Eric Hegeman

Question: is a pelvic wand useful for tailbone pain? If so, does the upcoming demo cover that?

Eric Hegeman

Awesome! Thanks. I was actually looking at buying one shortly

John Evans

Is the live demo for the wand on a male or female?

Looking over Dr. Milner's bio. I have a question about prescriptions for transdermal testosterone gel. I do not feel I can depend on OHSU Urology's Men's Health as a continued source for the gel so I would like to have resources to fall back on if OHSU discontinues prescribing. One problem is that medical providers are reluctant to prescribe TRT to men who've been treated for prostate cancer. Their concern is that TRT may cause recurrence. My take is that I'm either actually cured and TRT will be no problem or, if there are some cells still circulating in my blood stream looking for a place to grow, the cancer will make itself visible for treatment. I'm not willing to give up quality of life for hypothetical drifting cancer cells. I'm also more than a bit evangelistic about getting word out about the balance between SHBG, total testosterone and free testosterone. Most folk focus on total testosterone, but as in my case, a higher than normal level of SHBG can lock up enough testosterone to keep the level of free testosterone too low for body functions. With TRT my total testosterone level is high, but my free testosterone level is just mid normal and enough to function.

One important item is that the prescription from OHSU is completely covered by insurance.

Eager to see what Sept 19 has in store. One of my "at home" exercises my PFPT has me doing, is the one with my hands flat on the seat of a chair with my back arched. I take a deep inhale as I bend my back upward and do a kegel squeeze, then exhale as I lower my back and raise my head. The thing is, I can't really feel my PF muscles "squeezing" like I used to. This Tuesday will only be 4 weeks. I guess results kind of vary based on the condition of the muscles? I'm just hoping that all of this helps, not only with getting back to "normal" pooping... but helping maintain erections without the use of modem medicine (the little blue pill.) I asked her last week if she thinks I might be reaching a point at which I can stop taking those pills. She said "We're not at that point yet," but she hasn't really done much other than assessments on my "rear muscles" (internal assessment and therapy with each session,) and the perineal area closest to the anus. She hasn't done anything to assess the perineum up toward the bulbospongiosis (why does that sound like a Harry Potter spell?) Maybe she's working on getting the bigger health concern worked out, first, before moving on to ED issues? Obviously, this is something to be addressed with her, but I'm curious to know if I should wait to ask, so we can work out my bowel movement problems, first?

Looking forward to the wand demo, got the entry and clock down but still unsure about pressure. The vibration is nice though

Hey Danny! It takes about 8 weeks for muscle strengthening to take effect. If you're having difficulty feeling this muscles in action, place your hand underneath your pelvic area while sitting and engage those muscles —bring awareness to what you notice there when you contract and relax your pelvic floor muscles. Other helpful feedback tools might be using a mirror, sEMG biofeedback, or real-time ultrasound if that is accessible with your therapist. Re: the "little blue pill" depending on the other potential physical and psychological contributors to erectile function, it may be a sexual resource to rely on, sorta like wearing glasses. We might not like wearing them but they sure help us see and engage in the world better!

Dooooc! Two days, can't hardly wait for the pelvic wand demo. Need your calm, Serene tone and instruction to do this some what scary task myself. It's one thing to insert a foreign object into my anus but a scary task to move it around when unsure what the feelings are inside the rectum. Also I have wanted for a long time to know what your schedule is like and what it takes to do your patreon along side your daily business. You are such a busy young lady, And it is most appreciated.

I'm excited for the pelvic wand video release too! Lots of folks have requested a step-by-step guide with a live demo. I'm just so grateful we have very willing and generous model to support our efforts here. 💙

Yes, you do have very willing and generous models who have bigger balls than I do-to put themselves out there like that for the benefit of others.
