Happy that they watched the movie one week after I left the comment asking about it haha. I'm sure it's a coincidence but really nice that they finally got to it!

The novel hasn't ended it, but will be soon. There was a long hiatus due to the author's health issues. He finally published a new volume in 2021. Once the story ends the adaptation will surely follow. This is a really unique series with quite some fans.

Anyone else feel like instead of enjoying some of the reaction to the series that they do that it has the vibe its more about getting it done and about them treating it like a job instead of enjoying and reacting? I been watching roshi since they did DBS and MHA season 3 uploads on YouTube. Those reactions felt way more genuine and had a better feeling than some of their reactions these days. Some reactions they do these days just seem boring. I haven't watched this reaction specifically but I have just noticed it for a while now and wanted to see if anyone else agrees.... I know you aren't going to feel the same way every time you guys react but something just seems more its business instead of enjoyment for some reactions. It isn't even specific series its just random these days. Maybe it is just me. I can't quite pinpoint what I am specifically trying to point out about their reactions but sometimes it feels like they are forcing their own content for the sake of pushing out to keep the money coming through patreon and pleasing as many people as possible. It isn't terrible by any means and I still enjoy some reactions but something just doesn't feel the same for quite a while now. I think I notice it mostly in Roshi.

This isn't me trying to trash them or their content. I just don't know if anyone else has felt the same way for the past few months. I very much enjoyed a few of their more recent reactions before the holiday but that chalks up to Lupasan being more consistent with his jokes and seemingly how much more lighthearted he tends to be. Out of all 3 of them Lupa to me has stayed consistent. To me roshi and sheera seemed more lighthearted and ready to enjoy doing reactions before they started just dumping out reactions to please the patreon schedule and people giving them money.

yeah I do notice it at times but I usually take it as they are just not that into whatever they're watching. They know they cant upset a fanbase by saying they don't like something so they have to try and find something to like about everything. Like I personally only watch like 20% of the content here because I know id dislke most of the other content they react too. So I find it hard to believe they like everything they react too. As you pointed out in the early days they were just watching stuff that they wouldve watched regardless if they had a channel or not. I notice it in Lupa too and I dont blame them its just the reactor business when you get big like they did.

i mean they are humans, i noticed that too but i dont think is about enjoying what they do. humans have times when you have 100 percent of energy and times you have 10 percent energy and that depends on what is going on in their personal life, they could have 100 problems besides the reactions or 100 happy moment that takes energy away. I dont blame them i still enjoy their reactions as always and im happy they still like doin it because im sure if they dont enjoy it they wouldnt do it.

Lol idk man I still have just as much fun doing reactions as I always have, same for Sheera and Lupa. If we didnt enjoy I def wouldnt add extras/ bonus shows which we do all the time 🤷🏽‍♂️ just remember those classic hype moments only occur like 1-3 times per season depending on the show usually. Bluelock, mha, chainsawman, bleach, peaky blinders, alice have all been consistently hype in my opinion n im missing other shows too lol

I would have chalked it up to part not being a huge fan of the show that was picked, and part being a little burnt out because they put out so much content (which is a double edged sword cause I do appreciate that they do that for the fans). But the man himself commented so I’ll take his word for it. Perhaps that comment that dude Carlos had is more right, and you just notice it on a low energy day for one of the squad.

@dion That 100% whatever he is trying to say all falls under the parasocial category. How will it be possible for a human being to enjoy everything that's being jammed down their throat 100%. In reality if you watch a ton of shows (Being the reactor) it's hard to keep up emotion wise when there is so much intercepting each other. On top of that you as a viewer who is hyper fixated on a specific show (because you watch the same shows multiple times from different reactors I'm sure) usually want them to have this crazy reaction because of your investment you've wasted/spent constantly processing or validating that specific show. The reality won't be the same but at the end of the day feel how you would like to feel. Reactions channels are already a crazy concept there isn't any true regulation for it.

To be fair they react to things that others recommend, of course there will be dozens of shows they don't like but will have to "put up with" because the fans of said shows would never accept that they dropped. And I don't feel their reactions are fake, back in the DBS days the reactions seemed more genuine because they were more timid to reacting all the way, like they were holding back their honest reactions and jokes until something big happened that they just had an honest reactions with disregarding being on camera (idk if that makes sense), but now they aren't holding anything back so the reactions are just open in the air without caring for being on camera so it seems as if they were "forced" reactions. So, to put it plainly, older reactions look more genuine because back then they were more protective over showing/saying their comments and reactions to certain things on camera, but now they don't care for the camera and just say whatever is on their mind, and of course not every single reaction is genuine, the most genuine reaction they could ever give is to just sit there and not talk and just make faces cuz that's what every other human being does when watching shows, even if the reactions they make are "fake" they still make me laugh and have a good time, and I put emphasis on fake cuz you can consider it a way of acting so can't really call it being fake, it's just acting. Though, I do believe they are mainly genuine reactions for the reasoning i gave earlier, you're just thinking too hard on it. Also someone else said this but its true, reacting to DBS is far more suitable for genuine reactions because its something they all like and have known for decades, compared to reacting to something spontaneous/blind reactions which is more likely to have less reactions because it's something they've never seen/heard of before you know, idk why wrote this whole thing, but you a g if you read it all lol.

