WeavyBoo

Ok when they start adding in new shows, they gotta do Mushoku Tensei season 2

Jalen Holmes

I really enjoyed this anime more than I thought I would and I cannot wait for season 2. Im hype

MWS

Dre

I was having such a good time until roshi said that vin diesel shit🤣

Jazmyne Mattucci

zILovePelmeni _

you guys gonna react to fate strange fake ???

Kingmakaii

This shit def gonna get dark haven’t started the manga but people saying this shit gets extremely dark 😭

Danny

i was never really into idols but do enjoy a decent performance so this show was perfect. it had the perfect mix of mystery + slice of life + realistic background of the entertainment industry and other modern stuff + these non cgi idol dances. Cant wait for s2

Idk if you are a manga reader but I'm not gonna spoil the specifics since Patreon doesn't have any spoiler filters but it is later on shown and confirmed that people unrelated to Aqua family line gain the eyes (chapter 109 for anyone interested)

A. P.

Aqua goin off with the glow sticks like that was crazy lol

Re_Slayer

If anyone wants to start the manga for this, chapter 41 was this episode. I suggest reading it just in case a few details were left out. Can't wait for season 2

awwtysm

Given the popularity of this show and given how perfectly todays chapter of Oshi No Ko lines up with the end of season 1, I am really excited to see todays manga reveal shown in what should be around the ending of season 3. Season 2 has been announced already and I'm really excited for it. People didn't like it as much when it was coming out (the manga chapters) but I feel like when you get to read it all at once its amazing and I think the pacing will be so much better when put into anime format. Also, theatre stage they reference is real, here is what it looks like in real life: https://www.timeout.com/tokyo/theatre/ihi-stage-around-tokyo Here is an example of BTS of a play that uses this setup: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SqZ9rbGEl3U

Chris D. M.

Season 2 is going to start with the reveal we all been waiting for.

My favorite part about that chapter is that it reveals something completely unexpected about the world building and motivations of the villain, over a 100 chapters in. Completely changed how I saw the series.

Gilthwixt

Akasaka-sensei is such a master troll, he pulled this shit in Kaguya too where the Anime and manga have major arcs end the same day with their plots paralleling each other somehow.

Denickart

Kana doesn't need star eyes she has galaxy eyes.

awwtysm
>>111738753

yeah it fit so well with some of the things said in todays chapter and what was shown on screen in the anime. Hearing the trio talk about what might happen etc. made me finally understand manga readers of other series and novel readers for stuff like game of thrones (when that was still a thing) cause there's such a strong urge to talk about stuff but you can't cause its major spoilers lol

KeYo

man im tryna see roshi and lupa become the ying yang twins lmao

godUsoland

Season 2 is gonna go crazy! Yup, Tokyo Blade is straight up Inuyasha fused with like Ruroni Kenshin or Demon Slayer :)

Devin B

Imagine someone sees Aqua with his glowstick moves and then they start to remember that video of him and Ruby as babies killing it with the glowsticks.

Yoruka

Funny part they didnt include weirdly was the girl at the start who went to watch our girls perform, literally decides to quit being an idol as she is watching them perform cause they are just so good

Devin B

The best way I would describe Kana's star power is like a faraway galaxy. She has a bunch of stars to represent her various skillset but because she's insecure about her own talent it's hard for those stars to shine. Ai and Ruby are able have a star that is visible to everyone and they're not afraid to hold anything back which makes their star shine bright.

Gilthwixt

Anyone else having bitrate issues with Patreon? I thought it was just my internet being shitty but I'm getting youtube at a crisp 4k so I know it's not me.

The Endless

seeing Aqua with the glowsticks going crazy actually made my heart melt, this show is dope

Hertog
>>111743472

its 100% the shitty patreon player. Cant do anything about it since it wont let us choose a quality which is stupid for a video player

Esteban Rodriguez

Anyone got what chapter season 1 finished on? Going to catch up to the manga

earthphoenix7068

While you were busy singing songs, I was honing the blade of drama.

Gilthwixt
>>111742683

Makes sense, it would've broke the pacing this episode and cut into the setup for next season, and they never really addressed it again even though it felt like it was a set up for something (I thought she got referenced later down the line but on subsequent read throughs I couldn't find it)

Gilthwixt

Lupa killed me with that "Mid, like that one comment" line. Ironically dude ain't here for the season finale, guess he finally found something better to do with his time (unless they banned him or something)

Phroug

Lowkey i'm tryna see Roshi and Lupa be the new Daft Punk

Thiivi

In terms of blowing away my expectations, this show absolutely takes the cake for this season. The only reason I even gave it a try is because of a Gigguk video where he praised the manga. So glad that I did, because the production value was insane! I really hope they can keep this quality going into season 2!

