Just blessed

Definitely self conscious about my body from not being in the best shape currently working out) all the way down to penis size and being comfortable being nude in front of women because of those things … but it definitely comes from comparison

Mines generally struggling to be open about kinks. My wife doesn't have any so I always feel selfish and embarrassed bringing up mine. Worried she'll get weirded out

As long as I can remember, penis size and later in life, the amount of ejaculate I produce. Either way, I'm comparing myself to others.

Just blessed

That’s a real one right there … stay strong man hopefully you can eventually share that with her even if she doesn’t do them … getting that off your chest alone will do wonders

Accepting yourself, flaws and all, may be the greatest form of confidence. Not because you believe you’re perfect, but because you’ve stopped needing perfection to feel worthy 🩵

Comparison is a tough habit to break. Whether it’s penis size, ejaculate volume, or something else, the thread is often measuring our worth against someone else’s experience. Confidence isn’t about comparison. It’s about accepting yourself without needing reassurance from anyone else.

Thanks for sharing, Mark. That struggle can’t survive in the light. In other words, just by naming how you feel about sharing your kinks with your wife can weaken their hold over you. It can be scary to bring them up, especially when you’re worried about being judged, rejected, or misunderstood. You can still own and enjoy your kinks even if they’re not your partner’s flavors. Sharing them doesn’t mean your wife has to be into the same things. The beauty is finding a compromise and discovering what you can enjoy together while respecting each other’s likes, boundaries, and comforts.

Kevin

Thanks Dr. S
