I don't think any of the scenes were of the future. The first one was Izana being depressed because Shinichiro died, and that's when Kisaki found him so he could manipulate him. The second one was Shinichiro expressing disappointment in Izana after he found out about Mikey and lost his shit.

Kisaki is still young in the present so shooting takemitchi is still a problem for him. When takemitchi got shot in the futur, kisaki was as bad and desperate as ever. There is another reason that will be explained in the next ep probably. Kisaki decided to shoot kakucho because he was really desperate. Everything went south in his plan and he don’t even understand why.

Alright so Izana is older than Mikey as he is 18/19 years old so when Shin passed away he was depressed and didn't take care of himself. Kisaki approached Izana wasn't from the future at all.

This is one of the reasons I love this show lmfao. Because of the different perspectives. But I understood it as Kisaki didn't shoot Takemichi because he was thrown off by him not being intimated and at the time he saw Takemichi as a hero (remember the flashback). I think he shot Kakucho because he's nobody to him, he felt like he was getting in the way and he became frustrated. Ya'll deductions are funny though. Everything makes sense to me when I watch lol idk

What people were trying to tell you is that young Kisaki only wanna sneak people to kill them. I'm not really seeing the contradiction that much here. Kisaki didn't even get a kill shot he got Kaku's shoulder from behind looking pretty crazed. With Takemitchy he had a clear head shot staring dead in his face and buckled. Then again Takemitchy and Kisaki clearly have more of a relationship than others think.

Kisaki isn't willing to shoot TACKEMICHI because he sees him as a hero for some reason, I still don't think they've explained it but remember back at the end of season 1 Kisaki called Takemichi his hero, which could definitely be why he shot that guy but not Takemichi.

Just my theory but maybe those were scenes from the original time line? like events leading into how they ended up time traveling in the first place. And maybe Kisaki's personality is switching just like Hinata said about takemitchy. Like the Kisaki who couldnt shoot takemitchy is probably the kid one and the one who shot Kaku at then end is future Kisaki. I also think Izana might able to time travel too otherwise how would he be remembering those events or are they just showing parallels?
