It was extremely concerning when Louis said he will finally get his leg checked out at a hospital AFTER the performance.... makes me think amputation might be on the table if he never got his injured legged checked but continuing to rehearse all that time before the performance. Oh man....

you never see it done respectfully, but louis character arc is a very respectful way to show a character who is still morally good, chaotic good and still terrified of weakenss and obsessed with power. He hates his own weakness and others.

I actually like the Environmental Day aspect of the school cause animals tend to miss being in their natural environment when they move somewhere else. It's really just a place for them to be themselves for a moment.

Yeah, there's a lot of moon-related references in anime in general which won't make a lot of sense unless you know it... - The moon rabbit mentioned here is a thing in several Asian cultures, and often shown making mochi in Japanese references. - The Tale of the Bamboo Cutter, about Princess Kaguya, which is referenced in a ton of manga and anime (including Love is War, of course). - "The moon is beautiful tonight" (tsuki ga kirei, desu ne?) as a way of saying "I love you", supposedly from Natsume Sōseki.

Honestly his character development isn't about him becoming more or less of a douche, it's more of how drastically he moves from point A to C and the storytelling in between. Amazing character overall

Also I'm still upset that they made Sheila/Shira a leopard in the anime when she's supposed to be a cheetah, because one, she's still built like one, and two, that was part of why I liked her cuz cheetahs are one of my favorite animals. It contributed nothing to her character to change it. :/ Still kind of a bummer
