Sexual health isn’t just about preventing STIs. It’s also about pleasure, communication, comfort, and knowing your body.

Make a habit of checking in with yourself: What feels good? What doesn’t? Has anything changed?

And if something feels different, painful, or concerning, don’t just push through it. Getting the right information or talking with a healthcare professional can make a big difference.

How do you check in with your pelvic or sexual health? When was the last time you checked in? Share your thoughts below. I'd love to hear from you.

I’m usually checking in with my pelvic health daily. Dealing with BPH symptoms keeps me acutely aware of my pelvic floor. My sexual health is a work in progress. Having ED, I work on my erections several times a week through self-play, sometimes using toys or devices, other times just my hands to keep things stimulated and working as well as possible. Partnered sex benefits from this too 😜.
