nice cap to an S tier season! Next season already gonna be some fuckery I can tell

Comments

Michael Coronado

I feel like I would have liked a bit more information before ending, but this season has been great nonetheless!

Dillon

seated

iTzDeionte

Let’s go j rolled and chickfil a just in time

Prxnce

Haven’t even started the vid but 34 minutes I know this finna be a banger

Riley Mayfield

tbh im more confused by the ending the anything

Son Gokhan

1st a bunch of people like yuji who had a second spirit like sukuna in them have been forcefully taken over by that spirit thanks to idle transfiguration 2nd a bunch of people who had the potential to become jujutsu sorcerer have now forcefully become them 3rd a bunch of sealed cursed spirits have been let lose, some special grade Why did he do all of this? There will be a better explanation in season three, but these are the things that won't be explained later so yeah

V STAN

Great season and the best character is here YUTA!!!!

metronxtdoorr

damn i’m gonna miss jjk thursdays. oh well. time for mappa to cook up s3.

Dues Montana

man just farted 1 billion creatures and wait can y’all watch ajin demi human next it’s on netflix i’m sure you’ll love it also that’s megumi sister not mom his mom and dad dead asf dead as hell super super clapped also the gojo part was because he hauled the execution and got sealed allowing sukuna to ravage shibuya and everything geto did after so they blame gojo also if y’all notice the hole was getting bigger due to the curse spiritus running rampant

andrew

Next season will just be fight can't wait

SunXBreathing

I would give up my first born child for the next season to be out rn. Also ya’ll should react to the CSM movie teaser.

eles

man jjk is just so fucking good!

CRuEL_WOrlD

Roshi yall need to react to Rick and Morty man😭

Jr

I can already tell this episode is gonna confuse so many people

Riley Mayfield
>>125586128

Why is yuta just ok with killing yuji, why do they wanna kill gojo and the principle and what exactly is happening with the transfiguration that geto did

JsnSkg

Listen, I watch 20+ anime each season. I remember shit just fine. Honestly I have a harder time remembering stuff from manga than I do from anime.

Orion Clement

I'm gonna ask you in 4 years where Yuki first appeared and if you get it incorrect I'm gonna have to unsubscribe :(

Nicole Guerrero

FINALLY YUTA IS BACK, I’ve been waiting for him, one of my faves 😩😩

bleach

Yuta is back for blood

Kurumi

Megumi's sister not mom

Quinn Balsam
>>125586128

no one has any outside knowledge of what happened in shibuya yet, the assumption from the higher ups is that only gojo could have helped geto carry that plan out

Koreum

Where’s maki!!!

tanaya

Now I want to read the manga, not satisfied after this ending

FreshxEli Tv

The Only Unscared Character In JJK History The Actual Main Character Has Arrived Yuta The MF Goat !!!!!!!! 😭😂

JsnSkg

Megumi's MOM??!!! Lmfao what??????!! WTF are you smoking XD. YIKES.

Jamie See

Crazy finale. Also that is megumi's sister not his mom.

Nicole Guerrero

That isn’t megumi’s mom but his sister 😭

Silver Delgado

Megumi’s sister actually megumis mom died shortly after megumi was born that’s why Toji peace’s out

ArkhamRed

The anxiety and pain only gets worse from here on out

Silver Delgado
>>125586780

Unscared? Bro watched rika get ran over by a car directly in front of him as a child still a goat tho

JsemicolonA

The girl in the hospital Tsumiki Fushiguro is actually Megumi's sister not his mom reaction was fire regardless less though 🔥🔥🔥

UnknownRNGS
>>125586128

Saying anything about the transfiguration is a spoiler and is revealed in the upcoming chapters/season. Its meant to be confusing tho as it gradually gets revealed what he actually did. Essentially he turned normal humans into people who can use techniques. Cant say anymore without spoiling. Yuta is fine with killing Yuji because Toge is his best friend and he literally doesnt know him. He's out for blood. Remember that Gojo KILLED Geto. He reported that. Now Geto has reappeared so jujutsu society assumed he was originally lying so theyve made him complicit. Principal Yaga is just collateral since he was both of their teachers so society has assumed he was complicit.

Chance

The MC is back 😂

Kingmakaii

The real mc back my boy yuta it’s lit in Shibuya for everyone and they really was mad they couldn’t control gojo they was like oh he sealed bet if you release that nigga you a criminal right along with that nigga lmao 🤣

YaBoyCrypto

that’s megumi’s sister btw

Saucy Jonathan

I can’t wait to see hakari next season

Lightbane1905

Megumi's sister mate, not his mum.

YoungSalsa

That’s megumi’s sister, not his mom

EJB

Tsumiki is Megumi's sister not his mom

danial javady

You know what's crazy? Miwa is actually the strongest character in JJK in terms of potential. More than Sukuna and Gojo combined. I have sources for this btw, ill include. Not even manga readers realized this yet. Miwa's 'Simple is best' philosophy is actually a form of curse manipulation, where she's unconsciously simplifying her own cursed energy to mask her true capabilities. She also made a binding vow too on top of this that she can only reverse this manipulation when she has experienced death. Why would Geto 2.0 even bother using UZUMAKI MAHITO on her? Think about it. He clearly needed this technique to bring about the second Heian era, yet the strategic genius that is Kamo Noritoshi, decided that in that moment he had no leeway to allow for Miwa to undo her binding vow that hides all of her latent potential. He realized that the moment he did this, Sukuna, Uraume, and himself would be in big trouble. So he compromised. https://prnt.sc/goeTGMP8nrri That's the proof btw

JT

I personally will never complain about someone forgetting something but ig I must have some good ass memory cause I do be remembering all these things

Tearonex

The Higher Ups hate Gojo so much that they're laying all the blame at his feet and banning anyone from saving him, the morons are probably partying their asses off for finally having him out of the way

Ethan

basically fake geto forged pacts with sorcerers from 100+ years ago promising them to reincarnate them with cursed object kinda like how yuji got sukuna by eating a finger. so now we got a bunch of old ass strong sorcerers. he also changed the brains of a bunch of non sorcerers that have an innate technique and never realized it to now have the technique available making a bunch of new sorcerers . and he wants them all to kill each other and wants just chaos (he said he wants something he can’t even control) this will be explained more next arc. fake geto also forged pacts with all those cursed spirits causing thousands of cursed spirits just spawning out of no where everywhere. at the end yuji was trying to attract some cursed spirits to go an exorcise some

Ryujin

Welp the set up for next season is just going to be insane also you guys got megumis sister mixed with his mom

DrPlague9

Lmao I had the same reaction to the two girls getting randomly attacked like that during the news scene 😭

LaTesha

That's Fushiguro's sister not mom. She was mentioned back in season 1 so that's a while back for y'all. 😅

Molly 80

So happy to see Yuta back again

oooiijj

iirc the only reason why it was mentioned how the pacts 'geto' made throughout history was nullified in getos body is to show that he has a way around these pacts by switching bodies + it really doesnt matter whether it was nullified or not bcos it was a part of his plan anyway. (i think it just goes to show how much thought he has put in to this plan and the possibility of him having multiple backup plans)

kai

2 years of peace before shit goes down in the next arc

marii

as a manga reader i feel so bad yall have to wait so long for peak cinema 😭

Calem Joseph

Tsumiki is Megumi's sister, Megumi's mom is dead and she's not a Fushiguro

Jigga Man

Megumi's mom died though, isn't that the reason Toji went back to being a nigga? Maybe that's his mom's sister or some other relative of his but his mom is dead from what I recall.

