still fighting with this export software sorry yall

also idc what yall say Sally sucks lol

Comments

danial javady

What's the problem you're experiencing with exporting?

Ershy

LFGG its here

VibeWolf

THANK YOU!! Sally is such a trash character. Never was on her side the entire show.

Donovan Doyle

Damn lupa never been to a park he really do be in the basement half the time

bleach

I hated Sally so much

YaBoyRoshi
>>125527039

premiere is just crashing non stop, can barely get anything exported n still have two to go. Its been like 5 hours

Calem Joseph

Even with all the context, the laptop thing is still weird

Nox

Agreed, I stopped watching this show because I couldn’t stand her character, watching it again with y’all makes it more tolerable.

Jamaal Ellison

When you combine Berry's delusions. He's having about Sally having a family together when he really barely knows this girl Combined With sporadically buying a laptop out of the blue after sleeping with her once. I don't care what you're saying these are red flags!!! Especially when you know what he does for a living. He's an emotional ticking time bomb.

Red Death

That's an opinion

Keyshawn London

is the lady that was talking about bubbles death from sandman?

Sincerely, the Best.

both sally and barry r big red flags, only reason why Barry is more toralable is because he's written softer (aka less annoying even though objectivly he's worse), we see his struggles which makes us empthazise even though he's a murderer. We also put ourselves in his shoes and sympathize with the descisions he has to make. That laptop thing is still weird asf.

Divinerights

My rebuttal for the laptop thing, is that imagine we hang out for a week, then I buy you an expensive watch I know youve been eyeing. But, we're all struggling actors supposedly.

Jamaal Ellison

Fuches=Tasha & Barry=Ghost if you know you know.

Gib

The actual acting during the "I was in the military" scene was amazing. Seeing how hurt Barry actually was really drives home later on how terrible Sally was during the bar scene trying to turn the class against him. It's still so interesting how Sally and Barry are kind of terrible people in such different ways, but Sally's kind of terrible is just so much more irritating. It's probably because we've met people like Sally, so her narcissism feels more real than Barry's disregard for human life. Also I don't know how they managed to write a mercenary as a golden retriever, but I kind of love Taylor lmao.

DarquanJr

Yeah she is a lot haha. I really like this show so i can appreciate how terrible she is

Roxy Rezerina

GOD I don't like sally, Barry is a problem sure but Sally is one of the most insufferable people in this show full of actual gangsters

mitch anderson

Lol i'm surprised Roshi and Lupa didn't point out what Sally was drinking in the bar. Red Stripe a common Jamaican beer

dawn

sally "mentally immature" and barry delusional as hell lol

I might be able to help. I'm a contributor to NVIDIA's GPU software and have helped a very tiny bit with 3D software(a bit different from premiere) for film & gaming industry. I've never used Premiere, but it should have crash logs that will give information that will trace it back to the cause. If you forward that to me(or adobe support I guess but idk if they suck) it should give some helpful diagnostics. I don't know what OS you're on, I'm guessing windows. From what I've googled, this is where the crash logs are stored: [username_here] -> Documents -> Adobe -> [Version_of_premiere_here] -> Logs they should be located there with the time they occurred. so for example: `C:/Sheera/Documents/Adobe/24.1/Logs` It's different for Mac, i'll just assume you don't use one though. There's also this folder for Windows if you care enough C:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Premiere Pro\[Version]\CrashDumps

Antonio Williams

...there's no way you can contextualize the insanity of the laptop when the show went out of its way to prove that Barry jumped the gun with his fantasies about marrying/getting a place with her. She's trash, but I still don't get the urge to defend Barry when the show basically tells us he's going too fast. And while his social awkwardness is known to us, that doesn't mean other characters have to operate with that in mind

KS Neelesh

I don't get why theres any discussion that sally isnt trash.🤣 she fuckin awful. She is trash underneath the trashiest trash.

Kumi Chan

First episode, sally wasn’t trash, her acting scene with the instructor was wholesome, and then this episode happened 😒

Shiratoshi

Imagine the reason why the lady cop is so stuck on the case is because Barry killed somebody close to her in the past. Haven’t watched it before so I might be wrong.

