Desert Penguin

So when you guys watch it there aren't any subs on screen? Editing sure is magic!

mitch anderson

Thank you so much. I can't hear without my subs lol

Hbk Lee

ima say it again… don’t change the intro

Michael Pamon

W Molly Ringwald cameo in the beginning

kingBD

Give Tina some time. She is one of those people you love to have on your side but you hate to be an enemy of.

Rei Zero

This show so good that I'm getting stressed for them

Drake Rage

So if Sheera thought "Behind" means they are cooking/working too slow, I am wondering what Sheera thinks "Corner" means? LMAO.

No we watch with subs for everything. Just when i edited it i forgot to turn on the sub file

Rene Sanchez

Did they ever watch the Haunting oh Hill House? The AL anonymous scene reminded me of the one in Hill House for some reason. I feel like it would be a great trio reaction.

Gib

Glad to see everyone was immediately on the Fuck Tina Train when she got up to her bullshit this episode. First time watching this I was so mad lmao, screaming fire her at the TV.

Gib

Also I'm now looking forward to every post episode Lupa breakdown. I feel bad but the amount of second hand stress he's getting from this is so relatable

NovaVortex

Bro Lupa took Tina's shit personally🤣 I almost did too. That bih was mad annoying. Props to the actor. She sure plays that role so well.

Cinmnapple

Not too much on Tina omg

Desi

Tina was so damn mean this season, I couldn't stand her at first either

Robert

Let it rip…never noticed that before in the subtitles for this ep. Thanks for that.

Jazhiel Diaz-Rosa

The character development in this show is insanely good, because I forgot how much Tina blew my shit 😂

Alejandro Rodriguez

lupa ain’t never worked in a kitchen cuz there’s a lot like that still make fire ass food lol, that’s one of the main points of this show kitchens and cooking are stressful and take so much out of you but you go back cuz u love it.

R-Jay

shit was so good after last episode i just said fuck it an watched the rest of the season. shit raised my blood pressure, like they wrote every character in a way that they can make you hate them at least once.

Quel Hilfiger

Bro I just noticed the lady talking in the beginning was Molly Ringwald

These Plums

This is the live action version of Character Development the Anime (Vinland Saga). Characters REALLY grow on you.

Mukatutu

21:22 Roshi day 1 of working in a kitchen = it's about to get lit in here

StrawHat
>>124944857

they don't know that yet...just cuz you've seen the rest of the show doesn't mean everyone has to feel the same about the characters in the beginning. also, Tina is very annoying in the first few episodes loll

J Man

"You betrayed me!!!" killed me

Koifull
>>124944857

@Levi's wife facts! At this point in time she is annoying af...

Justin
>>124942332

I don't know about Lupa, but Roshi and Sheera have already watched it.

Louis Kalman
>>124939454

Not trying to be too much of a hater, but I wish more people would just let them react and naturally have their opinions change the way the creators intend as they watch. You are meant to feel the way they feel when watching this part of the story. This kind of comment is a pretty mild spoiler all things considered, but it's like a compulsion some commenters have to correct them with foresight.

kingBD
>>124939454

I get what you are saying, tried to be basic as possible with the comment. Either way im sure these guys will feel however they feel about characters the way i see most comments coming at them for feeling how they feel about people on other shows lol

Fizzy
>>124956750

Shit reminds me of Franklin saint parents when they didn’t want to move town 😂😂😂

Ghost_Troupe
>>124956750

And the young want the world to change for the sake of it, even if the change is objectively worse

bleach

The foreshadowing of the cans

Ghost_Troupe

Sydney is lowkey annoying a shell. She comes onto the job expecting to be in control and make changes, but then hates when someone gives her even a little push back. Imagine getting hired somewhere and trying to immediately boss everyone around lmao

Mufid Lassissi
>>124984559

outta your mind . all she did was expect adults to use common sense. you the type of person i detest in the workplace tf.