Rent free

It’s fushiguros sister not his mom. And the rewatch the end it says why yuta is going after yuji for something he did to the curse speech user

FreshxEli Tv

The Fact Yuta Is Only 1 Year Older Than Yuji & Megumi and 1 year younger than todo is actually terrifying 😭😭😂

Nrock23

not Toge losing both his arms because of Yuji :(

Saucy Jonathan

Megumis mom is dead that’s he’s sister

Hak27

It’s actually Megumi’s sister not his mom. his mom passed away after his birth

Bob Bob

Can someone please explain. Why is Rika still there. I thought she passed on in the movie.

Jigga Man

That Gojo sentence makes sense because he never liked the higher ups he even wanted to kill them in S1. This probably came like a blessing to them. Geto delt with their biggest wild card for them.. well now Geto might be the ultimate wild card because I don't know wtf this nigga on right now. Age of heroes/villains type shit like Lupa said.. ALSO I just realized that it's probably Geto that brought Urame back and he probably knew Sukuna back in the day because he's speaking like they both lived in the "Hein" era

dawn

its crazy this entire arc happened in one day but jjk fam see yall in either 2026 or early 2027 😪 10/10 season for me!! cant wait to get more yuta

Jay

All I’m going to say is you are half right at the end, but I really can’t say anything without spoilers. You guys are going to love the next season this anime will just keep ramping up.

Coco
>>125586452

Seeing them react to the absolute clown shoes would be beautiful

Jigga Man

Man... I just thought of this too.. was Geto the one who created the Sukuna fingers?? Like on Sukunas death he made a pact with Geto like the other sorcerers he said he made pacts with? Lol this shit goes deeeeep

Zen
>>125586128

Sukuna just nuked Japan bro obviously nobody in jjk gonna fw yuji right now 😭

Nicandro Yanez

If you remember gojo kill geto, but they see him still around so they think that gojo didn’t kill him and they plotted from the start with the teacher/ principal knew this.

Indiah

I think the reason why they consider Gojo a criminal is that he failed to kill “Geto” again and in failing caused this mess also for not destroying the real Geto’s body and allowing it to be taken over

Don'tReadMyUsername

When i saw the convenience store scene i literally thought of chillas arts too 😂

_ jiseee

Just to remind everyone, after JJK 0 Yuta returned to being a Grade 4. His uniform was black at the end of the movie. How he’s still a special grade at this point will be explained in the next arc. So, stop spoiling shit. And to the trio, Tsumiki’s Megumi’s step sister. Toji and Megumama are dead. This season was blast to watch with y’all. Culling games was just announced. See you there!

FreshxEli Tv

Wait Does That Mean Yuji & Junpei are the same ?? He said he created 2 types & The ones with human brains can’t use curse techniques & yuji can’t use curse techniques right so does that mean Geto created Yuji to like he did with junpei

Ilya Hendzel

That isn’t Megumis mom, it’s his sister

Jalen Holmes

W reaction W season. Can't wait for yalls reaction to 3 and any other reactions yall doing currently/later ❤️

EMTpromises

(No spoilers to preface and just clarify) They for sure considered Gojo and accomplice because he told everyone he killed Geto (which he did) but since “Geto” was seen with all the fuckery everyone thinks Gojo got like double crossed or something.

Ranginald Vagel

Oh sweet, Yuta’s back. “I’m going to kill Itadori” Oh no, Yuta’s back

Calem Joseph

Not all of the pacts were made a thousand years ago. He made a thousand pacts during an a thousand years period. He turned the people he made pacts with into cursed objects like what was done to Sukuna and had people consume them in the modern era.

FreshxEli Tv
>>125586780

I meant like bodily harm everyone has battle scars and yuta probably won’t even get scratched since he has all techniques if I’m not mistaken

Gordy

i think you guys understand everything pretty well (better than i did reading shibuya for the first time LMFAO) the only thing is that the girl they showed isn’t megumi’s mother, that’s his step sister.

Jacob The weird

MEGUMI’S MOM IS DEAD! That’s the whole reason Toji is a bounty hunter. That’s his sister!

Joe
>>125588506

Honestly I don't remember, but they will explain it later

Justin S Tuisamoa
>>125588887

No Yuji is the ingest a cursed object kind and Junpei was the Idle Transfigure your brain to be able to do cursed techniques kind. Those are the two different types he was referring to.

Sergio

who tf told them to watch the extra scene in the op💀

treyyy

The Main Character has RETURNED

Jigga Man
>>125588256

Megumi has a sister? I don't recall that being mentioned. Toji had two kids?

EJB
>>125588887

No, so yuji ingested sukunas finger which was cursed object, which is the first type of person, there is other people that he forced to ingest cursed objects, the reason they didnt get taken over before this moment like yuji did with sukuna, is because geto hadnt broken the binding on the object until he pulled that little string thingy this episode, which now would've awakened that type of sorcerer. For the second type, geto didnt create anyone like Junpei, Junpei was just a regular guy who had a cursed technique but a regular human brain and not a sorcerers brain (which is just a thing in jjk, some civilians will have a technique but not a sorcerers brain so theyre just a normal person), mahito used idle transfiguration on junpei in season 1 to change his brain to that of a sorcerer so he could use his technique, which is what geto just did to tons of people on a much larger scale

treyyy

YUTA OGOATSKU

Jack

Great reaction. O and that megs sister not mom

Yoruka

Fake Geto the taking backshots king

The Endless

Y’all gotta understand that while they may enjoy the shows this ultimately just content for them. They’re not gonna ingrain the nitty gritty details of the lore like die hard fans. Especially since it’s a week to week show rather than a binge watch.

Lena

I loved seeing yuta back man! Season 3 is going to be more chaotic. The higher ups have always hated gojo cause they couldn’t control him and use him like a puppet as Gojo always protected his students especially yuta and yuji and so now that he’s sealed they want it to stay that way thus stating its a crime to even attempt to unseal him

Divine Wrath
>>125586128

Yuta doesn’t know yuji looking at it just from anime pov all he knows is that it’s yujis fault shibuya is destroyed and his fault that one of his best friends lost his arms

EJB

To clear up confusing about the 2 types of sorcerers, just gonna copy a reply i just made. So yuji ingested sukunas finger which was cursed object, which is the first type of person, there is other people that he forced to ingest cursed objects, the reason they didnt get taken over before this moment like yuji did with sukuna, is because geto hadnt broken the binding on the object until he pulled that little string thingy this episode, which now would've awakened that type of sorcerer.

KingDom

All I’m going to say is good luck to the three of you for next season. I can already tell y’all or going to get clapped and be hella confused Also that was his sister idk how y’all got his mom

Hasani Wilmer

Couldn’t remember one character in all of jjk smh, gotta get that autism up my guy

Joseph Glover

That’s megumi sister not mom lol

Argo2Unitard

Kyoto group showed up and did just as much as anyone else accomplished in this arc, jack shit. Not a single W came from any of the good guys this season.