Saki

I feel like at least as far as I saw, the people pointin out the stuff about Sally were saying like ya, obviously she's awful, but her reaction about the laptop and him seeming to try and stake his claim on her as though they're actually together or anything was totally justifiable. And while they have been hanging out a lot in the time they've known each other, they still haven't actually known each other for long. Also adults or not, I think that yall sayin its understandable to give a laptop as a gift is just a sign of the money difference here, because while I am in my 20s personally, no 30+ adult I know is casually gifting laptops and stuff to people. Shits expensive and that's a big gift, even for someone you're much more familiar with then those 2 are with each other - referenced by the fact that she doesss mention how its worth 3 months of her rent, and like another person said in a comment above, supposedly they're ALL struggling actors and seem to b in similar boats, so she probably assumes similar of Barry. Regardless, a laptop is a wilddd gift. All in all, do I like Sally? Nooo, and I don't think that was the point of peoples comments last time either. No one (again, at least as far as /I/ saw that is) is saying she's likeable or that you should like her, in fact p much everyone seems to be on the same page of NOT liking her. But people can not like her and simultaneously acknowledge that some of yalls comments last time and the energy around the situation came off hella weird, regardless of whether yall actually intended it all as such or not.

John Cedar
>>125528525

Also, most people haven't met murderers or have been personally affected by someone like Barry. He's obviously bad and dysfunctional, but in a way that we can detach from and think of him more as a character. We have probably all had some annoying person act like Sally in our lives, whether that's how she injects herself and her story into every situation or just doesn't listen to the people around her while claiming to be so in touch with people's emotions as an actor...it's much more relatably unlikeable.

PalmMuteKeys

This like snowfall all over again. Anyone who isn't the mc is criticised twice as much

rickie woodson
>>125530208

i agree with all your points. very well put. brava! people freak out about who pays for dinner on a first date cause of the power dynamic it could creates, OF COURSE some expensive gift like that would cause sally to be apprehensive and uncomfortable. even not knowing her full backstory, we know from that episode how a man tried to exert his dominance over her and can infer from what we know about hollywood and our society the situations she has been in with men her entire life. WE know barry is a good sweet noble guy cause we have the benefit of being omniscient viewers, sally doesnt. just give the girl some grace in that department, she has plenty of other flaws we can laugh at lol. im not saying i LIKE sally as in "if she was real i would hang out with her" but i like her as character for the show because her awful personality trait makes for good tv like a ratchet person on a reality tv show. we love to see it! but i also find her quite fascinating from a psychological stand point. there is more to her and to why she is the why she is outside of "she's just a bad person". from the way she responds to people and situations, its giving "im used to being in positions where people control me, never again" hence why she wants to be a star, and pretends to be more stable, well adjusted and successful then she really is. calling the dude her manager when he isnt, hyping up super small roles she gets auditions for, never letting others have a time to shine in her presence, having barry help her run lines but never doing the same for him. i cant wait til we get her backstory. toxic abusive exes and parents, come ooooooooooooooon down!

Oni Legend

Woah wait I don’t think anyone last episode was defending Sally in the sense of ignoring how shitty of a person she is or anything or removing any blame and excusing any of her bullshit. We were just saying in the case of the laptop and the “thats my girl” thing she had a fairly reasonable reaction. Everybody and their mother KNOWS Sally is absolutely god awful and is an incredibly dense narcissist with no self awareness or accountability. The only reason no one mentioned or focused on that part is….i mean its a given like thats something everyone recognized and agreed on from episode 1 hence why everyone can’t stand her ass. Vs people pointing out what Barry’s fuck up was that he brought up on his end with being super mega ultra delusional Sally was/is without a doubt taking full advantage of Barry’s kindness and attention and justifying in some weird mentality of “oh yeah he’s offering it because he knows how great i am so i should take it. But i don’t personally see majority of the stuff they did prior to hooking up as being something that couldn’t also be done with a friend like say in the case that Barry was a woman. The only reason I personally say that Barry was trying to buy her affection with that laptop is that when paired all the dreams and delusions and the “thats my girl” shit it really comes off like he’s trying to lock down those delusional dreams by getting her to buy in to the oh so special relationship he sees. It comes off like he’s saying “see i’d do this for you no issue, now this means we’re together ”

Tyrese Marshall

Watched up to this episode and also found her incredibly annoying. Barry is kinda weird but like she's still incredibly rude

General Grevious

Idc what the other comments say fuck Sally😂

Oni Legend
>>125531632

Aye bro everyone else was sayin fuck Sally too. There’s 10,000 reasons to hate her, it’s just the laptop thing wasn’t one of them

Grimm

I think all of us can agree that Sally is a typical self absorbed LA girl chasing fame. I don't think people were defending her per say but just to say how she felt in a situation.

sotonye ogan

Saying she's self absorbed is an understatement she's narcissistic asf but it's just that she hides it well at times lmao

sotonye ogan
>>125528245

Yeah but the bad and deserved shit that happens to her along way was fucking satisfying to me lmao

hokeypokey

Who'd have thought it would be Barry that got the reactor vs commentors pop off haha. I'm suprised because I don't really think people on either side have wrong thoughts on any of it, like in the end a lot of how you think about the characters and what they do comes down to personal perspective. But I do think that Sally has been catching a lot more verbal flak for being flawed when every single character in the show is extremely flawed.

