halsa

thanks for the bonus reaction guys!

Bman468

Holy hell, did they really make that Poe short story into a series? Damn, that’s crazy

PJ Rivera

You guys are the definition of grinding, so many reactions along with the gaming channel whilst having kids. Salute to you guys

Yoxxhio

I saw “fall” in my notis and thought yall dropped another snowfall ep😭😭

Damarcus Miller

What is this about? Anybody got a short info summary

Jared Craine

Ayyyye had no idea you guys were gonna react to this, im so excited. My friend and I had a blast trying to figure out all the mysteries so I can't wait to see you two go on the same ride

Kassandra

Yes, Midnight Mass was excellent! If you ever have time in your schedule for it, I highly recommend. You'll enjoy it if you liked Flanagan's other works

Jared Craine

Horror series from the same creator of Haunting of Hill House, Gerards Game, Midnight Mass and the Shining sequel Doctor Sleep

Mrlanie
>>121697742

shitheads get what’s coming to them in the theme of edgar allen poe stories

Hadassah Albert

I've been waiting for this ever since y'all did the interest check on it! SO SO SO excited, I think y'all are gonna love it!

moistmermaids

Mike Flanagan’s works are amazingggggg

zILovePelmeni _

wait they didnt see the mom behind dupin?

britt

there's actually a condition that stops your heart and it seems like you've died but it can start again

Mari

Don’t know if y’all caught this Roshi but the mom was standing behind the black dude in the chair while they were talking, It’s super dark in the background so it’s hard to tell but you can see her move

Sahil B

watch midnight mass

Jamil Hicks

Roshi missed the part the granddaughter was one of the first to sign it 😂

J Man

These are my confessions...

Ray

If you haven't seen it already I recommend watching Haunting of Hill House when you got a minute. Probably my favorite Mike Flanagan show. thanks for the reaction!

DatKid_Kaneki

am i trippen or does the guy who directs these use the same actors? i can tell hes the same person cause all his netflix shows have the same feeling

Mauricio -
>>121700653

The director does use a lot of the same actors in many of his projects (Haunting of hill house/bly manor, midnight mass, etc)

Dune
>>121700020

They said in the first 10 seconds they've watched both.

Sung Woong
>>121700020

Can you actually watch the video before you start making requests? This is why actual good shows never get seen cause you guys just spam without looking at their show list or listening to their intros.

Robert Blackett

Oh and if you haven’t already, check out Gerald’s Game.

DIOR

cant even lie yall duos have been some heat lately the selection has been stellar as hell and a lot more eclectic than trios lol.

Ivan Šlogar

I'm thinking the lawyer said there's an informant to rattle them, and have them try to snitch to protect themselves from "the informant"

DrPlague9

Midnight mass is probably the best out of all the films plz react to it after this show

Jamaal Ellison

I know nothing about this show. But personally i'm just happy to see Mark Hamill getting work.

Freeofgreed

The grand daughter was at the dinner signing the docs as well.

Ray
>>121700020

I did watch the video and I missed that. All I heard was Midnight Club damn

KeYo

they saw every family member at the dinner table except the granddaughter who was literally there lol and poor mark Hamill he wasn't noticed lol. great show and great intro

Jigga Man

Midnight Mass is definitely a must watch. I've never felt so genuinely irked for a long time lol

BlueSmurf

Yes watch midnight mass!!

Dry Lyo

Will you guys react to FNAF?

Tempest

Is Eliza one of the Dudleys from Hill House?

Gmac paddiewac
>>121721991

no cuz it sucks. they should watch any of the other animatronic jump horror movies that are better

SmittyWerbenjägermanjensen
>>121721991

The movie is mainly thriller with some horror. It's not meant to throw cheap jumpscares but instead explain a story If you didn't like it thats fine, but you can't say it sucks

Dontaie Haymon

No idea what this is about but Roshi's brow is ruffled and Shera is leaning in...▶️

Pan Cakes

THIS IS A GREAT SERIES GLAD YOU GUYS PICKED IT UP W

Panda

Mass was my least favorite of his, and id still kill to see you guys react to it. Granted Usher has become my favorite, so im happy with this by itself lmao.

Carlos
>>121747677

They've watched most everything else except Ms Marvel right? Don't see why not, especially if it gets good word of mouth after that trailer

Carlos

Bruce Greenwood is one of the most underrated Batman voice actors. His voice is so good.

R A

Christian

can’t wait to see your reaction for the rest of the episodes

Tuny kun

Aww I thought this was about Usher, like Usher Usher lol.

