41 Today… and Feeling Grateful (Patreon)

Today marks my 41st birthday… gosh, time flies. I’m sure many of you can relate.

With every day that passes, I’m reminded that each moment, once it’s gone, is gone forever. We never get to relive it, not even for a second. Life is precious.

Every day, I remind myself how truly blessed I am to do what I love: supporting men through some of their most vulnerable concerns, fears, and worries. It’s an incredible privilege to be a small beacon of light and hope, helping people move through struggle and find a little more peace, joy, and freedom in the spaces between each breath.

Today marks another year of living that passion, and I couldn’t have done it without my fans, supporters, family, and friends who continue to encourage me every step of the way.

Despite the unnecessary challenges and hate that occasionally come my way (yes, even your favorite pelvic superhero has her enemies 😅), I’ve chosen to transform every hateful comment, email, and yes, even the occasional voicemail into courage and compassion. Rather than letting those moments bring me down, they’ve only strengthened my determination to keep showing up and helping others.

So here’s to another trip around the sun. 🥂