DxShadow
>>125528525

i mean, after seeing the series, sally is def a self-centered b word. Even the other woman always gets cut off by her.

Himothy

Fuck sally

jorel quieta

Sally is a straight up manipulative person. She try to use Barry’s flaws and messed up nature to try to hide her own. The only difference with Barry and Sally is when Barry does something bad or messed up he genuinely feel bad, guilty or just plain naive about it while Sally either just doesn’t care or insensitive about it cause of how self centered and selfish she is. So its really easy to hate her character. Sally is the worst person Barry fell for.

Jaelyn Mcgee

I just realized that the actress for Sasha, played Death on Sandman and in the Good Place and Infinity Train, which is another one that I think the group would like

Kisuke01

Fuck Fuches he's the reason Barry is in this dumbass situation who brings an envelope for a job to a party with strangers.

Anorak

Sally sucks most for sure, Fuches definitely also sucks, even Barry sucks most of the time. But they're all well written characters which makes them fun to watch even when you hate them lmao.

Devante Vickers
>>125528256

Yea, but we only know those delusions because we are in his head. Barry makes attempts. But Sally just saying fuck you too everyone. We know killers and shit is bad, but I rather be around barry than hanging with Sally. Maybe Sally gets better and barry gets worst. But season 1, Barry 10 times better than Sally

Jamaal Ellison
>>125528256

I'm not defending Sally. She's a narcissist and a sociopath. But the fact that they don't see anything wrong with Barry obsession with Sally is tapped.

Richard Vonherbulis

S1 E5... Good episode... S2 E5 is the GOAT episode lol. Can't wait

RainSD

Comments here be tryna gaslight you into thinking like them just because you don’t like Sally lmao

Carlos

Are people arguing that Sally ISN'T trash? She absolutely is, most characters in this show are garbage humans, doesn't mean Sally deserved to have her manager try and coerce her into sex or that she was out of pocket for not liking Barry's weird ass gift.

RainSD
>>125531206

I hear everything you’re saying but people were definitely saying the criticism was too much for her in that episode and they should’ve criticized Barry more.

Delinda Arts

FYI sally is TRASH and this is just light trash rn lmao

camille

Sally gives me Britta vibes.

john segun doe

Sally so far is GARBO. Im glad her group took a stand and exposed that woman, bout time

john segun doe

Yo whats with the mild spoilers in the comment section. Like ppl pointing out specific episodes or talking about the trajectory of characters for the better or worse. Been happening more ofter recently across many shows Roshi react to. Like bruh, aint we hear to watch their genuine reaction, how are ppl tell them about stuff that they’ll organically get to anyway. Excuse me y’all its just infuriating is all

Matt

I thought he was gonna get clapped first time but yeah Taylor is actually a W and is pretty funny lmao

CAM

Fuck sally!!! Fuck yeah!!!

Mr. Glasses

Yeah. Sally's a whole L.

Gmac paddiewac

fuck Sally all the way through the end

Leo

Yeah Taylor is favorite character so far man on Go mode all the time annoying but effective glad Barry didn't shoot him surprised he didn't see the gun shadow though. That lady Macbeth scene was crazy good especially Bill Hader he killed it pun intended. Definitely fuck Sally she isn't just narcissistic she's manipulative to boot so she can get clapped by long cameraman for all I care. Speaking of clapping shout out Gene for pulling Janice his house is super nice too so those acting class checks be hitting for real. I wouldn't be surprised if Eric actually is a psychopath.

rickie woodson

when the military friend got introduced, i thought this would be the storyline they would go with but not with a random friend of a friend but with the actually homeboy lol. im hoping they add in the other two and barry can have two friend groups: work friends and school friends. they could be some kinda...suicide squad........ :)

Zazies Beret

I dont think the argument was that Sally wasn't trash. It was that she didn't deserve to be creeped on by her manager because she's annoying as hell, nor was it wrong to think that gift was weird (though she could've rejected the gift nicely but as we know she's a bit of an asshole).