Antonio Lopez
>>125586754

Chapter 137 is where this episode left off in the manga if you would like to continue. If the show continued for 1 more episode then they wouldn’t be able to stop. The next arc is immediately

hrt4u

YUTA THE GOAT IS BACK!!

Aienan Lol

THE UNDISPUTED GOAT YUTA BACK!!!!!!!!!!

Carlos

Return of the King. I'm a little mad the opening spoiled it, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't jump out of my seat with excitement when I saw that shit lol

Joseph Glover

My guy yuji can’t catch a break 😂

Nick X

Geto said over the course of a 1000 years he made contracts with Sorcerers that he would get vessels for them and he also says he made contracts with other things(probably cursed spirits) but since he switched bodies, the contracts with the spirits don’t work, only those with the sorcerers work. That’s pretty much how i understood it.

YaBoyRoshi

we get it now yall, thats his sister lmao. We had more important questions though if some light can be shed without spoiling

Luna Brod

You should react to ragna crimson!

Ájanae Jenkins

yuta standing on bidness just not the type i want him to be on 😭

Amos
>>125586128

Yuta wants to kill Yuji cause he cut off his friend hand. They want to kill Gojo and the principal because they believe (brain) Geto is actually Geto only the watchers and the people there know he is a fake. Lastly Geto basically awaken people with Sorcerer potential and old sorcerers into “vessals” of today he made packs with overtime.

Kurumi
>>125586780

won't get scratched? lmfao culling games finna bring out all the heavy hitters

Breez

I don't know if you noticed, but before Yuta said that he'll kill yuji, he said that inumaki lost his arms. Because of sukuna's domain!!

FinalStardust

Okay this is just a random thing on my end but it really threw me off this episode: why does Yaga need to be executed??? Mans literally is just doing his job like what??? Edit: I typed this RIGHT BEFORE ROSHI SAID THE SAME THING LOL

ThunderousMacabre

It’s actually megumi’s sister that was effected. She was shown and talked about in season one

Giyuu
>>125587999

W explanation nigga my brain was blowing stream like gon tryna understand all this top tier fuckery

Paul Griffin

If that's where they're stopping next season is going to start off crazy

Harmonial

Broooo it’s gonna be so long until we get another season with how mappa’s situation is rn 😭😭

Juan

Mfs comment its megumis sister like its wasnt commented like 50 time already in the comments jesus

Soso

can’t wait for the CG arc next season!!!

Kumi Chan
>>125590303

The higher-ups decided to place the responsibility of the Shibuya on the principal because he was the one who sent gojo after geto, which caused a bunch of casualties. it sucks but this is the reality

fili0938
>>125588506

It was revealed that Rika's curse form was entirely made by Yuta's own innate powers. Rika's soul has passed on. Yuta created a copy because she was very useful in a fight and because he was used to Rika being around.

Molly 80
>>125590303

Maybe since he didn’t confirm geto’s execution and just let gojo do whatever he wants in a way. He was kind of an enabler/ignorant towards his students.

fili0938
>>125588254

Megumi's mom IS THE FUSHIGURO. Toji took her name. Toji was a Zen'in

Hamshank

BRO CAME BACK FROM AFRICA

Amos

Also there are going to be Sorcerers from 1000 years ago in people of today bodies, like if Sukuna had full control of Yuji but all the time real chaos

DJ

SPOILER FREE EXPLANATION: Essentially what "Geto" did was over the 1000 years he's roamed the earth he made contracts and deals with both sorcerers AND cursed spirits. These contracts were fully fulfilled after Geto absorbed and used Idle Transfiguration. Doing this turned a mass number of people into vessels, like Yuji. It either awaked their brain and allowed a person to use their technique or it turned a person into a VESSEL for a sorcerer from the PAST, making them like yuji/sukuna hence Geto's point about the "1000 itadori's going crazy". To counter Yuki's point about how "humanity isn't that simple and not everyone will use their new power" that's when Geto summons all the cursed spirits. NOTE I'm not completely sure on this but I BELIEVE that the cursed spirits are not from Neto's technique but the curses he's made contracts with over the time he's been alive.

Jigga Man
>>125588256

But why do they have the same surnames? I'm confused as hell lol. I thought Toji took the surname of Megumi's mom.. so how is his kid from another marriage Fushiguro too?

Lewis Leon

I think what they are getting at is that the first type of people became vessels, like suckana

The Endless

Y’all finna see why 🗣️Big Homie Yuta was about the MC in the Culling Games💯. Btw that’s Megumis Sister, his mom died before Toji

Yoruka

Megumi sister btw not mom

Art of Trolling

My Best girl about to cook next season…..All I’m going to say

The Endless
>>125590303

Stupid politics, the higher ups needing to save face. They decided to shift blame to him since in technically Geto did go rouge originally and their going with “he’s your student so you’re responsible” and they just straight up abandoned Gojo lol This is how they do things. #ItsGojover

Davo

Megumi sister lol roshi gaslighting again

Cole hauser

Oh we’re finna go to court next season cause laws get broken😂😂

Xavier Baker

thats crazy ,one if the hypest fights is finna come next season

GojosHoho

The fact that they make you excited to see Yuta and then let you know that he's gonna be Yujis executioner 😑 all my happiness gone cause one of them getting clapped

Coatl45
>>125590303

They always blamed Yaga for failing to indoctrinate Gojo and Geto into loyal dogs that would protect the establishment that allowed the higher ups to live like gods. Geto actively rebelled, and Gojo never hid his hatred and disdain for the establishment. That’s why they pinned the blame on Gojo and Yaga, even though they need them both.

Coatl45
>>125589694

Seriously, the only ones who won this in whole fiasco were Toji, Sukuna, and The Brain. Gojo managed to kill Hanami, but that just evened his score to zero when he was sealed.

Damarcus Miller

Roshi why are you always gaslighting me with your theories 😂😭😭😭😭😭 I don’t want the comment section on my ass again man but that’s his sister not his mom.. other than that great reaction lol can’t wait for season 3! Last two episodes made this season so much better for me

Kisaki Hater
>>125588254

@fili0938 no shes not. Toji mentions taking his wifes name in the flashback arc way AFTER megumi is born. Megumis mom is dead and therefore it wouldn't make sense that his dead mom is the fushiguro. That means tsumikis mom is the fushiguro and toji remarried to her and took her last name after megumis mom died.

Damarcus Miller
>>125590278

You know they missed it they will never catch them small details so I say fuck it wait till the show tells them directly 😂😂😂😂😂

Saraël Lele

wait what, what happened to Inumaki? And when? Did he fight Sukuna?

Lord Of Frog's Congolese Uncle

im ngl i got major berserk eclipse vibes from that one scene, especially yuji screaming gojo’s name

Matt

All I’m hearing with that intro is that y’all can’t remember greatest lmao. Also damn Yuji is literally just Bruce Banner and the Hulk at this point. But nah this was definitely one of the best seasons of anime I’ve seen in a min and the show only gonna go up from here trust, Culling games arc bout to go crazy.