cami ً

tina went out of her way to make things difficult both for carmy and sydney MULTIPLE TIMES she was doing the most

Bria A.
>>124984559

except…she didn’t? she very specifically said she didn’t want to be in a hierarchical system that would make everyone resent her, carmy put that on her. and yeah, she has ambition, but the shop is a personal place for her — she gave him a proposal notebook, she didn’t say “here’s what we’re gonna do, get with the program” she’s a professional in a family owned shop; she’s going to be stuck in a professional routine, just like carmy. as it should be to some extent, not using proper kitchen terms in a busy place gets you stabbed or burned or with a plate of food all over your clothes lmao.

V

“I can taste your day” hahaha

TheDroppedFry
>>124984559

Are we watching the same fucking show? Did you not just see the shit she went through with these minimum wage rejects that have no prospects in life? She's overqualified, humble, hard-working, insightful, empathetic and above all REASONABLE. Contrast that with the fuckhead owing money to Nico and "Bitch" Tina screwing with her dish and pushing back at everything and she's obviously an angel.

Aerospark

I'm loving the show so far, yet it stresses me the fuck out at the same time, especially some of these characters (Especially Tina!) I need to pause every now and then cause it gets me heated, especially since I work at a restaurant too, but thank god not one like this lol. Can't wait for that character development cause goddamn!

muxakara!
>>124956750

you can't use the word objective in a subjective opinion, because you thinking they would change it for the worse is subjective itself. that's YOUR opinion. if anything, the only hope we have are the new generations because the old ones failed to accomplish anything for longevity because they were too focused on selfishly funding their own american dreams. now its up to us and the ones after to try to make a difference otherwise we as going to be stuck in this same loop for eternity. thats MY subjective opinion.

Paulothy

Wait whats with the brunch hate?? Brunch is awesome

kingBD
>>125016288

Eating it maybe but being on the server/restaurant end not so much

GojosHoho

Stress : the show

Aerospark
>>125009948

This is my first time watching, but I might watch on ahead of them and come back and re-watch with them cause I'm hooked now lol

Zoe

That woman who would not wear the apron had me imagining the unthinkable. Why is she here? If she is not here to be helpful, why is she here? She stresses me tf out.

Zoe
>>124984559

She literally doesn't want to be in charge though, if there is anyone you should be pissed off at it should be all the adults that act like children when they are trying to work the restaurant

Millie Long
>>124979248

Watching this the 2nd time through it's crazy seeing how much the cans are teased.

Millie Long
>>124950295

If you told me at this point in the show that I would end up liking Richie by the end, I would think you're insane.

WickedRonin

21:24 Roshi a fool for that 😂😂😂

Rene Sanchez
>>124942332

oh damn, well I think a solo Lupa reaction would be just as good, probably won't happen tho

vesra

Why this remind me of my current job 💀💀

Leo

The forkening and the needle poking are both wild yet understandable. If you reach a breaking point where booby traps are necessary you have been pushed too far! I liked Tina at first I thought she was the hard on outside soft inside type but maybe not we'll see. This episode she was doing way too much for real there's a thing called professionalism and being an adult I guess she's never heard of either.

Senjioh

Its so strange to see Lip like this, anyone who watched shameless would know. I think this shows that he has great acting depth.

Mollywopper

Stank is the perfect word sheera. Her whole character just stank as hell omm.

Giyuu

Oh. Lol fixed

Cameron Eldridge

easy to tell yall never worked in a kitchen lol

Offw0rlder

I feel for this dude Carmy, I just want him to be okay. Trauma is no joke I've been there & still be there sometimes. I encourage anyone on the fence about it to seek counsel, even if it isn't therapy find someone who'll really listen and understand. You can't fight it alone, I've tried. Be well, everyone.

Offw0rlder

Syd don't deserve this kinda bullshit I'm so irked that bitch did that...YEAH?????? Fucking up the food to be petty??? WOW
