I get it but I think it was pretty clear in this case, she always responded to his affection and even when she called him a bulldozer, it was in a scolding way because they way he did it, Mi So is definitely not that weak as a character. And as Lee said it, it's also that expression, it's kinda normal in kdramas, many of them have that innocent/shy face.

A lot of men don’t even consider those things unfortunately.