Coatl45
>>125588947

Plus, the higher ups have been wanting to get rid of Gojo for years now. He never hid his animosity towards them, or his plans for a peaceful coup.

Mima

Lupa "but it wasn't me it was the other me, but he was using me....I see where this is complicated" IS CRACKING ME UPPPP

Acen Yang

Culling games arc is gonna be fire

Skebaba
>>125586185

I mean he literally said why he wants to do that shit, no? He wants to FORCE Humans to minmax evolve by brute force by letting bazillions die so that like 1% or w/e of the survivors will evolve to the end-game of Humans, hence why he came to the conclusion that the only way to realistically do this after all he's tried already, is to cause global scale 20000% chaos, forcing people to die or adapt to use Cursed Energy to survive against the 10m Cursed spirits & the possessed vessel niggas etc

Wxrthy

i haven't went through the comments so idk if anyone explained, but just in case basically there are a thousand random NO SORCERES(the number is just for reference). half of them are vessels for strong sorcerers in the past like yuji and the other half are just regular humans who now have cursed techniques and cursed energy. also just a little extra explanation, the goal for fake geto is to have them fight each other so the non sorcerers who awakened can understand CE as soon as possible. there are also a bunch of cursed spirits he made pacts with too to be sealed until fake geto releases them

Son Gokhan

I already made a comment on things that won't be explained next season, everything else will be explained next season, including all your questions except this one; the reason they said Gojo is an accomplice is because all the higher-ups hate him and are happy to get him off there back. yes it is stupid

JsemicolonA

Low key when I read the manga I feel like I was one of the only people who did not feel excited to see Yuta comeback it was cool to see him back but I just felt eh about it probably just me though

CAM

Fuck them higher ups bro

Kevin Kovacs
>>125593478

Oh boy... I'm not sure how to feel about that arc but I'm sure it's gonna be better experince fof me once it's adapt in the anime.

Twin Hallow

I do not remember this dude getting his arms cut off.

Kevin Kovacs
>>125592364

Don't worry the comment section is going for Roshi's ass when he's misleading Lupa and Sheera but it's normal. 🤣🤣

joshua rosario

I wanted to see blonde hair lady fight but oh well. Maybe it will happen later.

>>125594320

It was offscreen, he was in Sukuna’s range during the domain but just barely

>>125591699

also loved the fight between the Honchos of the verse as well, didnt really have a side for that fight ,im a neutral between both fanctions

Kisaki Hater
>>125588256

Toji took tsumiki's mom's surname, not megumis. Megumis mom died after giving birth to megumi amd he mentions taking his wives surname years after megumi was born.

TONYHWK2021

this next arc is gonna be straight hands for 24 episodes

Randy Petitmaitre

Minute 16:50 when those 2 women’s got eaten by that curse my reaction was exactly the same 😂😂😂😂I was not expecting that

Colby Hicks

lmao Roshi said exactly what I was thinkin "they just evil niggas bro"

QuanArt
>>125594320

it happened during Sukuna vs Mahoraga, he barely escaped the domain expansion im pretty sure

Fooni

Tsumiki is his sister. Remember from the bridge episode. Also his arms probably got cut off when Sukuna was sending out all of his cutting cursed techniques all at once

illnamethechannellater653

"Not geto" said he he has pacts with sorcerer's and more im guess he means curses but since he took geto's body the pact with cures are void cause of his curse technique that's my theory

PiquesoJac
>>125594320

it happened when sukuna released the domain expansion, he was caught in it.

Colby Hicks

"Wow this is actually dangerous idk if I should be fire punching niggas" 🤣🤣🤣

sola damned

yaga is in trouble bc gojo is in trouble lol, whole school department under fire rly tho its bc gojo said he killed geto back in jjk vol 0, but “geto” is out here doin all this fuckery, which means gojo lied and yaga let him in the minds of the higher ups. and since gojos a traitor now, they cant take his word on yuujis situation (plus they never liked yuuji or gojo to begin with) so now they’re sending him to be executed by king yuuta

Trist9n

I was so excited for Yuta to be back then instantly sad because his mission now is to kill Yuji and they're both my fav characters 😭😭

Rach
>>125594320

It was never shown. Inumaki got caught up in Sukunas domain expansion.

Me this entire episode: "HUH...WHAT...WTF...I don't understand...BRUH..." how tf did they decide to blame the principal too 😐 at this point, they're gonna execute all the remaining sorcerers

Chef MellowD
>>125594320

It was what todo said he didn’t need to make Yuji aware of when he pulled up. Remember Yuji passed by inumaki when he went downstairs and fought mahito, so bro was close when sukuna started goin off.

CornCobBob
>>125592457

Yeah, they never showed it, but the two angel girls were talking about him being near when that entire area got nuked.

Psi47

@yaboyroshi Geto didn't use Idle Transfiguration when the Curses started popping up, he just released *some* of the Cursed Spirits he had absorbed with Cursed Spirit Manipulation so he could escape without concern.

I think this goes without saying that Inumaki is going to be out next season. Not to say he was a key player anyways but with everyone losing body parts it's safe to say some characters aren't returning until like season 4.

He said it before leaving, he’s bringing back the Heian era, the golden age of jujutsu

CornCobBob

When they were talking about cursed energy optimization and monopoly I believe they were stating that Japan now has a monopoly on a unique and powerful energy source. Cursed energy being as powerful as it is is rare and unique to Japan due to Tengen's barrier. I don't really know how that works. But the gist is that if countries like America, China, Russia, and Suadia Arabia get wind of cursed energy things are going to get down. Next season, Bandit Keith uses domain expansion.

Cameron Robinson

I was kinda hoping they showed Inumaki getting his arm cut off; just a cut away especially with all the other stuff they added.

xProKnockz

Remember when I said mahito knew geto was lying about the prison realm because he can see souls. That’s why he was looking at him like that after they sealed gojo

Xitlaly

that is very much megumis sister - they have said his sister has been in a deep sleep from an interaction with a curse

Coatl45
>>125597871

Basically, everyone racing to capture sorcerers so they can use curse energy as a renewable resource. Of course, there’s no way turning half-mad, emotionally charged individuals with supernatural powers into power generators is going to end well for anyone involved. But the politicos aren’t going to let that obvious fact stop them, and when it comes to politics, a problem doesn’t exist until it bites someone in the ass, and at that point, it’s the mistake of someone unimportant who is just the patsy.

Danny
>>125597075

I think that's wrong too. He said he had made pacts with a bunch of curses too so now that he released the seal they are free to do whatever they want. It's honestly very confusing. Fake geto's plan is really badly explained in the manga too. It's too convoluted. I legit could not follow the plot of the Manga after shibuya so I stopped reading.

