Welp hahaha. I’ll be moving forward with a different host guys. Vimeo looking at $14,000 a year from YaboydontgotTHATkind of money. Any suggestions other than Streamable? Also sharing this. So folks see the reason for change.

Yoori

Have you tried google drive?

Jeremy Brooks

Might be worth reaching out to RuffSenpai. I think he had similar issues with Vimeo a few months ago and found some new sources.

Skeletan

There's Pixeldrain, WeTransfer, and MEGA, which another reactor I'm watching uses all 3 for each video

igkai

14 Racks loool who do they think they are??

ReaperCrewGreen

You could try Floatplane (www.floatplane.com), not sure what their policies are exactly but it could be an alternative

Mr. KilzoRising

Does Dailymotion still exist? Maybe that. Though I'm sure the policies are even worse.

Xorasta1 .

im not sure, but couldnt you delete old Reactions and post them as download here ? Edit: on second thought its dumb sry. ^^'

Looks like they talking about network bandwith, not the storage they use. sucks though.

Xsardes

Google Drive should work. I've heard there are problems when a lot of people try to watch the same thing at the same time.

KG

All I know is most people using Google Drive or Mega, you should consider one of those 2 or both of them

AC

if you post your pre and post reaction on youtube and the reaction separately, you can save on quite a bit of bandwidth. Blind wave is a good example.

Joshua W Capute

Fuck that shit that's a over a quarter of the $40k yearly earnings that is supposed to be the "average" US household's income

Grelk

Mega works

hurryupmode

There's limits on Mega and Google Drive, but they're good as backups. Dailymotion can get hit with takedowns, (see Animaechan) I think Streamable is the best option for high volume views.

ReaperCrewGreen

Doesn't youtube have member only content? Potentially you could move to that.

Hentai Man

Daily motion is good on mobile

Nate D.

my other patreon i subscribe to use MEGA

Thamor

Doesn't patreon have it's own stream option?

Jess

Lots of other patreon creators use Mega

Jess

And gdrive

ANIMEMUSE

Try uploading it to google drive and just putting the link below

Nick

Just curious does this person have an @vimeo email?

MurasakiKuro

Ah there it is. I was wondering when that issue would arise. I remember a lot of reactors getting hit with crazy numbers by Vimeo. Question. What problems does streamable have? I watch another reactor who uses streamable a lot and I really only face problems when I'm using mobile data with a shit connection. The reactor I watch used google drive, mega, streamable, and dailymotion. For dailymotion, they protect the video with a password. Not sure why they password protect it though. I really hope this information helps. Keep up the great work guys. You're top tier for sure.

They just know money is coming in and they compare me to NETFLIX! Lol. We gotta pay. They rope us in with low fees and jack it when we are dependent on them

m dunt

i mean paying for what you use is one thing extortion is another. I've never rated vimeo as a good streaming platform anyway so being extorted for a mediocre host is stupid. Try bitchute its mediocre too but seems ok

Robert

I never liked Vimeo anyway. always had issues with their player. which is why i always download the reaction and watch it offline.

Kamui

I never wanted vimeo. I only like Streamable or mega

Kamui

Also, I would never recommend Vimeo in general since most reactors got "striked" with their OP reactions on Vimeo and had their account suspended. It's good if you change now before it's too late

Random58

They might as well just put on the ski mask. 14k?!?!

Daniel Gonzalez

Mega just gotta download the episode and its fine

Andre

Do not go for Google Drive their solution is pretty bad, I think Streamable or Mega are safe option until the Patreon videoplayer becomes available to you.

Streamable also wants money if you exceed the bandwidth limit

Cody

I feel like Mega is the best

Kamui

Do not use Dailymotion as well, the reaction will get deleted eventually.

vashyy

Will the old reactions stay on vimeo or will they get uploaded somewhere else at some point?
