i am keeping an ear out and i reserve the right to add a nother show to final rounds if there is something good i didnt think ofI dont wanna watch Black Lagoon in Dub...I've never in my life heard a dub and thought it sounded better than sub BESIDES the shows I grew up with that have a Nostalgia effect for meDBZYugiohDigimonGurren LaganSailor Moon EVERYTHING else I've listened to is superior to my ears in sub, but folks are gonna largely want dub or tell me why they want either language... it's already happening in the ROUND 1 poll...So i'm gonna skip that.Just dont wanna deal with itIs dub better than Sub...NOOOOOOO

A good VA can literally carry a mid scene and/or ELEVATE a scene... anyone watching Welcome to Demon School can see how happy I get when I hear the VA for Rukka from Rent-a-Girlfriend in like ep 20 of Welcome To Demon School...and it was like the best episode in a MINUTE...all because of Nao ToyamaI recognize VAs now...the joy is is now compounded because of my exposure to VA's just like my exposure to Korean Actors

I think shows like Vox Machina actually have GREAT VA's though, Same with Ben 10, thats just my opinionSubete (everthing)watashi waBoku WaE toMina!!!!BAKANA!!!!Fire phrases lol..

How ironic that I LOVE the Dragon Maid dub so much. Lolz. As a dubster whose native language is Texan, I'll also prefer to hear English and see Japanese, but.....dub is often too utter crap. Which....I'll put up with anyway. Still, the bulk of Japanese voice actors are absolutely Roxy-tier, and they provide the ultimate experience. I've got a short list of impeccable dubbed anime series- Code Geass Sword Art Online Steins;Gate Overlord Darling in the Franxx There are many more that I think are good/great, but these are what immediately come to mind with utmost conviction!

In shows is the voice acting my top priority no Japanese languages already speak with fluctuations in their emotions so that advantage doesn’t make me think it’s great if anything it’s below mid to me

Sucks to hear about Black Lagoon (I was fine with you watching it in sub, was never even a problem to me). I just dislike the fact you kept having folks tell you to do the dub.. Ya'll should understand Lee at this point and stop trying to get him to do something you know he isn't gonna do. No point in bothering him because he won't watch the dubbed version of something. I also know there's folks out there who if you reacted to it who would most definitely leave comments wanting the dub, so I don't blame you for skipping that headache. Why must folks ruin things by forcing their preferences upon others.. Despite all that, let's go dragon maid!

No Black Lagoon is an L. I’ve seen it in both sub and dub so it wouldn’t matter to me because they’re both good in their own way. I think y’all would’ve really liked it frfr but what’s done is done I suppose

I totally agree... I've been watching anime for over 15 years, I have also never seen an anime that i thought sounds better in English than Japanese. I also started watching dub (in my local language) then English from animax. But ever since I got access to Japanese dub I never looked back. i like Japanese dub so much i went ahead and learned Japanese. Currently finished taking n4 the other day and I'm taking n3 this December. Now no one can ever hit me with the "but you can't even understand japanese" argument when talking about subs vs dubs. as for this poll, I'm fine with either dragon maid or bungo winning. Dragon maid is a more chill wholesome watch, but Bungo is definitely has better writing, better action and more content as well with 4 seasons in.

I still hope you do watch black lagoon at some point because it is a good show and just keep it clear which language you will watch it in. Then if/when it wins a poll people know what to expect. I came to terms with you showing your preference for the sub if you were to watch black lagoon after our conversation in the comments of round one. Other people should try that too. Because im thinking more about the reactions than having my preferred version watched.
