Your sexual health isn’t just about avoiding problems…it’s also about knowing what feels good, what feels safe, and what feels right for you! ❤️

Here’s a challenge for the week: explore your own “pleasure map.” That could mean touching different areas of your body, experimenting with pace or pressure, or even trying non-genital touch that turns you on or feels less threatening/neutral/good if you're experiencing pain.

Why? 🤷 Because sexual health includes sexual agency and the ability to communicate and advocate for your needs. The better you know your own body, the easier it is to share that with a partner (and the better the sex you’ll have).

Think of it like GPS for your sex life. The more accurate the map, the more satisfying the journey. 📍

I'll give it a try! I've never actually explored my own body. I know what my wife does that turns me on, and what she does that really does nothing for me. I need to find more pleasure zones.

I'm already pretty familiar with my body as I explore it regularly

I've haven't analyzed touch much, just enjoyed it in cuddling and all. Interesting in that I've learned some about feel good touch from massage sessions. Definitely not sexual touch. First time my massage therapist stood at the top of the table and put her hands on my upper chest my first reaction was, "Well, THAT's pretty personal..." even after she'd spent the last hour running her hands all over my body. Now I see that as a very nurturing touch and look forward to it. Likewise interlacing fingers, effleurage and cranial massage. Pure pleasure.
