’t make a husk of the dead body. He touched it n then turned into the dead body instead of just creating a husk of the dead body. That is why it showed the scene of them throwing him into the cell and the black hooded guy having to return him back to a living human form

Savage2fresh 60

also the only people that taught fushi was march who is like 6 and the old woman who only taught him how to talk

Yoxxhio

Dumb comment. Fushi had like 5 separate interactions. It takes humans years to figure things out, not a few interactions and then years of isolation. Idk what show u watching nigga. Fushi is slowly learning which is the point of the story. U want him to be some smart badass immortal for what?
