Man talk about a season 2 drop off… It was pretty obvious how the writers wanted to push a message about how revenge is wrong and cycles of violence doesn’t help anyone but this season was just too preachy for me. While the show was constantly preaching about how everyone involved in a cycle of violence is wrong the wriiters forgot to make ellie and abby at least likable. I just don’t see many ppl excited to go back in time and follow abby’s perspective in season 3

In the game you play as both Ellie and Abby the third season your going to see everything from Abbys perspective day one Seattle is when dina and Ellie came to Seattle to look for Abby that's what that means

Mckenzi Snowden

You get to see what Abby was doing during that time of when Ellie and Dina were looking for her

Season 2 definitely had it's flaws but I'm still excited for season 3 based on how much I love this part of the story coming up from the game. Has the potential to be peak TV if done right .

Actually, I’m looking forward to the next season. Abby story was the best part of the game. Btw the writer isn’t supposed to make the characters likable. They are supposed to just tell their story. Doesn’t matter if you like or dislike the characters because that’s subjective.

I have to say, Ellie’s revenge looks really pathetic rn, I just feel pity when watching her these last couple of episodes.

Really like Lee and the crew's commentary this episode. Dina and Jesse (RIP) was my favorites this season with them being smart and competent. I wish their characters was more fleshed out, showing us rather than telling us. OMG, Ellie was so dumb, selfish, and reckless. I'm looking forward to getting more of Kaitlyn Dever as Abby next season.

I never played the game but I got pretty much spoiled on everything that happens, lol. So I knew Jesse's death was coming, RIP to one of the Goats of this season. But honestly by episode 2 I kind of already had a feeling that Abby was going to be my favorite character and even though we didn't get much of her this season, all the scenes we did get with her she absolutely shined, so shout out to Kaitlyn for delivering. Can't wait to see her story in S3!!!!

You call it awful, yet you here. Stop bitching. People like you are fucking so annoying and retarded

Jerome

I would love to see Lee play TLOU 1 & 2 on the gaming channel before the next season! 🎮

You guys (not Lee, Adorkable or Director, lol) are so lame cause a lot of people talk about having “realistic” characters but cannot stand a pathetic character that makes bad decisions cause they are selfish and are blinded by hate. Yes, I am defending Ellie. Of course she’s a jerk, and she’s an asshole but guess what? We’ve all been there and I know we’re all like “Jessie this, Dina this, Abby this” but the point is to show how flawed Ellie is and I totally get it. I still like her. Is she my fave? No, but I don’t get all the hate. She thought she had the “Sasuke hate” on her to go on but she didn’t and a lot of people died because of her. RIP Jessie. Damn, it was instantaneous.

I know you’re not talking to me but I wanted to add. I don’t even know how realistic of a character she is. Not Only or her decisions bad.. but the plot keeps her alive. People save her for her or her own immunity kicks in which allows her restless behavior to continue. She doesn’t show an ounce. Not even an ounce, of growth as she continues to struggle. Signs of improving after constantly almost getting caught. Thats why she’s frustrating. Even using realisticness…. Shes dead. Long ago. She got captured by star on the verge of being hung and still got out lol. So conveniently She faces no repercussions for her decisions and continues the same decisions

@5:00 talking about freedom, there's and old adage that goes: Your right to swing your fist ends where my nose begins. Freedom as long as it doesn't trample on others.