Jonathan Sessoms

Yeah I know females jus like sally and that’s why we do not talk anymore

Lamaree Jackson
>>125536088

People do that shit on every show and it’s annoying af. Like they start spoiling things that happen two seasons from now to justify their opinion on a character

Mad4Life
>>125529665

I don't think anyone denies she's trash but you still have to be fair towards her character. Saying that she expected Barry to pay her rent instead of buying her a laptop is outright incorrect so can't be surprised that people are going to correct Roshi's false narrative. As annoying as Sally is, her being annoyed at Barry is still completely justified.

Lulluf

you guys are not being too hard on Sally. In fact, every character in this show is the worst, in a good way xD Also, Sally isn't really wrong to have alarm-bells go off in case of Barry. Dude's litarally having creepy daydreams about her. She's just ALSO the worst.

phantomzxro1
>>125530208

While I do see your point, I don't think she deserve any grace at this point. Sure, she shouldn't have to deal with creepo manager but at this point in the story she is the worse in the acting group. Maybe there is truth to the control thing but currently she selfishly try to control the acting "group". She spin everything to be about her. She has been cutting off the other girl this whole time and the group has finally called her out in trying to be selfish. She was using Berry to make herself feel better and she jump to the next thing that will up her status. Barry may be out of line but he is not socially mature went is why he couldn't read the situation and why he jump to relationship line of thinking so fast. I'm sure we will get a back story on her but right now she is the worse.

phantomzxro1
>>125529067

Well to me it comes down to Barry does terrible things but isn't a terrible person as far as we know. Sally is a terrible person who has little regard for her "friends" or the people in the acting group.

phantomzxro1
>>125528256

It's too early to tell for me but I don't see him as this emotional ticking bomb. He is just socially immature. It would be like your first love in high school. It wouldn't be that out of line to think those thoughts and buy things you shouldn't or be overly protective when you have no right to be. Yes, he is out of line but I don't see that making him bad or trash in itself. Like you said he is delusional just like a lot of people who catch feelings for someone. Barry been void of social normalcy and emotional connections. Which is why he is craving to live a normal life but doesn't have the emotional intelligence yet.

Jamaal Ellison
>>125528256

He seems to hold in his emotions plus he's a contract killer She kind of looks at a life with sally as a way out. She's not built for what Barry's looking for.

Tuny kun

5:53 "Yes, I mind. Now what" is crazy. That shit had me rolling.

DelusionalNYC
>>125528707

Barry isn't supposed to be a struggling actor -- Sally believes he has a legit job and makes decent money

DelusionalNYC

how are this many people caping for Sally in these comments? 🤯

Tremaine

Y’all can’t justify her actions she literally tried to finesse him into intimacy on a friendly drive home one night and was baffled he didn’t want her in that way, Barry is clearly new to this he got puppy love the man went from military to on the street assassin like come on regular interaction aren’t his go to obviously let’s cut the guy a small break

Divinerights
>>125528707

True true, nonetheless it’s early. If he was a millionaire then I’d be like sure it’s outrageous but it’s a drop in the bucket.

heylo

roshi with the ahsoka hair

Mad4Life

Roshi: also idc what yall say Sally sucks lol. Okay and your point? Nobody was arguing whether or not she sucked. All we said was that she didn't deserve to get sexual harassed by her boss or that it's not crazy that she didn't want an expensive gift out of the blue like that. You don't like when people move the goalpost but that's what you're literally doing.

Champion Bescos

Can I just praise how incredibly well directed this show is? It’s subtle, but the framing and composition and editing and line delivery are all so sharp, you can tell it stems from having top tier directors at the helm (among them Bill Hader himself). The raid scene felt like a homage to Roger Deakins’ work in Sicario and that’s high praise. Also.. fuck Sally. All my homies hate Sally.

Aniki Pft

Why are people defending Sally? Even the show is pointing out how she isn't a good person. I think alot of people are just hella attracted to the character and have a hard time accepting she's a piece of shit. If she does become a better character in the future that's fine, but for those who are currently here it's perfectly reasonable to not like Sally.

