Isaac Cobbinah

lol roshi reaally asked how sheera know the body functions of a girl

Devin B

I'm just glad this spin off was able to capture the fuckery of The Boys while providing a fresh storyline

JohnnySmoke

They were speculating about Jordan's powers during the fight so they missed the part where they punched Golden Boys dick 🤣

Ayoni Folarin
>>120569448

I mean off feats alone shes pretty stonge, at the start we had seen her harden the blood to x off her parents. But that was at a time of distress.

kagamiluvr

thought my card got declined LMFAOOO

Bria A.

Marie and Jordan are my favorite characters and I’m interested to see who Roshi and the gang gravitate towards (but I’ve also been a Jaz Sinclair fan since CAoS, so)

Kingmakaii

Ok that 1st episode i don’t even know wtf to say just wow it so much going on lmao 😭

Adreyen Barnes

Bruh y’all missed the penis punch lmao

dawn

lupas "pretend its a diving board" had me in actual tears

Marshall Lee

27:05 LMAO i was gonna say lupa laughing took me out but LOOK AT SHEERA' S FACE IM DEADDDDDD

Desert Penguin

Roshi, This season takes place after The Boys Season 3. We've been chatting in the discord for awhile that this show is basically the R-Rated version of My Hero Academia LOL

poisonivybag

Can't believe they missed Jordan punching Luke's fire dick haha

Frederick

Bro we not even 40 minutes in and we on some BULLSHIT 💀

Alfredo

I would be horrified to be around supes while they're drunk or on drugs. Imagine you chillin' at a party and then a mf snortin' Odin's dream cuts you in half on some cyberpsycho shit.

Zero _

bro is that HANK from detroit become human??? Tell me Im not tripping

Louis

Sheeragan was active this whole episode, also the invisible guy is translucent’s son

Corey Leach

I could be trippin but I think Andre is bi. That "I love you" to Luke seemed like he loved him more than a brother. Also Andre was talking about "sucking and fucking" his way thru college 🤨🤨

Rainz
>>120573610

it is actors name is Clancy Brown hes been in a ton of movies and does a lot of voice acting most notably Mr.Krabs and Lex Luthor.

A. P.

Y'all the 3rd reactor group I've seen to call this nigga Tom Brady lol Arnold might wanna ask around

zILovePelmeni _

yeaaahhh yall just ignoring the punch to the dick?????

Louis

The Male version of Jordan absorbs power and the female version give’s the absorbed energy back in form of offensive attacks

Ethan

3:36 Lupa decided to be good Samaritan and scream for her lmao

CRYPTIC _TAGZ
>>120573836

Yeah i dont think he loved luke like that but he was checking up a guy in the club lol

DIOR

This show outta pocket beyond my expectations

Oni Legend

Bruh i can not WAIT to see y’all react to the next 5 episodes. This show is actually really damn good and somehow gets better every episode

Rocksolo

She doesn’t have to hurt her self she chooses to she could just use other ppl blood but what good will that do if u have to wait for someone to bleed 🤷🏽‍♂️

earthphoenix7068

Roshi, she can move other people's blood. She literally killed her dad with her mom's blood.

Brandon

Sheera's intuition sipping on compound v

Teyon Alexander

If I had to hazard a guess, make Jordan absorbs kinetic energy and female Jordan expels it. So Jordan in male form can take the punches as his body absorbs or redirects the attack, Female Jordan then uses the stored up energy to create a kinetic blast. That’s just me guessing.

Teyon Alexander
>>120574425

Oh look! We came to the same conclusion!! Yeah they absorb and either stores or redirects it.

Bria A.
>>120573836

i can’t say anything that’s not a spoiler other than i dislike how they wrote part of the story when comapared to the acting, but andre IS very much bi, he straight up said he had a crush on a-train and the show doesn’t hide his attraction to men lmao. also…the weight of those “i love you”s and the lingering camera shots do not telegraph as platonic at all, but i’ll let y’all and the writers cook. 😅

Bria A.
>>120578670

you’re allowed to be loud and wrong, i guess—and he’s already dead, so… 🤷🏽‍♀️

lyssa

Little nervous where the show goes but I’m excited

RuTo-San

Do you have to watch The Boys to understand Gen V?

Guav

the boys only surprised me with the dick explosion last season but 4 episodes into this show and this shit wild af lmao

Minaruto

Bro Jordan is literally a Tensen from Hells Paradise 😂😂😂

Fabio Belrause

Good thing I watched this with y’all first before I invited my Dad and Sister to watch it with me LMAO, not doing that anymore

kai

first time watching this and they already killed off the most interesting character

KeYo

that shape shifter person reminds me of that anime. was it ranma? where they changed sex and stuff

Paulothy
>>120582351

Gonna have to be a bit more specific than that, they killed alot of characters

Art of Trolling

I see a lot of hate for the MC ngl. I think its to early to judge, so ima give her time.

