I liked the outro but you guys seemed to completely missed that Old Future Rudy said that he failed before he noticed Younger Rudy. I'm assuming he means he failed to time travel to the right time.

I'm anime only here, so it's just yet another turbo random speculation...but I think the entire plottwist abaut the basement is that there is no plottwist abaut the basement, BUT Rudy going there somehow triggers some crazy butterfly effect that ruins everything 20 years down the lane...and it's some compleatly unrelated chain of events like "beacuse he went to the basement -> he didn't close a window -> sylphie got a cold -> she called in sick and didn't go to work next day -> and that day at work she was supposed to meet someone that would be a key to some national or even global tier disaster (yes I got bored of making a long ass chain of events leading somewhere so I just jumped to conclusion there xD)

my theory based only on the anime is that man god did not want rudeus to marry roxy or sylphy. man god told him again that he would have married the beast princess, still would have two wives if he did not go to save his mom. both rudeus and sylphy are supposed to be gone from the house leaving roxy basically alone. is there something in the basement? possible foreshadowing in a previous episode when nanahoshi said this world is so behind in using actual medicine that they don't clean wounds.

Bingeing this series has been a trip. It's gone from Lee+Erza to them +Director, to Lee and Director, to them +Adorkable, and back to Lee and Director. Honestly every combo has been great and glad I caught up because this show is great

Just weird that he would have rudy go down to the basement if this is a scheme to get rid of roxy. Wouldn't it make more sense to tell rudy to NOT go to the basement? im not sure how this works I cant imagine a random problem in rudys basement that he couldn't handle, or that would not kill him but kill roxy. Shrug, idk, I need to read the LN im so far behind

yup I think ur right, they keep saying that teleporting a human is incredibly risky and that when teleporting a live subject, they often don't come whole, I bet future rudy isnt long for this timeline, but I assume he'll disappear when he tells rudy and makes the change he wants him to make

I might see it but I’m talking already and I’m not looking for it cuz the title is not a priority to me personally. I can tell you Adorkable cared about them and would mention it and I’d say “yeah I didn’t look at the title” and not really entertain it. Lol. I don’t got much else to say

The way she talked to him was the Japanese way of speaking to a superior, or how you would address someone in an official letter, with utmost respect—not just out of respect for an elder—and it weirded me out to see 2 people who are friends interact that way. I mean, even if what he did is the biggest of deals for her, you would expect more closeness, and her talking that way kinda put some distance between them, I feel, to the point it grabbed my attention more than the end of the episode

The anime will NEVER explain this, so- It....should be Demon-God. All of that info Cliff(the Eye of Discernment) sees is based on what Kishirika knows. If she knows nothing about it, info won't show up. She is many, many, many thousands of years old, so she must have VAST knowledge of the world and the things in it. In this case, why would the text be in Human-God, Battle-God, or Beast-God?

D Nasty's take on Ariel's efforts to gain Perugius's help was great. Love the way he localized it and made a clear point. Reminds me of just how I felt reading it. Ariel is pretty fascinating to me. One day, she's this charismatic, OP personality princess, banished from her land by the threat of death to keep her from showing that she's the true heir to the throne....then, she's suddenly a teenage girl with WAY too damn much on her plate, with far too few allies and connections, reaching for whatever might help her live to take the kingdom to prosperity.

Just from Hitogami's words, folks are not down with him 100%. He says Roxy would have been fine without Rudeus, but the anime sure af doesn't make it look that way! She was like 2 feet away from being dungeon monster shite, so.....who exactly was gonna save her in time?!? Maybe the anime cut things closer for dramatic effect?

I asked that people don’t write information that the anime does not contain or reveal. So if it’s not found in the anime, then please refrain from commenting. We say this like every other week. Lol. I I am begging you to please respect our wishes. I’m not even debating whether or not it’s a spoiler or not but I’m just saying I only want to read and discuss things contained in the actual anime because that’s what I watch.

What I find weird is how can't he get information in the current world about man-god.