Psi47

@yaboyroshi PLEASE PLEEEEAAASEEEEE understand you cannot ignore ANYTHING Geto said lmao ALL of it is relevant. Geto ACTUALLY released 1,000 Sorcerers into the world. Half of them are vessels like Yuji who ate Cursed Objects like Sukuna - these Cursed Objects are Sorcerers from 1000 years ago like Sukuna, except, they are TRUE vessels, meaning the vessels will have their bodies permanently taken over by these past Sorcerers. If you're confused on how they're still alive - Sukuna himself wasn't alive for 1000 years, he was preserved for 1000 years as a Cursed Object, which is what's happening now with the old Sorcerers from the past that Pseudo Geto made pacts with. Then the OTHER half he awakened are modern day Japanese citizens who now have unlocked their Cursed Techniques. This is not an exaggeration, there ARE 1000 Sorcerers out there now that Geto wants to battle against each other Fortnite/Warzone style. Tsumiki is Megumi's step sister btw, not his mom. Also, PLEASE do not overestimate Yuji. He is only a Grade 1 Sorcerer. He is NOTHING to Special-Grade Sorcerers like Yuta, Geto, Gojo and Yuki. Oh and yall GOT to stop disrespecting the Kyoto school. Noritoshi was fighting evenly with Megumi in the school festival, Mai one-shot KO'd Nobara from 100 yards away with a rubber bullet from a regular ass revolver and well Miwa and broom girl are ...yeah. Anyways, the point is that they're not weak or trash in comparison to the other students, but EVERYBODY else is weak in comparison to Special-Grades. It wouldn't matter if Todo, Nanami, Naobito, Mei-Mei and the others were there, they were NOT going to beat Geto & Uruame and that's just blatant facts.

Coatl45
>>125596932

They blamed Yaga for not properly indoctrinating Gojo and Geto. So they’re trying to prune the garden and get rid of everyone who doesn’t agree with them now that Gojo is gone. Hell, they’d kill Shoko and Yuta, too, if they weren’t so valuable. All because those two are Gojo and Yaga’s students. It’s all political bullshit. They all seem to think that as long as the status quo is maintained, they’re untouchable.

Coatl45
>>125590874

Forced evolution. Dude’s a eugenist, trying to accelerate human evolution. Don’t know why, but he seems to believe that forcing people to adapt more fully to curse energy is the way to go.

What The Brain just did is the same as if someone managed to trap Hades and Zeus, then open up the gates of Olympus and Hades to let all the wild gods and spirits loose on the world.

danial javady
>>125598877

Sukuna himself wasn't alive for 1000 years, he was preserved for 1000 years as a Cursed Object, ^ This one is important, he hasn't been conscious for 1000 years. He's practically been awakened from his slumber because no one dared and both lived to tell the tale of how they ate a Sukuna finger. Also while I think noritoshi is one of the better students in the kyoto branch and probably would've been useful in shibuya, Megumi and Yuji are still clearly much stronger. Especially as the story is progressing he continues to grow. Having both Sukuna in ep 5 and Gojo in like ep 24 make Megumi open his eyes has made his growth exponential.

danial javady
>>125596932

yaga is also a threat to them because he can reach special grade territory with his technique. He can make an army, like Geto can

Coatl45

Jigga Man
>>125588256

So now my question is how did Megumi even decide on taking the Fushiguro surname? The only surnames he might know of would be Zenin (as from what I'm reading Toji would have had his original surname when he had Megumi) and whatever his Mom's surname was. Unless it was Gojo who decided to give him the Fushiguro surname as his guardian?

danial javady
>>125589694

@Lord Of Frog's Consolese Uncle someone brought it up to me that he probably never had any chance of actually dying to Mahito because of Sukuna. Given that in ep 6 we've seen him come back from post-mortem death state since Sukuna is probably the most skilled RCT user in history, there would be nothing stopping Sukuna from just resurrecting Yuji when his soul breaks to the point of no return. He's not going to let his 15F just go to waste.

s6yx

Julian_lol

Don't quote me on this but apparently in an interview Gege said that JJK is meant to be a tragic story and I think this arc perfectly encapsulates that. The good side took nothing but L's this season and the small W's they did get didn't amount to anything in the end. Next season is going to be great I'm glad to see a lot of people more invested in the story now and the beginning of S3 is also going to be very plot focused and after that the JJK classic of nothing but hands for 15+ eps the fights only get better from here hopefully the staff actually get enough time to work on S3. For those that are interested in the Manga y'all can start reading on chapter 138 (volume 16).

PyroPhoenix

1st group of people the are releasing are sorcerers from the past that he made pacts with. He turned their remains into cursed objects and fed them to people of this current era, he strengthened those peoples bodies and put them to sleep so they can become vessels for the old sorcerers. What he did just now basically unsealed all those cursed objects so they can now take over those peoples bodies. There are a thousand of those. The 2nd group of people are all modern day people. They are all people capable of using cursed techniques but their brain prevents them from accessing that power. He adjusted their brain so they can now use those hidden cursed techniques that they couldnt use before. He did all this by using an enhanced Mahito attack across all of Japan, adjusting their souls. That is how he enhanced the bodies of the soon to be vessels and how he modified the brains of the others so they can unlock cursed techniques.

LelaniG

Yall about to be clapped for that Megumi Mom comment 🤣

AresReborn

The best part about this writing is that when the villain loses there is a very good reason because geto literally said he tried to control the way that the cursed energy was optimized but that didn’t workout so now her needed an uncontrolled chaos one that even he can comprehend in order to force the evolution of mankind into sorcerers oh and the main “shibuya incident” they were talking about is sukunas appearance yeh the rest of the shit was bad too but literally the all the sorcerers in 50 mile radius felt sukunas appearance and Saw the destruction so they considered Gojo who vouched for yuji in the first place a criminal

Franklin Saint

I can understand wanting yuji to be executed because he is dangerous, but this is not yuji’s fault that was straight up Sukuna actions that cause what happened to Shibuya and people are forgetting that yuji can control Sukuna the only reason Sukuna was was able to take temporary control because yuji was beaten unconscious by a enemy at the time (which choso is now yuji’s ally) and was forced feed 11 fingers all at once without his consent which yuji can only handle one at a time what I’m trying say he can still control Sukuna and it’s pretty pointless to kill yuji right now because Sukuna has other fingers laying around and when it’s the right suitable vessel again he can just reincarnate again and actually take control of their body unlike he can’t with yuji that’s why they should wait for yuji to ingest all 20 fingers then execute him that was apparently the plan since the beginning of the show.

Howwy

What I got out of the expo on the pacts was this: Geto indeed has been plotting for millennia. He’s been making pacts with sorcerers and non-sorcerers (regular folk and curses). Them mfks big dead, and got churned into tasty cursed objects, which now a lot of people find themselves vessels for. Others have had their brain tweaked so they can use abilities bro finds unique (he wants a deeper understanding of cursed energy: a new age). Geto said that during his time experimenting all scenarios to create the best “shape” were promising, but never successful because they were limited by him and his ability. I’m guessing that the nullification of the pacts (kinda insane in and of itself that he found a workaround to PACTS) is part of his plan to make the ”chaos beyond my control” scenario reality.

13

Im sure it's been mentioned, but Tsumiki is Megumi's sister. And the black hole isnt a whole in Japan, it's an expanding blackout caused by all the curses leaving Shibuya

Jahmilla

I hope that wasn’t a Starbucks cup😕 Anyways nice reaction & looking forward to the next arc

Victor
>>125586570

Right? The important thing is that they remembered who she was, when she appeared is trivial. They would get clapped for the "Megumi's mom" comment though.

