Rewatching fish man island and man it’s actually pretty good. I remember very little of it, But seriously if this series was a senin it would definitely be the number 1 anime. I can only imagine how dark certain fight scenes would be for example. 1 diable jamble kick on a fodder usually kills them but there body is still intact in the shonen , while in senin we’d probably see the guys entire body burst in flames and with the speed and mass of the kick you’d see the man burnt to a crisp in a matter of seconds. Same with luffy most his hits would shatter bones and especially discombobulate the fodder 🤣 the after math would be a wasteland of guts. People tend to like senin more do to the savagery of the fights for example the infamous demon slayer where u see demons getting there heads and limbs sliced off. You’d see the same with every zoro fight especially certain attacks zoro does in Pre time skip such as the twister has so much force that it would rip the opponents boddies to shreds turning the tornado into a red blood storm. This would definitely convert the AOT, beserk and demon slayer fans over👍

Scott not really there’s a lot dark comedies out there as of right now I’m watching American dad and 2 people got murked recently and the way they got murked was hilarious. U can have the seriousness without taking out the comedy completely look at dead pool they make it work too. Or even full metal where it got really dark yet they had that cutesy art style for comedic value. ROCK LEE IF YOURE READING THIS THE REST WILL BE SPOILERS HEAVY SPOILERS. But yea I’ve got just 1 complaint so far of the latest ark of one piece and it’s the oden raid where toei completely censors all blood shed where it just shows the samurai slash people and they just explode to blossoms. Yes maybe it’s symbolic but man does it take the seriousness and anger out of the raid I’m like NO DONT DO THAT DRENCH YOURSELF I THE ENEMIES BLOOD 🩸 At least show a silhouette of them getting cut but naaaaaw just som senbonzakura going on. But other than that the one piece anime/ other than the pacing is realllllllly gooood I mean it’s top 3 in my book

Those issues are more a studio issue as the manga shows blood but I get you fam. As far as the humor sure but I would be a different kind of humor and I like one piece as is I wouldn’t change it for anything.

Lol. It’s funny because you’re asking why in regards to my theory. But I explained where i got the theory. If he can turn to mud he can alter his shape possibly. Hence the silhouette. I’m pretty sure I explained. I would naturally find my theory to be right or wrong by continuing to watch

Sorry if it came off spoilery or combative but it would be impossible for me to answer that question. it would be like saying Luffy will use his devil fruit transform into a key at the end of the series in order to find the One Piece... I cannot tell you definitively* that it would never happen as the show is ongoing but I can certainly point out to why that is highly unlikely lol. Again sorry to burst the bubble on your theory my point was Caribou's powers don't work like that and have never been stated to either.

Close but not quite right. She got spooked by a wanted poster of Arlong. It was on the way to the island when Zoro's friend Yosaku mentioned Jimbei to Sanji and Luffy when he was talking about Arlong.
