Take a moment to check in with your body… starting with your pelvis, then the rest of you.

Notice what you feel. No need to judge it, fix it, or label it. Just observe.

Let yourself be curious.

Bring your attention to your breath… your posture… or any sensations in your body. You can gently shift your focus from one area to another.

If thoughts or emotions come up, that’s okay. Acknowledge them, then guide your attention back to what you feel.

Get curious about the details.

Where is it?

What does it feel like?

Warm, cool, tight, heavy?

Remember, you’re just noticing… not analyzing.

If your mind wanders, gently bring it back. That’s the practice.

Stay here for a few moments… just observing.

And when you’re ready, carry this awareness with you into the rest of your day.

Give this a try and let me know how it goes for you.

Hey Doc, Interesting exercise, my last PFPT has me doing these stretches but never noticed this stuff. always breathing but only focused fully, just relaxing pelvic floor muscles Seated Figure 4 Piriformis Stretch penile retraction, testes heavy.left leg pain in hip noted glut tension inner thigh & lower abs tense, spasms Supine Butterfly Groin Stretch genitals hang comfortably feel no weight no pull, relaxed easily, spasms Supine Diaphragmatic Breathing with Pelvic Floor Lengthening mostly pressure & tension on lower spine, spasms pull from anus to penile tip with relaxing and lengthening Clamshell genitals relaxed at rest, tension/spasms in upper outside glut and perineum maybe bulbo muscle, started partial erection garden bending over pulls everything in the lower back and tightens the pelvic floor but resting on one hand bending takes the pressure off. breathing focus helps a lot through out all activities and boy does my brain run wild always pulling it back into focus. Great exercise noticed everything in my pelvis. Nice! Is this something you do every day? really enjoyed shifting my focus, most of the time it's on pain, THANKS! not to mention noticing every drop of water on me in the shower after.