Guav

I mean I’m watching most of these shows with you for the first time and learning physics and calculus and I still remember it sooooo…

Victor

It makes sense that they want to order Yuji's execution now, and Yuta is the executioner is sad. But the #2 and especially #3 order are bullshit though, the higher ups really use this opportunity to trash Gojo, like everyone in Shibuya knows that he was sealed, accomplice my ass. And why the hell they sentenced the principal to death, he didnt do nothing.

hokeypokey

Not gonna lie I didn't really feel this last ep. I feel like they had to shove a wholeeee lot of exposition into 1 ep to move the show forward because they have been focusing so much on the fights the rest of the season. Not that I didn't love the fights but I got no clue what any of the plot points were about this ep haha

Uni
>>125605586

You gotta remember being a Principal over someone who is a danger to everyone in Jujutsu Sorcerers and non Sorcerers , you made the choice of allowing the worst Curse known to man to walk again that has a Vessel and not kill it. I would be shocked if they didn't kill him. Even if he did want Yuji dead and Gojo still would've gotten in the way.

>>125605863

@Beast Boy I see what Hokey is saying while the plot is simple I don't think the story and exposition flow well here. It felt very disjointed in that everyone was fighting and that gets wrapped up so quick after exposition. Then we get cliff notes of the after math. It's also a let down that the special grades sorcerers so up and nothing much happens. I just think its just the pitfalls of manga to anime, given that the anime has to wrap this season.

Lots of crazy fights in culling game, my personal favorite is Megumi’s vs that weird tacky guy forgot his name tbh

godUsoland

In the end, only Mei Mei and Ui Ui had a Happy Ending.

Karabo

Principal Yaga being made to take the fall makes perfect sense to me, 1 of his students was Gojo who was a thorn in the side of the Higher ups and the second was fucking Geto who went crazy and did that. Yaga had to pay some sort of price, I am sorry.

Kermit

Someone on youtube actually made a compilation of the easteregg changes in every jjk opening this season. Many of them tied to major events every few episodes.

Nick Vaughn

That’s Megumi’s sister not his mom. Also to summarize, Geto essentially awakened a whole set of problems for next season and I’m so happy Yuta the GOAT is back. Wonder how the story would’ve been if Gege was able to keep Yuta as the main protagonist as he originally intended. And yea the Kyoto class aside from Mechamaru and Todo are sorry lol

Gojo has been a pain in there asses the entire time. He goes against everything the higher ups are doing. They couldn’t do anything about him before so it’s the perfect excuse. QuitaMa

Sukuna plans to hop bodies, what are they gonna do then. 🤷🏾‍♀️

CatTriesEditing

Yall pretty much understood Geto exactly. He fed a bunch of cursed objects to people and activated them to make a bunch of Yujis, people who had made pacts with Geto, and made people with techniques who couldnt use them into actual sorcers, literal random people, all to create literally uncontrollable chaos to reach the peak of cursed energy. Can't wait to see your reaction to next season!!!

He literally pulled a Syndrome tactic - "Once everyone is super, no one will be"

vesra

To me I figured they not only already wanted Gojo out of the picture but technically he could have ended the Shibuya incident if he were more ruthless. Rather than trying to save the civilians in the station he should have done whatever it took to kill the disaster curses and destroy the barriers. After he got sealed it was just fuckery for the rest of the night. Maybe he ends up killing a few hundred people as collateral but it would be much better than most of the jujustu sorcerers dying or being neutralized, thousands of civilian deaths, massive property damage, Geto unleashing millions of cursed spirits, activating even more sorcerers with no training or allegiances AND allowing Sukuna to become more powerful.

illnamethechannellater653

Goofyaah

To be a reminder, Sukuna is a cursed object from the Heien era (used to be human but we don’t know how he turned himself into one or I forgot) and has his own personality and conscious, according to ‘geto’ the seal he released will mean ‘a thousand malevolent Itadori’s are free. This means potentially over a thousand sorcerer's from the Heien period (like Sukuna) are going to come back.

Azzy V

Btw guys Tsumiki is Megumi's step-sister and not Mom

Yolo Samurai

It was kind of said before, but Gojo was sort of a deterrent in the Jujustu society. The upper society hated him, but he was so strong that they couldn't do anything about him, so as long as he did what they said, they let him do what he wanted (because they were scared of him). Now that he is imprisoned, they are doing everything they wanted to do before, without him being there to stop them. Its like when you act like you friends with the bully, then when he goes to jail you start talking mad shit about him because you found out he has 25 to life.

Niuwah
>>125596932

I know he makes curse dolls. I thought most of his dolls don’t end up as brilliant as Panda and don’t dolls take him some time to make? 31:19 I could be off (anime only watcher) but it sounds like Brain is saying the contracts that got annulled when he got Geto's body are the ones he made with cursed spirits and he ended up just absorbing all of them with Getous Cursed Manipulation which would pretty much hide them from everyone till he eventually released them kinda like in slime isekai with Rimiru and Veldora

Anth

That was Fushiguro’s sister not his mom

Candy

Majin buussin

The beauty of this anime and season finale is that no matter what happens next pseudo geto won. Plain and simple he wanted chaos and the evolution of cursed energy and sorcerers alike to be akin to the Hein era so no matter WHAT happens next he succeeded which is rare that a villain kind of wins halfway through a show. Jjk is unmatched

Jarren Jenkins

The fun begins. Next arc is way better than this one. I just hope MAPPA can figure their shit out for it.

PyroPhoenix
>>125602236

It’s unclear if Sukuna loses his strength when the amount of fingers the vessel ingested when the vessel dies but I doubt Sukuna loses his strength just from his vessel dying and loses it in the next vessel (if that’s the case Sukuna wouldn’t turn himself into a cursed object) and I’m not saying yuji shouldn’t be executed i don’t want yuji to be executed because I like yuji as a character but it’s understandable that he needs to be executed now because like you said he is a walking ticking time bomb and I’m prepared if does get executed I know it’s risk to keep yuji alive and unfortunately their is consequences to it but it’s better then risking Sukuna to cause rampage in the entirety of the country of Japan to be massacred with a vessel that can’t control Sukuna the plan was in the beginning was for yuji eat all 20 finger then die with Sukuna I just don’t think it’s the right move to kill him yet but I understand at same time wanting to kill him now.

Rishad GB

He made pacts with the sorcerers which the cursed objects belong to .....and those objects were absorbed with that one type of people that he made strong enough to be a vessle.......but he made more pacts not only with just sorecerers but those all pacts are nullified yes

Yuta coming in was clean as hell better then what I remember he's changed considerably guess Africa did him good still looking tired as always though very reminiscent of gaara . That whole scene in the store was super disturbing I watched at night and was looking for spirits like lupa said find someone else because hell naw angler spirit is crazy had to be semi first at least. Speaking of gaara that's what yuji's situation reminds me of not his fault but stay the hell away from me inumaki is prime example though him being him would still ride for his bro yuji. They ended the season where I thought they would now it's time to wait until more jump kaisen returns hope we get an OVA like koshien but if not manga it is because that's going crazy it's downright hilarious 😂.

Leo

The brain's 🧠 whole play makes me think of one for all from my hero academia but instead of stockpiling it just is a crap shoot if that makes sense.