Leon

Golden boy is Arnold Schwarzenegger son

Leon

This makes college 10 times more stressful lol

I Rage at Everything

Jordan(boy) basically absorbs damage and the girl version shoots it back out. Kinda like how the black panther suit does

Alexis Sullivan

Jordan is not a shape-shifter. They can't change into any shape, they can only change their gender. The male and female version are literally the same person they just change their gender at will. They are the representation of "nonbinary" or "gender fluid". And I agree with others that male Jordan seems to absorb kinetic energy when theyre hit and female Jordan releases that stored up energy as an attack.

Bria A.
>>120580338

marie moreau they could literally never make me hate you lmao

Joel Lopez

The commercial with the " I'm super abled" sent me flying

Ebronics

lol deadman wonderland

Eliana

The Marie hate is crazyyyy.

n momo

Gen V: a popular and good guy? Not on my watch!

hokeypokey

Lets go! Feel like I've seen a vocal minority hating on this show, I really enjoy it though!

Nicka Snax

not sure if anyone mentioned it yet, but Golden Boy is played by Arnold Schwarzenegger's son.... you can really see it sometimes when he does certain expressions

Arima Kana

I don’t think recalling used blood is a good idea though. Exposing your blood in the environment in which bacteria, virus and all other nasty things exist would be very dangerous if you recall it to your system

DIOR
>>120580338

Ngl she kinda mid in this role her only super power was being a mixed race woman with two black parents

Jazko
>>120588956

Have you seen the list of anime they plan to watch tf?

KingKai _

I'm so dumb Paul is Lupa duh

GeekdUpDee

She just needs to use small bullet blood 😂 because imagine fighting then passing out to blood loss

Roxy Rezerina

Aint no superpower shows do powers like the boys i swear

AresReborn

The difference btw her power and choso’s is that he can control which components of his blood he uses so he can turn coagulation off and on as needed but she can’t do as soon as the blood is exposed to the air it begins coagulation and if she recalls it she could die from a thrombus (internal blood clot) which causes a stroke or a heart attack

HometownHero

If only Choso were around to teach her

Soul King

just think of them like the people for hells paradise lol

Leo

The dick riding was bonkers. Golden boy's super suit was fire 🔥 no pun intended. Jordan's abilities were the most interesting I've ever seen but Marie has the most potential. If she can literally blood bend with zero drawbacks she goes into the upper echelon of power. Season probably will end with her doing so. Lastly hope David Caruso wasn't in the room to see what his owner was doing.

CAM

Not them believing bros on meth after seeing all that😭

Bxneeyyx

is the show lame or the MC

Painted black

So is jordan from hell’s paradise?

shadowfiend

Living in this world has to be horrible, you can't live comfortably

Gloccr

Im requesting wto Korean movies. Along with the Gods: The Two Worlds and Along with the Gods: The last 49 days. I recommend everyone including comments read the synopsis. The second movie is even better than the first.

John Cedar
>>120582351

There are flashbacks containing him and his death has a story reason. But feel free to not watch if you're gonna judge a show that fast.

John Cedar
>>120583999

I don't get how anyone could hate her, she literally is just reacting to her life. Since her parents gave her the Compound V and never told her and never prepared for the day she'd get powers, their deaths are entirely their own fault. She has had no choice in anything she's done, and she's just been a pawn to be used by others or thrown away. Her saving that woman in the club was literally the first real decision she's been able to make in her life, other than apply to college.

Deanna Carter
>>120573836

He may actually be bi in real life. He was in Sabrina (played her cousin) and he was he bisexual in that show too.

Deanna Carter

It's Lupa saying "sheera why you do that?!" Sheera responding, " I didn't do that!" is hilarious! Lupa acting like Sheera writing the episode as they're watching it! LOL!

Tyler Fraser

Roshi calling Lupa by the government lol

MajinVegeta420

just had to pause to say why is sheera always such a goddamn genius lol like fr why not just put a tiny cut on the tip of your finger and shoot out little blood bullets

mello

hank from detroit a professor now

MajinVegeta420

Ooooh i get why you call him tom brady its cause when he uses his powers you can see his deflated balls lol

Miguel NoName
>>120590065

I noticed it as soon as I saw him, they should cast him in terminator remakes or new movies.

kai
>>120582351

i ain’t judging shit lol i just said they killed off the most interesting character 🤨

Vayne

One thing i kinda forgot until a bit later which is good to remember for Maries power is that Supes are also just very fucking buff humans so she can afford to lose more blood seemingly then like u or me so its not as bad.