King Kryptic

That man Aqua looks like he could awaken his persona at any moment

Gate

Kana doesn't have star eyes, she has galaxy eyes

Basedra

I started the manga today because I NEED to see how the story continues.

Deiondre0

Im sorry but I just cant wait till next year, havent felt this tempted to switch to manga and read ahead since MHA Season 3.

Alex Wu

imagine ruby dyed her hair...if u watched the yoasobi - idol mv, you'll know what I mean

Aniki Pft
>>111749544

Bro was finna have ppl readying they pitchforks then I realized they were joking about the twitter shit lmao.

X

Later you'll see how Kana x Akane is the true ship all along 😂

Sugoi_Boi__

I don’t know if it’s the same guy or not but the guy at 1:37 of this episode reminded me of the guy in yalls first episode at 1:15:07. Another guy with a white bandana, who was holding up a sign saying AI’s fan forever or something right after her death, and the guy in this episode is an old fan so maybe that was him back then.

Doughnut

When they showed Ruby in the graveyard I thought they were gonna show *that* scene from the manga early as a teaser for s2 and was ready for them to flip out

pmreez

Sheera's "idk i don't fight over glowsticks" made me cackle

Danny
>>111787252

same...i thought i wasnt sure if i rmber it right but i dont think there were that mnay graveyard scenes. oh well maybe nxt season or they wont do it at all

Marcus Lyles

Why don’t Aqua and Ruby just do the fusion dance, and combine back into Ai?

Johnathon

There's an entire section of the manga they cut from the episode featuring that Idol at the start of the episode that was going to watch their performance. While watching B-Komachi she basically has a teen-life crisis in her head and ultimately decides to quit being an idol. Kinda weird that they introduced her at all considering there was no payoff.

Joshua Shores

Before they were famous, Lupa-San aka Paul Bombaclaat has been playing video games and watching anime since he was 10 years old

Alex Campbell

Matching Kanna to Ai frames from ep 1!!!!

lyssa

Gonna miss this show was good up until the end

tanaya

The middle aged guy who said he was a fan of Ai was featured in ep1 as one of the crying fans who was going to be at her Dome Concert the day she died. Nice throwback.

PyroPhoenix

The difference I see between Ruby and Kana is that Ruby goes out there and shows how talented she is, with or without support. Kana is very talentedc as much or maybe even a little more than Ruby, but she puts herself down if she doesnt see people supporting her.

YuP

Fun fact the bandana guy is the same guy who was crying in front of the stadium after the Ai's death announcement

J Man

OTown? We need Lupa and Roshi singing "All or Nothin' at all" now via music video

Vincent S Deluca

You guys are taking the eye thing way too literally (I Think) lol, People cant actually see it lol, its symbolizes Ai's Charisma, Aqua and Ruby dont actually have a star shape in their eyes, same with Akane, it was just to show she was channeling Ai's Charisma/Personality

Mahmii

15:04 Sheera and Roshi are never kissing or nothing in these videos, are they actually together?

UsrNmTkn
>>112103997

Are they supposed to be making out and grabbing all over eachother on camera during every reaction? A lot of people just don't feel comfortable doing all that on camera for thousands of people to see. And these reaction aren't about their marriage so why focus on it when not relevant?

Mahmii
>>112103997

Fam, it’s a joke. Did u not check the time stamp I’m referring to😭

Evan Jenkins

Aqua: "Um...maybe try and get along with her?" Akane & Kana: "I'm about to end this girl's career."

DANIEL PEREZ
>>112103997

they prob got that baby they "supposedly" had from the baby rental shop/ tire shop

Kraivathin Kritaramrueng

Instead of "I hate you", I wish Lupa would say "I'm gonna clap you hard" when talking about Vin Diesel XD

earthphoenix7068

The strongest sorcerer in history vs the strongest sorcerer of today ahhh

The Zany Spirit

"His name isn't Vin Diesel, it's Mark?!" Lmfao. That callback to the last 40 seconds of their reaction to Oshi No Ko Ep 9 is hilarious! I haven't even watched ep 9 for a whole year now (Forgot to watch this last episode for season 1 until just now, a year later) and my mind immediately remembered it xD

JotaroDrake

2:40 I’d pay to see this at dreamcon
