I know ejaculation and orgasm usually happens simultaneously in men. But they can happen one without the other, right? How unusual is this?

For men that take a long time to orgasm, is there a way to train the body to orgasm quicker?

Can hypertonic or pelvic floor problems in general in men cause weird shaped/or weird looking erections or cause the penis to pull or walk to the left and right while getting an erection? Basically mimicking peyronies in a certain way without it actually being peyronies? Mine would do this and then become normal once full erection was achieved, I also was checked for peyronies plaques and my urologist could not find any. I am almost back to normal from this with no pain at all, but symptoms slightly return for a few days after ejaculating and from ejaculating only. I am doing great other than that! Thank you Dr. Susie!

I almost always have to urinate when I stand up after a bowel movement. Is my enlarged prostate suppressing the urge while sitting?

When Perron‘s disease is brought on by an injury, where does the plaque buildup? Is it the Tunica Albuginia or the Corporus Cavernosa? I was hit with a hockey puck in between the tip and the main shaft at the crown and my cup and pelvic bones smashed it my penis with the force of the puck which was shot by an X NHL player. It was immediately bruised, but there was only a small fibrotic nodule. My primary physician said to wait and see how it progressed and within a month the fibrosis was about half an inch wide at the point of impact in both caverns. It’s now eight months later and I’m still waiting to see the Peyrrones specialist and the entire rigid part, from the base to halfway up the glans. It feels like an implant already. It is hard it’s bumpy in some places smooth than others but it feels like a nose. I’ve lost a couple inches in length and gained a couple in girth. It’s like a traffic cone now I’m wondering what therapies will still be effective because I’ve waited so long and have I destined myself to either Xioflex or a penile implant at this point? I would love to see a case of aggressive fibrosis that had an outcome other than surgery or impotence. Fingers crossed!! Thank you so much for hosting this!!

For a few months now I have noticed that when I orgasm/ejaculate I get very severe nasal congestion. I have to use a something like Afrin to realize some relief. Is this a common problem for men?

When I go a period of time between ejaculation (a week+) it feels like there is a backup of pressure and ejaculation can be slightly uncomfortable bordering on painful. If I ejaculate after in a shorter time period, it seems to return to normal. Is this normal?
