woah this randomly turned into an action flick wtf lmao

Comments

Infinite Ree

yeah these dramas switch tones sometimes on a dime. it's wild

Bria A.

Comedic k-dramas (and this one isn’t even that comedic but it is kinda slice of life) will absolutely without fail have a random incredibly dramatic plotline in the last few episodes and the emotional whiplash amuses me every single time lmao Also you’re not trippin, it is the same gang boss Saeroyi knew, but he’s also an opportunistic criminal who just got paid a massive amount of money

britt

my only problem with sooah asking him if he still likes her is hes been chasing her for 15 years now. she hasnt reciprocated no type of feelings except the kiss yiseo blocked. why do you still expect him to like you maam?

Mari

Y’all gotta watch Vincenzo after this

Celine

The song is part of the original soundtrack for the show, thats why it's played a lot!

Kingmakaii

Bro wtf this shit just did a whole 360😭

kindauncanny

#teamyiseo for LIFE. i’ll always support saeroyi and her - soo-ah watched the grind from afar, yi-seo was a part of the grind, and that was the main difference

KeYo

i honestly for me do not like either of his love interest like in my opinion he should have in a relationship with soo ah. yi seo is annoying and too manipulative tbh

_k.ayl.a_

idk why I laugh but ya'll faces when seoyori got hit😂💀

PetersThimble

I was not expecting Yi Seo to win in the end but I’m here for it tbh 🫢 Yi Seo was on the money about Soo-Ah not needing to do anything but stay in her position at a distance for Saeroyi to fall for her

Rai
>>108347346

Rite like it has da same vibes as dis show just a lil more dark

Jalan

Please check out Weak Hero Class 1 or Taxi Driver after this🙏🏽. Both dramas are amazing

Mari
>>108347346

Yeah it’s very comedic in the first 1-7 episodes and then it gets dark quick

Jyrus Lobo

at 25:00 Sheera's line had me crying lmaooo!!!!

Mari
>>108347346

Lmao😂 somebody said that the last post I requested it on but I promise you it’s worth it, you and sheera would enjoy it, 1h 24m looks long but you wouldn’t even notice that it’s that long if you were to just sit down and watch it, definitely in the later episodes when it starts getting really good, Trust me brotha 🙏

Jorge Viera

it is the same guy from prison, but money talks i guess

envy

27:07 GeunWon stared at SooAh smirked/chuckled(?) cuz of the way she took the shot facing away from him as if she was still working under him.

envy

18:08 when Yiseo paused what she was actually gonna say was “he’s going to DIE” but she rephrased it to “he’s going to pass away”😅. just a lil detail i noticed since ik a little korean..

Art of Trolling

Man goddamn!!! They literally just had this dude in the show to be a piece of shit. I was hoping he did his time and turned a new leaf.

Moon
>>108337285

Fr… always sum random and dramatic gotta happen 😭

Pritz Belle

Damn, they really did that to saeyori just to make his realization of his feelings towards yi seo extra dramatic.

Beast Boy
>>108352286

Nah. Soon ah literally didn't do shit but hold this man down 😭😭 tbh the possibility of me dating anyone who works under the nigga that killed my pops or hide the fact is insane to me

Syncere Mathis

u guys should check out Extraordinary Attorney Woo after this hopefully 🙏

Sally

"She didn't even get slapped" lololol. The way you clown lethal k-drama slaps is so funny

Sally

Hahaha you two make me laugh so much with every reaction. I love how you always notice the same little things at the same time like preferring Hyun-yi's old hair and Yi-seo's fancy light switches. It's so cute and funny. I'm also impressed as always by your predictive abilities when it comes to future events and dialogue. You've seen too much tv over the years lol

AOArlert

Dude spent almost $7000 on a necklace???? Soo-ah fumbled tremendously

Nick

saeroyi got 100 trench coats man

Sasha

Why always make fun of the song😭

Random Guy

Honestly I feel like Soo Ah had it coming. She had plenty of chances to come to his side. So many years, so many chances. She could have switched sides when he was started the pub. She could have switched sides when he confessed to her on the bus. She could have switched sides when they founded IC. She could have switch sides when he they got the investment. She could have switch sides when he refused to quit and come to her. She could have switch sides when they lost the tv show. She could have switch sides when they expanded to china. Even if IC wasn't the biggest food company, im pretty sure she would still have had a really high position in IC, maybe even higher than what she did in Jangga. But she has made her choice that her job is more important than Saeroyi and she waited a little too long to switch sides, not its too late.

unrelated but that scene where saeroyi fell down the climb reminded me of a korean horror movie I think you guys would like, Gonjiam: Haunted Asylum!

Drake Rage

I really don't understand the Saeyori+Soo-ah stuff, like why was Soo-ah playing hard to get for so long? to the point of Saeyori losing interest in her? They both liked each other for over a decade but for some reason refused to actually get personal with each other, only meeting for drinks and dinners once in a while.

100% on weak hero class!! i would love a trio reaction to this kdrama sm.

Austin S

Roshi wasn't having it with the death scene 😭

Codymojo856

now that its reached this episode, some thoughts on Soo-Ah. i totally understand why she is how she is. She didnt just work at the orphanage, she was an orphan. and not because her parents died, her mom literally left her there at an old enough age to remember it all. her whole life's goal is to be successful enough to not have anything taken from her again. that goal for her is just as important as the revenge is for saeroyi. she will do anything to secure it even if it means working for the enemy. she put in the work and did whatever was necessary for self security. Saeroyi knew that and thats why he said dont worry about me, and ill make enough to make you quit. i dont think of it as her stringing saeroyi along. she knew from the moment he said he had a X many years plan that his revenge was top priority. i personally saw the "i like rich men" as a motivator. also she wouldnt want anything bad for him which is also why she said she was kidding and to go after Yi-Seo.

Smokedog

This might be just me but all this relationship shit seems forced. Why is everyone so dramatic.(Yes I know it's a Kdrama)

Cleven Anthony

Patiently waiting these next two episodes 😭😭😭 I’m so excited too see how it all unfolds but I’m rooting for yi-seo 😭

Rena Unnie

lmfao roshi. her workload slapped her then 😭

Elle E.

😭😂😂 yall comments had me dying this whole episode, great reaction

Chris Hee

Soo Ah did save his life that one time, at least, haha. Also, you guys might like Descendants of the Sun!

Soo Ah did reciprocate his feelings and they both were ready to settle down together when Mc would finally achieve his goal of beating chairman Jang...but unfortunately Mc couldn't keep hold of his feelings for her and let go of it even before he achieved his final goal

I know i'm way late in this reply but I had to give a counter to this point. I get her backstory and her goal of never being in the position she was in when she was a kid. The problem with this is, she has already worked years now, over 10 with the company. She has money and the guy she is "interested" in has money too. So what is she waiting for exactly? She doesn't need to wait anymore for Saeroyi to get revenge because she can leave. I also feel too many are downplaying her choice to work for them in the first place. I get Searoyi says it's cool but how you do work for the man that killed your love interest father and you stay around well they try everything to ruin his life All the while on the side lines saying " man, that's crazy but he's ok and still like me, so it's cool". I know kdramas will kdrama, along with other hyper toxic fantasy romantic storylines that focus this "saving" Soo-ah attitude. She never needed saving and she is doing well on her own choice. Searoyi is the one needing saving but she barely lifts a finger to assist him at all. It makes Soo-ah hard to root for and honestly low key resent her character. Yi-Seo is holding Searoyi dreams on her back and I don't see how you match that.
