Got a question about pelvic health, pleasure, or anything that happens below the belt? Here’s your chance to ask!

Drop your question for me below in the comments (nothing’s too awkward, promise). I’ll be answering these questions in an upcoming December video. So if you’ve been wondering “is this normal?” or “how do I fix this?”, now’s the time to ask.

Keep it curious, keep it respectful, and let’s learn together. What do you want to know? 🤔

I have, what I thought was sciatica in the lower left of my back…although, every now and then, it will switch for a short time to the right. Anyway…also, have degenerative disc disease too. It is predominant at the base of my spine. My therapist said I need to relax these muscles. When I try to, I get the urge to pee. Are these the same muscles I use to pee? How long do you have…I have more. 😬

Any specific exercises I should incorporate into my gym workout for the pelvic area and low abdomen? I'm reasonably fit now and work out 3-4 days a week for an hour with weights, kettle bells, band, bench, etc. My constant problems are tight hamstrings and hips.

I had surgery for Peyronie’s disease about 6 years ago. After that a lot of the sensation is gone making it difficult to achieve orgasm. Is there any way to improve sensitivity?

Gary

Dr Susie. Is there any recommendation for testicle sensation when you have pudendal neuralgia.

Frank Gabel

Dr. SUSIE can you tell the difference between a groin muscle strain and a. Inguinal hernia?

Gary

I get discomfort in the testicle when I walk or bend as the nerves affect the testicle.