That incident occurred before this movie was released. And it didn't take long for it to be resolved. The lack of a second season is due to other factors. But I still have hope it will come one day.

Something not mentioned is that the black ash is actually the corpses of Elementals. Elementals are the 3rd ranked race and are basically the spirits or mana. Powerful spells meant to destroy will cause them to die, and when a random fight between Schwi and Jibril is as destructive as it was it's no wonder the world is covered in the ash. Also when you thought the water was being dried up, that was actually not the case, the Elementals in the water were dying polluting it with ash. Artosh was killing them as he arrived. Also that thing you asked what it was, the giant flying crystalline tree with roots, that's the Phantasma called Avant Heim. They saw it in one episode of the anime, but it being a Phantasma was quickly mentioned and easy to miss. He was allied with Artosh and stayed so after the war. Lastly it's not super clear whether Sora and Shiro are reincarnated from Riku and Schwi. As for the Sora and Riku thing, their names are Sora as in Sky and Riku as in Earth or the land, while Shiro means white and Schwi (Schwarzer) which is German for someone or something that is black.

So, a lot of people are going to be saying "they're not reincarnated" because in the Light Novel Tet stated there is no reincarnation in that world. However, this statement doesn't guarantee there isn't reincarnation "outside" that world, And even if it did, there are too many blatant clues and anomalies throughout the Light Novel that suggest there is at least _some_ kind of connection between Riku/Shuvi and Sora/Shiro. So it's best not to rule anything out.

The elf is actually the ancestor to the elf in the main show. The Nilvalen line, and they missed the beuatiful ending credits where the ring finally touches the ground and gets to rest! Also one complaint, or I guess not even really a complaint, just a suggestion. You guys should really rewatch the show before a big movie/ new season if its's been a long time. It probably would have changed a few lines and made them appreciate stuff a little more. I know for a lot of reactors when the movie first came out, they were all freaking out to finally see Jibril in action after the show hypes her up so much, and it turns out she really is an absolute monster deserving of the name "The imperfect One" aka the last and strongest Flugel of all except for Azriel, the first Flugel, who was the one going "Nyan" and being stupid in this movie. Otherwise an amazing reaction and it almost made me cry again rewatching this movie! It's so good. Oh yeah for supplemental information, there was a biiig at the very end of the movie/ book that was skipped to make the movie happier (I know right). After the Supreme Heaven's Strike by Artosh that exhausted almost all of the Flugels, another cluster of Ex-Machina needed to "Kill" Artosh before he could rush to the Suniaster so Riku would have enough time to build the StaleMatyr and use it. So the 2nd cluster of several thousand Ex-Machina raided Avant Heim and slaughtered a few hundred of the Flugels, and had a massive battle against the Weakened Artosh to defeat him, and even then he killed thousands of them before finally dying. There is more too, but HOPEFULLY they make a 2nd season in the next decade, and anymore would be spoilers for topics in the 2nd season that the movie glossed over/ skipped so that it could be "Standalone"

There was some plagiarism allegations towards the author (tracing artwork), but that was mostly about cancellation of the second season of the anime and in 2017. The author however had serious health issues (cancer) at the start of his writing of NGNL 2012, then got married and had a baby in 2015 - all of this might have slowed down the writing.

How would reincarnation work anyway outside of Disboard? Tet shouldn't have his god-mode powers anywhere but in the area that the Suniaster controls 100%, because it's only omnipotent within a relatively closed system (say, the solar system or so centering on the main life-bearing world), so how could he force specific souls to reincarnate in an entirely different universe, or at least an entirely different region of the universe where magic doesn't exist (no Spirit Circuits on Earth and all that, even Old Deus need those to do most shit, Suniaster contains infinite power within itself so Tet is the only one exempted from the system limitations per se, if something were to happen to the Spirit Circuits surrounding the world (those glowy lines in the atmosphere))

Yet ironically enough, she's the LITTLE SISTER of all Flúgels, as the final unit she was created last by Artosh. I don't believe he forced any souls to be reincarnated. Rather, I theorize it's something that happened on its own without input from Tet. Granted, it's somewhat difficult to refer to the process as "reincarnation," considering they wound up in an entirely different reality. And, in regards to character, Riku and Shuvi are only partially similar to Sora and Shiro. That is to say, they are different people, but it's as if there are lingering echoes of the former in the later; as if their souls were recycled with the bonds and scares of adversity left to linger. Nothing is confirmed so this is all just speculation, but it might be more appropriate to refer to Sora and Shiro as literal spiritual successors rather than reincarnations. With the power of the Suniaster, Tet showed he can view and interact with outside realities. I imagine he started doing so after growing bored of Disboard's idle games, and only happened upon Sora and Shiro in a twist of fate.

Sora and Riku looks similar but completely opposite. Sora was running away from reality but he won the game, Riku was facing reality but he lost the game. Also their names, Sora(空) means sky and Riku(陸) means land.
