I had a strong negative reaction to tamsulosin and other similar meds. They helped a lot with the clenching when trying to urinate, but they made my blood pressure drop out. I was hesitant to try Cialis because I was afraid it might increase the unwanted erections I get on a daily basis. It doesn’t work as well, but it does help a little and didn’t aggravate the erection condition.