Delinda Arts

the boys universe is terrifying bc you really dont know if you gonna die from a supe's fuck up that day like A-train or Crimson Countess

Godrick

Bro sheeras face when the toxic youtube comments popped up lol... people aint shit

Godrick
>>120583999

well when writing a character arc, where you begin informs where youre going.. so if we're starting with "i killed my parents as soon as i found out i had powers, and proceeded to make my whole life about using these powers to make a career while pretending nothing happened to my parents" then i can see why some people would be apprehensive about where her journey is going

Eliana
>>120589181

? Can you not read or something? What told you I hate her and am not a fan?😂🤔

Sugoi_Boi__

At 8:55 I was thinking Damn, the cast of supernatural out here doing side quests lol first Dean and Bobby, now they brought the new God. This show is on a pretty damn good start though, they weren’t lying when they said it was as out of pocket

Slacker

"is he gonna be in the next season?" Nah he ain't even making it to the next episode 😭

John Cedar
>>120614708

Maybe they will have her do that eventually but that's also exactly how she killed her mom, and given how she wants to redeem herself I can understand why she wants to use her powers in a non-lethal way. Maybe she can't access certain aspects of her powers until she gets over her past trauma.

Nyashaxo
>>120593581

That’s exactly what I thought. She could make smaller versions of the one that killed her mum. It was basically a bullet.

GoddessHex

Lupa saying she’s Choso but I say she’s katara lol

Dontsop Keran
>>120583999

I think it’s pretty obvious that she’s not acting like nothing happened. Literally the whole episodes she gets flashbacks about it plus she literally can’t tell people or she’ll get shipped off

Keevondrick Womack

I don't think they caught it but, Jordan punched him in the dick lol

aj
>>120583999

Isn't her whole thing that she wants to be a hero because of what happened to her parents? She's trying to prove to herself and everyone else that she's not a monster despite her past. I think she's a great mc.

Art of Trolling
>>120583999

Also valid. I think when we dig more into her character opinions might sway. I watched the first two episodes and I think she is Ight. She pissed me off a little in the second one though.

Jacob The weird

Anyone know where I can I find their old The boys reactions? I can only find season 3?

Mad4Life

Jordan's male form absorbs energy while the female form releases energy.

rickie woodson

finally! a team in the boysverse i can root for. #blackexcellence and starring two alums from chilling adventures of sabrina, including my crush: chance perdomo. i swooooooooooooooooooooon

rickie woodson

glad you see it too roshi. that fine dime piece could be deray's son. looks like a younger finer version of him. DAMN!

rickie woodson

they obviously are lying. that boy isnt on drugs, he escaped whatever tomfoolery the villains got going on and they used him being on drugs as a cover for their shenanigans. and it ties into to golden boy having dreams about "the woods". i dont know if he's a nescient psychic or if someone is reaching out to him telepathically who is imprisoned. this mystery seems to be our season 1 mystery/adventure.

Kumi Chan

Is that hank from Detroit become human?

October Veil

21:06 "its basically a meditation on grief set through 70 years of sitcoms" I jus realized on second watch is basicially describing WANDAVISION!

cheezeblade

Dog, they both ran out of hope at the pewdiepie joke

cheezeblade

YO this show is WWIILLLDD WTF

Kraft

"sheera, why did you do that" that had me dying

PayTheRent

The My Hero Academia of The Boys

Foxyguava

I'm so damn surprised they didn't notice the slow motion punch to a glowing fire dick.

ok
>>120596928

Sheera also said that first girl was being treated like that because she is probably super dangerous or whatever haha it's surprising that they still don't get it's all just bs used to justify their mistreatment of characters

ok

Other comments said it but dude was NOT on meth 😭

Lupa is Dadi

“i figured she could control blood in general” no sheera you did not 😭 shut yo lying as up 😭

Temeculous

Luke is Arnold Schwarzenegger son

Joe
>>121994692

??? She did control her mother's blood, its not that far fetched

Lupa is Dadi
>>121994692

no you slow as she controlled her own period blood and slit her mothers throat 😭

Lechon
>>121994692

yeah and killed her father with the mothers blood you slow ass.

Mollywopper

This show does such a great job subverting your expectations for these characters. I'm sure everyone thought golden boy would be homelander jr and thats exactly what they wanted, but by the end of the first episode pretty much all of the typical character tropes are thrown out the window and you have no clue what to expect.

BONE DRAGON Vids

They didn’t see the punch to the fire dick

JotaroDrake

They was doing super coke on the roof 😭

JotaroDrake

Tom Brady?!?😂😂😂😂😂

melloburner

RANDOM CLANCY BROWN???? MR KRABS???