Renni .
>>125840238

I dont think anyone in these comments mentioned sally being a "good" person

Help
>>125838969

Ok, can you give me your detailed opinion and evaluation of the last season, specifically the last 3/4 episodes

Ranginald Vagel

I fw Taylor hard, he's not a guy I'd bro with in real life but I see why Chris hangs with him

Tsuki
>>125805417

Apparently she liked barry enough to sleep with him. And she the one that made the first move mind u. We get that it wasn’t ok whatever that dude did to sally. that still doesn’t give her the right to treat Barry like how she did

Anna Anthony

Sally's the most annoying/frustrating... Granted Barry's forking weird, but Sally's unbearable most of the time... she's needy and she's using Barry/pushing him around. She treats people like props. I don't fw Sally so far.

Mollywopper

woah. Not gonna lie I wasn't feeling this show up until that Macbeth scene but now I'm locked tf in.

TheDroppedFry
>>125805417

Everyone here got valid points. She has been adversely affected by other factors outside of Barry; and her response to those issues was great. However, the way she treats Barry and magnifies problems of her own volition, and also narcissistically interacts with others, shows that she need plenty of growth in her own way. The show is great, and the real discussions should revolve around their development rather than one-time interactions they've had, because it reduces them to a one-dimensional character rather than simply seeing the show through without interruption to get the whole character.

funkymew
>>125840238

cause she is a real character? as in she feels the most realistic. no one is perfect. and no one said shes a good person , she sucks but everyone in barry is a bad person but shes the only one getting shiited on. also its pretty damn annoying seeing ppl hate female chracters but be ok with the main male character despite being a literal murder? on my 1st watch i didnt even hate anyone but fuches n later on barry in s3. yall are just a lil misgyonistic tbh.

Aniki Pft
>>125840238

@funkymew With all due respect, it's not as if people dislike her for no reason. And also people are pointing out that Berry isn't any better. It isn't a debate on who's worse, if she's awful she's awful. And I definitely don't take kind to being called misgyonistic when I hella advocate for women characters in anything. We know Berry isn't good, who's saying "aw Berry" or that they feel bad for him? And I don't even hate Sally, I literally binged the show and I found myself liking her more after finishing it. Again just because people call out Sally; especially this early into the series, doesn't mean we're excusing any of the other characters actions. Fucking relax.

funkymew

lol the beginning. i love sally im not even gonna lie maybe im one of those ppl tryna defend her but only cause ive seen the full show i watched when new episodes of s3 and s4 when they were dropping. like she isnt the best no one in barry is. but i have just seen to much trash talked about her more than others. idk i hope the sally haters in the comments WHO HAVE SEEN THE WHOLE SHOW talk shit about the other characters cause its embarassing to hate her still in the end after watching the whole thing. man i cant wait to be caught up with the reactions cause the sally hate is making me insane.

Aniki Pft
>>129802216

We're on episode 5. As someone who has seen the series and binged the fuck out of it. You're losing your mind because people don't like people like Sally, which is 100% fine, you don't HAVE to like Sally. She becomes better in the future, but why are you surprised people don't like how she is so early in the fucking series? You can't defend her when she's literally a narcissist. Literally no one in the show is deemed as good and they have problems, but obviously people aren't going to be fond of her. Calm the fuck down lmao.

funkymew
>>129802216

cause personally i didnt even hate anyone in s1? was she annoying? yes but i did not care abt that lol. i dont have the energy to hate mean girls anymore. so i genuinely will never understand the hate n also find it lame. and im not losing my mind btw i just luv acting dramatic

MelanieRS
>>129802216

I watched the whole show, enjoyed it very much.. I still hated Sally at the end. And like they said in the opening it's not to absolve Barry, but the show does very little to make me feel any sympathy for Sally (especially in the beginning here) I think even Fuches has some charisma points thrown his way by the show writers.

lyssa

Ight Taylor goated for that Leroy 😂

JotaroDrake

Batista is crazy lmfaoooo

Sasha B

Barry so crazy and I keep flip flopping being real mad at Sally

Sasha B

I kind of really love the characters in this show, very complex

ViralCorgi

Ngl When Barry started crashing out I thought the Black woman was going to say "Well now I think you're a psycho"💀😂😂😭

ViralCorgi

Let's be real, there's no universe where driving someone as a favor can equate to casually getting them a $3000 laptop. Especially for "aspiring actors" that have known eachother for less than 2 weeks lmao That's definitely the type of weirdo love bombing you hear about on murder documentaries and wonder how the woman missed such a glaring red flag 💀 But then again, y'all rich rich so maybe that gift does seem like small change 🫢😆😂😂
