I got real sick while filming penthouse two last night. I feel terrible when I sit up and I’m not keeping food in my stomach. This is a terrible experience

So I do not think I will be posting tonight as I feel terrible when I sit up

Also, if you can't keep food down get you some bone broth and have that for the next few days &/or just have your wife get you some electrolyte powder packets and water fast with those. This will hypothetically(I don't know your specific situation) help to get this flu/bug(?) out of your system quickly. You not keeping the food down, may be your body's way of telling you it wants to fast/have only liquids(with electrolytes) for the time being.

Your health is more important, so don't worry about it. We can wait a day or two for whatever you were going to record, and I'm sure that we'd welcome something being released a day early if you needed a stopgap to keep the flow of content consistent, so just focus on getting better.
