Fixing the boys and other glitches (Patreon)

Woke up and saw this

Just a heads up: I’m aware there’s a glitch with The Boys uncut version.

The glitch only happens on the uncut version. The original video file was already damaged because my camera failed during recording, and I had to use recovery software to save the footage. So I’m pretty sure that’s what caused the issue in the first place.

I’m sharing this so everyone understands the best way to report problems like this.

I am not the only person who uploads videos on this Patreon account, and my editors are not checking every comment section for technical issues.

I do read comments, but we post around 25–30 videos a week, and I’m also getting comments on videos from months or even years ago. So comments are not the best place for urgent problems.

For anything urgent, please use the chat room here on Patreon.

That helps keep things organized so I can actually see the issue, let the editor know, or fix it myself.

By “urgent,” I mean something that directly affects your ability to enjoy the content as a paying member. For example:

“The video is broken.”“The audio is missing.”“The file won’t play.”“The sync is badly off.”“The wrong video was uploaded.”

Also, being more descriptive helps us fix things faster.

For example, instead of only saying:

“The audio is off.”

It helps more to say:

“The audio sync is badly off. When I see the characters talking, I hear the audio a few seconds late.”

That kind of detail makes it much easier to understand the problem and fix it quickly.

The urgent chat is not really meant for general conversation or casual chatting. It’s there so actual technical problems don’t get buried.

I’m active in the Patreon chat rooms, so that is the best place to flag anything that needs quick attention.

Thank you for letting me know when something is wrong. I just want to make sure those reports go to the place where they’re most likely to be seen and fixed fast.
