I would suggest adding Hot Octopus Pulse to list. NB: they have an affiliate program.,,

I'm sure these are all quite helpful. But they also seem like more pleaure-producing. I may have to watch your video on pain, again, because I may have missed the part about pleasure and orgasm being helpful in glans pain. I don't experience glans pain very often. But I've never associated self pleasuring with relief of glans pain. The few times I've experienced it, self pleasure seemed quite unappealing.

Vibration can be analgesic because it stimulates different nerve receptors that have been shown to be anti-nociceptive (reduces noise of danger detectors). Of course, any treatment should be individualized and based on a thorough pelvic floor evaluation to determine the most appropriate treatment plan. These are just suggestions to consider along side medical guidance.

Like I said, it's not often that I ever experience pain, there. When I do, or feels like kind of a muscle ache or something like that. It's never been severe... just fairly uncomfortable. Next time it does occur, I've got two toys I can try. One vibrates, the other is a basic sleeve. After looking over your list, it seems either of those should suffice. Thanks, as always, for your educational material.

Consider exploring underneath the scrotum (perineal area) rather than direct to the glans. And general massage with your hands and fingers could work nicely too. Keep us posted on how it goes.