Seth Aasland

yeaaaahhhh he’s gonna give tons of people powers just to have them kill each other?! what in the hunger games?!

Lupa is Dadi

i need someone to bounce on it real quick

Jalani Abdul-Aziz

It’s his sister that been in a coma from the test of fate from end of season 1

Jalani Abdul-Aziz

I was confused how all these old sorcerers came back but now I understand crazy plotting was done 🤣🤣

Lupa is Dadi
>>125677829

i thought yuta was misinformed and they were tricking him, i didn’t actually think it was true! thanks for the info!

Jalani Abdul-Aziz

Wait so question. These “vessels” for the ancient sorcerers are they gonna be able to be themselves and sometimes switch like Yuji or will they always be the ancient people from now on?

Jalani Abdul-Aziz

To address Lupa at the end. The vessels he created and unsealed, he put a bunch of “sukuna fingers” in random niggas. So the objects he used as the “fingers” were from actual people from back in the day. So basically IMO I believe that these old ass sorcerers are now back in today’s time. Correct me if I’m wrong.

I am 99% certain they will take over. The average person can not withstand it and will be consumed

Johnwick

Thats megumi older sister . His mom is dead

john
>>125605586

you need to understand that even "bad guys" also care about world as whole. higher ups are corrupt and greedy sure but they are not stupid. and you cant disagree that higher ups plan on killing a sukuna vessel right away is lot better than enabling the vessel with power and then they might be able to kill it.

Mar
>>125695633

You just about had it dawg but he didn't use "sukuna's fingers" to reincarnate the ancient sorcerers. He used another method while infusing pacts with them to harbor into a modern person's body. He was able to turn them into cursed objects and then picked modern people through out Japan to give them said "curse objects" without them knowing. Once he used "Idle Transfiguration" the very technique that manipulates soul, it then continued his pact made with the ancient sorcerers. Therefore, bringing the ancient sorcerers souls to surface within their specified vessels that were chosen by Kenjaku . Quite diabolical lol

Jalani Abdul-Aziz
>>125695633

Nah that’s insane level plotting 😭 preciate the clarification on the cursed object thing I thought he just used actual pieces of the ancient sorcerer (like a cut off finger) that had them inside of it and that’s why I compared it to Sukuna finger

Lea Garrido

Yuta looks so tired cus he took a one way flight all the way back and hasn’t been to sleep yet. They ain’t let that man take a nap yet 😭😂

Bria A.

From what I gather, fake Geto put one thousand ancient sorcerers in random people via cursed objects and just woke them up like sleeper cell agents (part one) and also rewired normal people with dormant cursed techniques into actual sorcerers (part two) and is planning to Battle Royale them all. 😭 And I’m pretty sure the “vessels” aren’t really strong enough to be Yuji-level vessels (bc as established, said with love, he’s a freak), so I think it’s full on possession time for those poor people. I don’t know shit about the next arc but I do know even the name of it goes hard. I’m hyped.

ShaquanVirse
>>125725271

Yeah it's worded weird but that's the basic idea of what he did - most people confuse what he say as just one or two people - no it's thousands since he mentioned over his life he was working on it

ShaquanVirse

Oh and forgot to mention, that was his sister and not his mom - Rewatch end of season 1

I can’t wait for next arc ❤️‍🔥

So, what was the reason they blamed Gojo for being an accomplice? and also why the other guy is also being executed?? I may just be dumb but I just can't just wrap my head it other than it just being because they never liked Gojo because he was so strong.

Dous Dous
>>125730666

They wanted Gojo gone because he kept rocking the boat/trying to change things. The world was changing and it was shown from the type of curses showing up and so Gojo wanted to change things too but they refused out of pride. So rather than killing the elders, he focused on influencing the next generation. The elders didn't see a need in a "we got this handled" type of mentality (granted, Gojo was the main reason everything was "under control" and they're about to realize what a world without him is like). They chose to stay oblivious and hate the guy announcing the change and when it finally became a mess, they blamed the guy that kept bothering them about it. Like if a plumber told you there was a leak and you hate him for mentioning it and now your house is flooded and rather than admit you're wrong, you go "f that plumber" and blame him and press charges or a lawsuit for "malpractice." The principal has a death sentence because he was Geto and Gojo's teacher and rather than trying to keep them under reigns and a tight leash, he encouraged them to do what they felt or knew was right. Like when they were assigned to bring the girl to Tengen, he lowkey told them it was a trash thing to do and so they chose not to. If Toji wasn't involved, they would've gone against regulations right then and there. So he "encouraged" the rebellious "make the next generation stronger but also make their own decisions" mindset that they hate with Gojo. That's basically my long version of saying the elders are just petty with an unhealthy amount of hoe in their blood.

Tyler
>>125730666

To add to the others I know they did theorize there were 2 spies working with Geto. Mechamaru and someone higher up who can actually do things beyond information gathering. So this could go beyond being petty and be the start of a coup.

ok
>>125586563

Yeah I mean mixing up where Yuki appeared doesn't actually matter - but personally since there are SO few special grade sorcerers (less than a handful) whenever the literal most mysterious one showed up was kind of etched in my memory. Yuki is just dope

Culling games is incredible. After Shibuya, reader were very critical and hard on it (which is understandable). But I think it's safe to say everyone has come around to realizing it is a very worthy successor to this arc.

Nas

The higher-ups definitely underestimating Gojo's influence over the students if they think that the students won't try to free him. I understood that they want to kill Yuji but Principle Yaga?! After that I don't think even the teachers would side with them anymore.

Christian

i refuse to believe that Yuta wants to kill Itadori, i think he has a plan

john
>>125821974

yuta doesn't care about yuji, he only care about maki, panda and tuna guy. in his pov yuji is the reason tuna guy lost his arm, so he needs to die.

zkdglo
>>125622352

Placing a target on the back of some of your strongest assets definitely didnt need to be done. It was panicked power move taking advantage of Gojo’s absence.

zkdglo
>>125606043

You have to remember they often use specific people on multiple projects due to their skill. So if they have a major project and want those specific people on both, then the second project will simply have to be pushed back.

john
>>125622352

Do you really think yuji is an asset, if one thing Shibuya incident made clear is that yuji is a big liability even more so without gojo around. So it makes complete sense to take care of that liability with second strongest sorcerer you have (yuta).

zkdglo
>>125605863

But this was all done just as quickly (actually somewhat faster as pretty much the entire episode is one chapter) in the manga. It’s intentionally disjointed and chaotic because the higher ups make a series of decisions extremely quickly as the situation in Japan devolves.

CEO of Brazil
>>125821974

why wouldn’t he care for yuji? yuji seems like a nice enough guy that he would care for his teachers students. and if he knows that gojo is the one that’s been keeping yuji safe from execution i think he would rather fulfill his will

zkdglo
>>125622352

That was the only arguably good move (besides retargeting geto) however I was more so referring to forbidding the unsealing of Gojo and ordering the execution of Yaga.

Core
>>125821974

Brother he doesn’t know Yuji in any regard. He’s never met him. Yes they probably would have been friends before all of Shibuya but that’s wraps now. All he knows is that he’s why Inumaki is fucked up.

