Sex can be one of the hardest things to talk about… and one of the most important.

Maybe you’re experiencing pain during sex, erection or ejaculation concerns, changes in desire, difficulty communicating with your partner, or have questions you’ve never felt comfortable asking out loud.

You don’t have to navigate it alone.

In this video, I explain:

What sexuality counseling is

Who it’s for

What happens during a session

The difference between sexuality counseling and sex therapy

When each type of support may be the best fit

Sexual health is about much more than anatomy. It often involves physical, emotional, psychological, relational, and cultural factors intersecting. Sometimes having a safe, judgment-free space to ask questions and learn is exactly what’s needed. Watch the video to learn more about how sexuality counseling might be helpful for you.
