i liked this Drama guys...the warzone was massively over the top for me lol..and I spent most of the reaction upset that this man put this woman through that for 6 whole months....I understand he's reasoning and I do not accept it....

Thats aganozing torture...she loves him...despite him wanting her to "be free"...like fam...she tried to DRIVE OFF A CLIFF TO TO KEEP YOU SAFE!!!!

(ironically that can be a reason to let her go)

and don't get me started on the 2 billion won...SEND HELP...The Outrage..

anyways...i don't vent a lot during the ACTUAL reaction cuz it just turned people off..but this is my truth.

This last episode took such a bizarre turn smh

Eefs

Yeah I really hated about 40 mins of this episode. Made the show fall in my rankings

xartori

The argan part was unnecessary and did detract from my overall rating for this drama but the rest of the episode still made up for it :-) It brought downt he series from a 9 to a 8.5

The audio is off

This is a throwback drama in a lot of ways, and I've enjoyed that, but I really hated the Argan plot. We spent half the episode on nonsense. Overall still a good show, but it could have gone from the end of episode 11 to the middle of episode 12 and been a better experience for me.

Khaddija Fofana

Don't worry Lee, a lot of us felt the same way. I felt like I was being punked watching this episode.😂

Actually in the novel the argan plot was explain and really was necessary for the story but in the series it was not executed properly and I think they could just not include that one. Overall the story is still great just bad last episode.

Jerome

The audio isn't synced in the beginning. Ther is like an audio echo. You hear them talk in the episode then like a few seconds later you hear the dialogue again.

(just saw the updated description) Regarding the end discussion, I think he knows Hee-Joo well enough to know she'd value the school more than just getting 2 billion won. He also got rid of his blood money from his Grandfather/father, they still have her money and his money from their careers as well. I do deeply disagree with his choices in the final episode. They attempt to explain it, and the explanations make sense, but aren't satisfying, to me at least.

Sal

Havent even watched the reacyion and it will be hard, they pissed me off with these plotlines lmao. I fast forwarded through the war zone, was so cringe. Nothing was making sense. I agree with all your comments.

Imagine to have a drama with JUST 12 EP but the genres are thriller and romance at the same time. Lol

Carolyne kering

The drama was great up until episode 11.It felt like a whole different plot for episode 12.The Argan plot was so unnecessary.

Mikaeel Young

Great reaction. I think everyone agrees that he was stupid in this last ep by running away. He said he's punishing "himself", but it never occurred to him she was also being punished with him being gone.... and then she went to Argan.... when she was in the jungle I was like WTF is happening, is this the same show.....,lol, overall they wrapped it up nicely with a happy ending. Fantastic kdrama, definitely up there among the best.

That finale was chaotic - it should be illegal to include new plot lines (Argan storyline) in a finale! For the closing remarks, for a romance there's a new show called 'Love Scout' (on Viki) - it's a romance with no chaotic storyline, has a strong female lead, adult characters acting their age, etc. It's currently on air in Korea as well, so it's 2 episodes a week, with 2 already out.

Love scout would be a nice one to see the couple react to. I love the actress who play the fl of love scout because of her other show One Spring night which is kinda similar with this one that is taking over Friday and Saturday spots

This is her second role that I have seen from her where she falls in love with a single father also the same actress who plays the fl friends is also the same friend from One Spring night
