Yeah they decided they just wanted to start at the newer stuff, and Baki isnt some incredibly deep show or anything lol its fine to just hop into, they did def feel it early on with how crazy everything is since they didnt have the previous eps to set the pace, but they have acclimated

A Dust explosion like that isn't crazy powerful, enough to hurt like hell, break windows and make your ears ring but the most dangerous part is the sheer heat and burns it gives off, the suit mainly protected against that