Franklin Saint
>>125821974

At the end of the movie Gojo when to go speak with yuta in Africa about something I’m pretty sure Gojo told a lot of things to yuta about yuji and other things in Africa so he probably knows a lot about yuji we just got to see for sure in the next season to see if he really wants yuji dead or it’s a façade infront of the higher ups.

Miekala Jones
>>125821974

He can sympathize with the fact that Yuji was controlled by Sukuna, but that doesn't mean he can't also feel the obligation to keep the incident from happening again. Tbf, Sukuna would not have been able to level Shubuya like that if he didn't have Yuji's body. He killed so many people. I love Yuji, but I would hope for nothing less than the majority of the sorcerers at least understanding why the higher ups want Yuji executed. I can't say I would make any other choice. If Yuji couldn't stop Sukuna then, what makes anyone think he can stop him ever?

Miekala Jones
>>125753539

I understand what you're saying. But we also have to take into consideration the entire Tengen incident and Geto killing all those people in the backstory episodes all happened under Principal Yaga. Yes Principal Yaga did not insight Geto to do that, but as a Principal of a school that trains sorcerers, Yaga should not have only been training them and educating them, but he should also be checking in on their physical and mental wellbeing. There's a reason the military and law enforcement have mandatory mental evaluations/therapy for those currently serving. You'd think he consider his sorcerers could break under the pressure of everything. It was obvious Geto needed help, but Yaga failed to see that. Again, not blaming Yaga entirely, but I think he could have had a better influence. Gojo also has a very rebellious personality and the higher ups probably see that as a result of Yaga's neglect in keeping his students in line. The higher ups were just looking at Yaga's stains on his track record. They most likely see all of this as a result of Yaga not fulfilling his obligations in keeping track of his students. It's unfortunate, but I still understand where they're coming from.

Miekala Jones
>>125730666

I commented on why they wanted to execute Yaga on the comment right above this one, but as far as them wanting to execute Gojo, I think it's simply because Gojo's existence is what caused the appeared of stronger curses. They touched on that in an earlier of episode of this season when the granny and her sons were fighting Yuji and Megumi. Also, Gojo let Geto get away the first time. Then after Geto started the whole incident in JJK 0, even though Gojo did kill Geto, the higher-ups don't know that the "Geto" now is not actually Geto. They most likely assume that Gojo let him get away again because he was his friend. I'm a manga reader, so I'm going to stop there. I don't want to accidentally spoil anything. Can't wait for season 3!

Chelsea Bondzanga

Mei Mei and Ui Ui really won. Packed their shit up, seized their assets and moved country.

Amir Shipp
>>125730666

Gojo failed to dispose of Geto, resulting in Kenjaku stealing his body. Gojo failed to execute Yuji. Gojo blocked Megumi from Zenin Clan training resulting in Mahoraga being unleashed recklessly. Gojo was the inciting reason for the event and was the reason Jujutsu society was exposed because they all knew his name, along with the actual curses doing shit. Plus, Gojo has literally all 3 of his students die, but Sukuna has enough plot armor for the both of them. Bias aside, without Gojo unilaterally bullying to get his way on pure strength, none of those things would have happened.

NovaVortex

Your fire punch losing to a random nigga on your first bout is some bad RNG on a level unprecedented 🤣

Nas
>>125753539

I agree however, knowing how shady the higher-ups are I think it's more than that. I agree that Yaga should've definitely been monitoring their health and he definitely gave them freedom to use their own judgment however, I think the main reason for them killing Yaga is to assert dominance; showing everyone what happens when you side with Gojo. I mean Mechamaru had been feeding Geto information for a while and helped him enter the school which caused people to be killed (I know he was using them too) yet Gakuganji wasn't punished for it despite being his teacher. Why? Because he's one of the higher-ups. Yes Mechamaru is dead but if their whole legit reason for killing Yaga is for him to take responsibility then they should've did it to Gakuganji too. There's documentation for Geto's death, there's witnesses (from both schools) as well as respectable Sorcerers who knows that it's Kenjaku that took over Geto's body, etc. Yet none of that mattered to them because it was just easier to say that Geto and Gojo teamed up. As much as I love Yuji, I understand why the higher-ups want him dead; Sukuna is dangerous but everything else nahh.

tany

i don’t believe yuta is killing itadori considering he was once in yuji’s shoes and was saved by gojo. im pretty sure yuta has a plan

Miekala Jones
>>125753539

Oooh great point about Gakuganji. They should've definitely looked into him more. I understand them going after Gojo since he did let Geto go the first time. Then him not disposing of Geto properly in JJK 0 is what allowed him to be controlled later. Gojo is very egocentric and careless, always has been. But I see more of your point about Yaga. I still Yaga should take some kind of responsibility, but then they should also do the same with Gakuganji. It's like the higher ups have a point, but for the wrong reason.

Nas
>>125753539

Oh for sure Gojo needs some type of punishment too. He let his friendship get in the way of doing what's right and if I'm not mistaken I believe Shoko was the one who did the autopsy on Geto so there's that as well. The only reason why they won't look into Gakuganji is because he's with them so if the higher-ups look into him then all of their shadiness comes to light as well. They're so focused on making sure Gojo and Yaga are out the way rather than righting the wrongs and holding them accountable. Just look at the whole Rikco situation; they already figured that there might be an interference so they already had another one prepared just in case (I think that's also what lead to Geto to turn; knowing that the higher-ups knew something was going to happen yet kept them in the dark).

Miekala Jones
>>125753539

FACTS! Geto was ultimately trying to save Jujutsu society, but just went about it a really wrong way (the only way he thought would actually work). It's crazy cause I feel like the higher ups could have actually done a lot of good if they actually prioritized the nation's safety. As a manga reader, I can't wait til the anime catches up so I can talk about more stuff without spoiling lol

Nas
>>125753539

Yes! And I think that's why Gojo tried so hard to keep Yuta and Yuji at the school; the world is literally changing right before their eyes yet they're still clinging to their old ideology. Geto should've been a wake up call for them that their way isn't working. At the end of the day it's just a bunch of old dudes sending kids to fix the world and possibly get killed in the process. People have been spoiling Jujutsu Kaisen on Instagram so unless I know a few things that would've blew my mind if I didn't. I couldn't even get in my feels with Nanami and Norbara because people spoiled it and even posted the manga wayy before anything happened in the anime.

Miekala Jones
>>125753539

Yeah the higher ups are really stuck in the past. And yeah I really hate how people just spoil stuff, like how is that even fun? They literally act like children when they spoil things. I read the manga so I knew what was coming, but it's way different reading the manga from the start then seeing it animated, than it is just getting spoiled on it when you never wanted to know until the episode comes out. I feel bad for everyone who gets spoiled. It sucks

JayJay

considering how corrupt the higher ups are and how often they are lied to especially by gojo i dont think yuta is going to hurt itadori, they are both also heavily influenced by gojo, yuta wouldnt do something like that to one of gojos disciples also hes the main character do we really believe hes going to die

Jackson perez

Wasn’t my favorite season but seems like people liked it

Yeah but I could see Yuta thinking Yuji being alive is an issue strictly because of Sukuna and what better introduction back into the show for Yuta than a fight between the two MCs?
