Final live-action shortlist — highest projected Episode 1 performance After going through the suggestions, I narrowed it down to the shows I think have the best chance to perform well with The Collective / LEEgion. This ranking is not only based on tally count. Tallies matter, but I’m also looking at audience fit, channel growth potential, and which show has the best chance to pull people in from

Episode 1. Current shortlist:

1. Off Campus — 13 tallies

2. Bridgerton — 7 tallies

3. Teen Wolf — 16 tallies

4. The Pitt — 5 tallies

5. Widows Bay — wild card I want to hear your thoughts on this list. Also, just to be clear, I did ask for shows I have not already seen.

It’s not like I live under a rock lol. There are plenty of live-action shows I already know about, or shows I decided were safe for me to watch on my own time because I wasn’t reacting to them. I hope people understand the difference. For reactions, I’m not only picking based on what I personally want to watch. We’re trying to choose a show that can actually do well with the community, bring people in, and help grow the channel. If a Western drama test bombs, it makes it harder for me to scale that lane up. That’s just the reality.

I can start a C-drama with more confidence, and K-dramas have been reliable because the support is already proven. I’m currently not interested in Better Call Saul. I know it’s respected. That’s not the issue. It’s just not where I’m putting this slot right now. Y’all know how I move. Performance and data matter a lot in my decision-making.

ENTJ behavior, I guess lol. So don’t just tell me which show is your personal favorite. Tell me which one you think gives us the strongest Episode 1 reaction and the best chance to grow.

I think teen wolf has a rlly good story…a lil dated in the first season but definitely still good all the way through…I hope u watch it

I’m a Bridgerton fan and like how they blend period piece romance with remake of some popular modern songs. Also, they did the cast diversity really well. However, Widow’s Bay has all the major buzz right now and leads the Emmy’s this year with 19 nominations.

Teen wolf please

Jerome

I hear Widow's Bay is funny

ToonLinkGaming

I personally think both The Pitt and Off Campus have a very strong episode 1. For widow's bay I got hooked after episode 1. I can't speak on the others.

I do recall watching Teen wolf back in high school with my girl at the time. So long ago. Sailing past 30 boys.. Was good from what I can recall.

I would say that Teen Wolf has a pretty fun first episode along side a very well written overall story

I'm good with any of these. I'm just wondering if this will be a season 1 test run? Some of these shows have multiple seasons.

Teen Wolf all the way. The show set precedent for the shows that preceeded it. From the plot, pacing of the storyline, character development, supernatural villans, costume and make up, as well as chemistry between the actors, the show is good enough to rewatch multiple times over. I'm also considering the areas that would keep you guys engaged. Teen Wolf gives you a bit of everything. Mystery, Horror, Action, Romance, Drama, and SciFi. The show never shyed. away from the violence, gore, and controversial topics, despite the Karen's complaining during the time it aired. Also, the seasons get better and better as the characters grow. The final movie is even better. I just respect the production for always supporting the cast as they went through the woes of growing up on the show, faced outside criticism for doing things young adults do, and for keeping them together as friends who supported each other on and off the screen. On the other hand, Bridgeton is a good show and I enjoyed it for what it was. I just dont like how they made us fall in love with the ML and FL storyline, only for them to randomly disappear off the show. This is not a spoiler, it's well known across the board that the actors did not return; however, in my opinion, at the time it was airing not everyone knew this and it rubbed us the wrong way because the show did a horrible job transitioning the story. Again it's just my opinion and I did end up enjoying the show overall. Although the Queen spinoff show was ny ish. I can see the Queen becoming Lee's new villianess. LoL I didn't finish the Pitt not because it wasn't good, I just gave my K and CDramas priority at the time. Off campus was was a good show. The plot wasn't anything special or different. It's just the content was adult and fit the setting for college life. Well this is my 10 cents. Take it all with a grain of salt.

Out of that list I'm only interested in Teen Wolf, heard Widow's Bay is good but I haven't watched yet.

GosbotFire

I mean Roshi is doing the Pitt right now, can try to bring over the people that watch live action from him.

Infamous Nate

I think these are probably all good options ( I don't know Widow's Bay though)

Izzy

i would recommend teen wolf bc i think it has a bigger fanbase compared to the other shows and more people would def be interested in watching those reactions!

Luiz Neckel

The Pitt is amazing but i have no idea about how it would do audience wise
