I think this is probably the most emotional moment of the show so far. They're doing a really good job developing this relationship and making us empathise with both of the lead characters.

If you enjoyed "the double" and are enjoying "love game in eastern fantasy," i'd recommend the currently airing cdrama "blossom" as well.

I'm thinking the doctor had a twin brother who is main guy. Grandfather tried to kill his grandson but he lived and they took main lead to fill his place because the dad figure in his life knew something.