Anonymous

I’d love to see you guys watch midnight mass it’s my third favorite behind hill house and this one

A. P.

Definitely should watch Midnight Mass! I'm hype for this series as well, very interesting first episode. Those who've seen Midnight Mass know who I'm talking about when I say after that show I can't even stand to look at one of these female characters in this show lol

Anonymous

I don’t know if either of you guys caught it but this series is heavily inspired by edgar allen poe. Each episode is inspired by a different one of his stories, the names Madelyn and Richard are in his story the fall of the house of the usher, and the raven is shown a lot in this series

Pan Cakes

22:00 AINT NO WAY YOU GUYS DID NOT NOTICE THAT SOMEONE WAS ACTUALLY BACK THERE LOOL

Eosliostro
>>121761277

I don't know if it still part of the descirption but in the early days of Patreon it says its meant to help out the content creators so they could take their time and not be rushed. If you're not satisfied then just unsub. Most people here are stans because they're here to support Roshi and family. That's the whole point of Patreon. Its not incompetence, you're just on the wrong platform.

Husky

Y'all didnt notice at 22min that she was standing behind Auggie the whole time?

Sekraan
>>121697565

Yes. The show shares the name of the Poe short story The Fall of the House of Usher. I haven't seen the rest of the show yet, but each episode is purportedly inspired/adapted from a different Edgar Allen Poe short story (presumably after the first episode to set the scene, as this one doesn't map to any particular story as far as I can tell).

Sekraan
>>121697742

What if the Sackler family (responsible for Purdue Pharma, who brought you Oxycontin and the opioid epidemic) got karmic retribution in the way of Edgar Allen Poe stories?

Bria A.
>>121761277

This is a whole ass family with children and their own damn lives, if you can’t summon some empathy at least make up for it with common sense. You really expect them to record, edit, and upload on a rigid timetable to fit *your* schedule? The entitlement is insane. What’s hilarious is you’re not even complaining about content being days behind schedule…you’re complaining about it being later than you would personally enjoy. Lmao.

Bria A.
>>121700653

went to the ryan murphy school of casting lmao. i mean, at least he uses moderately lesser known actors? plus, i would also put my hot wife in everything i direct tbh

Billy

I'd kill to see y'all react to midnight mass. It's the only Flanagan show I've seen, other than my watch along of this show with you. I had the first episode of Usher on in the background & missed so much

Abigail Stember

I would love for you guys to react to the rest of the series. It's super good.

Garin
>>121766321

lmao same. I thought this was a documentary about Usher's downfall 😂

Godrick

So.. i came into this blind.. was i the only one thinkin this was boutta be a docuseries about Usher Raymond XD

DrPlague9
>>121761277

Fr pretty sure that they had invincible pre-recorded to and still wasn’t able to post the next episode of usher this is a monthly subscription where there is no content being released on the weekends which I’m fine with personally but if they had put a schedule out days before you would think they would commit to it period no if and it buts about it

Wes App

It’s based on a story by Edgar Allan Poe btw

Nita - Kento's Widow
>>121834475

Nah because I fr didn't read it correctly on Netflix and just saw Usher and my mind went "Usher... YEEEEAAAHHH MAN"

jiggyj

what happened to ep 2?🥲 was supposed to be up yesterday

Lily Rose

have you guys seen midnight club by mike flanagan on netflix? its so underrated!

Justin
>>121994727

I think they have because they mentioned that Juno's actress was from Midnight Club

Nikolai Cannady

This cast is amazing if y’all know Mark Hamill this is a very different role for him but I hope you guys are enjoying this reimagining of Edgar Allen Poe

Art of Trolling

This is the man who directed Haunting of Hill House if you think a dead mom can't cause damage your wrong lmao

Leo

ah yes Edgar Allan Poe one of the greats this is going to be excellent. Also ya'll didn't see Eliza's creepy ass in the back the whole time? That's how I know some people wouldn't survive a horror situation you have to always be aware of your surroundings 👀.

OliviaBri

Midnight Mass is a masterpiece. You guys will not regret watching it. Would love to see ur reaction. So glad you're reacting to this. I binged this show like his other work. Great TV!

Ross
>>121761277

Just watch when you have spare time. What's the difference between watching when it releases and watching 2 weeks after upload. This guy is definitely a cuck irl, little man syndrome.

Ross
>>121721991

*says it sucks* *doesn't elaborate* yep, this guy definitely watches his girl get penged down.

DarkGodHao

YOU GUYS MISSED THE MOMENT!!! When Rodrick was saying his Mother was standing behind the Guy, Ya'll missed her walk off behind him

BigHawk

So is this like the book? Cause I graduated in 2021 but we read the book in my sophomore year

matt i
>>122383528

it’s more of a collection of different stories and inspirations: egypt, poe, shakespeare, etc.
