Show kinda reminds me of Bunny Girl Senpai

Comments

8man is more like Ayanokoji than Sakuta. But all three are very great male MC's

Ryujin

I just learned an unforgettable fact about bears

Devin B

Hikigaya walked so Sakuta can run

Those male MCs are also masters of the one-liner. Their banter and responses are always top notch (as it has to be in these dialogue driven shows).

SWAGxMAGICIAN

Sakuta and Mai copied Hikigaya and Yukinoshita who copied Araragi and Senjougahara lmao

Drake Chuckle

Sheera - I wish to unsubscribe from "Bear Facts", please and thank you.

wavyesper

Sheera why do u know this piece of information 🗿

Devin B

Apparently when a normal person thinks of hibernation they think of eating and sleeping a lot but for Sheera the first thought is butt plug. I wanna say I'm surprised but not really.

Justin Neason

Oh shit, I watched this a long ass time ago! One of the few slice of life type anime that I liked a lot

VictorBR45

Man, I watched this show 7 years ago... Barely remember a thing. Funny thing is that the only character I somewhat remember is that cute one wearing green gym clothes at the end there.

Kingmakaii

You learn something new everyday cuz sheera huh 😭

Nah he nothin like Kiyotaka or Sakuta. If I had to choose he would be more Sakuta but he definitely isnt. While I can understand why some ppl compare them, the only thing similar about all 3 is their dead zombie eyes. Their personalities are completely different. Kiyotaka is sociopathic and barely has a persona to begin with. He does whatever helps him achieve whatever goals he requires and is awkward when it comes to social norms. Sakuta is actually very comfortable around ppl just not alot of ppl. Those he choose to be around hes very outspoken and relaxing. He makes alot of jokes and sarcastic remarks and also very blunt. 8man is more Ishigami as Devin said above. Dislikes friendship since obviously he never had any and is more of a hater on youth lol. So he definitely aint the same as Kiyotaka who has no knowledge of youth or Sakuta who doesnt care too much about others' youth and only focus on himself.

Shiratoshi

Best girl about to be introduced 😏

shonen_slumpp

Noticed "Oregairu" is spelled wrong in the video. Just looking out

Jalen Davis

Hi as a new sub where the 86 videos taken down or have u guys not gotten to the show yet

13

Man i forgot how much I liked the first season for the character introductions and light heartedness.

anthony

I am genuinely so happy I love this show I hope they love it to. So hype

Kami_Psy

There is actually a RomCom anime called Chuunibyou that is really good and you can learn more about them lol

Jose silva

I never ever knew about the bear butt plug, the only thing that comes to mind when hibernating is sleeping lmao

Nah man, I know this is a joke but best girl was already introduced in the beginning, the teacher.

Emiya Shirou

Sheera hitting us with the fun facts

FLY

mai>>>yukino

Theralyst

Not sure if it's been pointed out yet. But Hachiman and Yukino are played by the same actors who voice Loid and Yor Forger in Spy x Family

Nabi

man, I'd love to see them watch Hyouka too

Ice

I hate how we put these edgy, flawed characters on a pedestal in the anime community. The whole point of Oregairu is seeing how Hachiman evolves from being a dumbass edgelord, to a genuinely good person. The series isn't here to encourage antisocial behavior. The same way, ayanokoji is also very flawed (at least in the light novel). And Sakuta is a full-on different character. Oreki too. None of these characters are made to be idolized, but rather the opposite. Their whole character arc is about becoming better people (except for maybe Sakuta).

Ice

The characters in this series have pretty cool names. Some of their last names have the same first couple of letters as their first name: Yui Yuigahama Yukino Yukinoshita Hayato Hayama etc. Some characters names have the letters at the end: Shizuka Hiratsuka Saki Kawasaki Rumi Tsurumi etc. Most of the characters at least have the same starting letters: Iroha Isshiki Hachiman Hikkigaya blablablabla..

Well, the author's name is Wataru Watari, so I guess he just wanted to take out whatever did that to him onto his characters.

KeYo

being a person who writes myself and wants to writes novels. i really appreciate this. so many times ive given up because nobody has read my stuff or told me they didnt like it. ive done better and ive decided to keep writing now but i like this episode. it makes me warm in my titty area

Syncere Mathis

I would love to see you guys react to deadman wonderland. I think others would agree it's a rly good anime

AttackRunRepeat

I think a lot of magaka are chuunibyou. Hell Horikoshi used to draw his own Zanpakuto in class.

Infinity
>>102697706

you're wasting your time typing this up. Mental illness and anti social behavior is the biggest disease affecting humanity right now so you shouldn't be shocked people miss the point of hachimans character and think he's incredible and put him on a pedestal to emulate him. I had this same argument with people when this show first aired. If you find Hachiman relatable at all you need to seek help.. He literally jokes about murdering people around him and has a "hit list" lmao.

Darrell Jones
>>102697706

Guys no one is saying they are amazing ppl in society. The point of my comment was to show the comparisons to said characters. I forgot araragi. They are great MC's for the show. Whether they change for the better or not, their character is something that draws us in. You can't help but appreciate the writing of these characters. So calm down guys

Weiss Schnee

wow you guys finally started this anime. absolute peak

Sam

Wait a minute!? Can someone please tell me, the guy trying to be an author, is that the main character from Gaogaigar???

The Zany Spirit

12:57 I used to have the same trouble forgetting what it was called. The only reason I remember it without fail now is because I watched the anime Love, Chunibyo, and Other Delusions. Which, with the romance animes they've been watching, surprised it never happened to be watched. Maybe then they'd remember its called Chunibyo. (Or other alternate spellings.)

IzanagiAce

I hope yall have fun with this show cause god I know I can't

Neeko
>>102711074

Lmao not "whatever did that to him" lol im gonna guess his parents

Sum1s0mewhere

ORESNAFFU it's the official one btw lmao

maximumlion

Me listening with headphones just singling out the baby crying with my A1 Hearing😭

mark garcia

I saw it mentioned a couple times and now that it seems that you’ve been watching more and more of these slice of life shows, I’d really recommend watching Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions. If not for the surprisingly fun fight scenes in a very wholesome slice of life show. (You’ll also never forget what Chuunibyou means ever again afterwards > v <)

Oscar Santos

Bunny Girl Senpai is heavily inspired by Oregairu.

The only things I remember about Chuu2 are that the characters are all cute because it’s KyoAni, especially Dekomori, there were a lot of moment of genuine emotional pathos that hit me out of nowhere, and I REALLY didn’t like the ending. Actually, I could say the same exact things about like 3 other KyoAni shows from that era. Amaburi and Kyokai no Kanata come to mind, but my memory is scant.

Ecodude
>>102911783

I refused to watch the final movie bc I kinda knew about the resolution and didn't want to ruin the series for me

Aldebaran

At 23:34 the title changes from "Oregairu" to "Oregiaru" which can be roughly translated to "I have an argument". I really like how well that edit fits.

Aldebaran
>>102701627

I saw that too, but I think it is an intentional edit done at the end. The wrong name "Oregiaru" can be translated to "I have an argument/opinion" which fits given that this at the time of the video where they are discussing their thoughts on the episode.

timethy girkins

Is yall children crying inna background of da vid lol I can hear it

Ziggy

Roshi just be saying outlandish shit, I don't know how I never noticed
