What actually motivates you to get up and move?

Not what you should do. What works for YOU!

Less pain. Better sex. Better sleep. Feeling like yourself again?

Movement sticks when it means something. So instead of asking, “Should I exercise today?”

Try:

“What kind of movement would feel supportive right now?”

Small wins count. That’s how your body learns it’s capable. I’m moving today to clear my head.

Your turn. What’s your reason? Let me know in the comments.

I always feel better. physically and mentally, when I exercise. That could be just stretching, weight training, hiking, kayaking or whatever. Just moving feels good!
