Ohhh this should be fun. Date A Live is a great show, it's more than it first seems like

Aaron C

Holy shit this show brings back so many memories of when I first started watching anime

Commander Dodge

Oh wow 😯!! What a pleasant surprise!!! I know that y'all have a packed schedule and that this is only a sponsored post but I hope that you both enjoy the series!!!!

Afflykshun

Omg I haven't even thought about this show in forever. I watched the first 2 season but stopped after that. This is so nostalgic

Mr. KilzoRising

This is a show that I didn't like past the first season. Just my personal taste on it, a lot of people seem to enjoy this considering it got 4 seasons so I'm probably the 1%. Take my opinion what you will.

ratings of the show seem to trend upwards, but that might be because the people who liked it continued more often. You will see that happen sometimes.

John Ng

What a pleasant surprise indeed! I'd never thought that you'll react to Date A Live. I heard that there's going to be a season 5 so it's a joy to see you reacting to this series.

SalmonYu

Ohhh that's why there's two intros. Naruhodo

Connoisseur

Yeah, I'm up for it. Harem ecchi battle anime? Why not? This is one of those shows that I've seen the first few episodes of multiple times cause it seems like it's right down my alley but for one reason or another I never finish. But, I felt the same way about Tanya the Evil for the longest time (different genre but another one I could never commit to past 1-2 episodes) and I wound up watching the whole series and the movie here with you guys. So let's do it again.

Lexxlionz

So the show has a lot of fan service, lots of comedy but behind the scene is the game changer. What’s really going on in this world is crazy

Lord Precht

This’ll be fun🤣🤣

Nathan

This is a surprise alright. This is a show that I actually ended up binging when I first watched it. Though, the first 2 episodes I almost dropped it, but near the end of the 3rd episode, I had to keep watching. Still not a show to take the plot seriously, its a fun show, but has a few moments were it does get serious, and its those serious moments that I kept going back for.

Asserooku

I hope you guys continue this show until the best girl arrives (The OGs of the show know who is it). Not going to spoil it, but the only way to know is to continue it (at least till the end of Season 1).

Kruitta

i personally realy like this show, if you like the series and get enjoyment out of this, it would be nice to have you keep watching.

OneAnk

one of my fav Season 4 already bang and s5 also announced i wish you all continue this

CjTheHbk

anime is fire please keep watching it !!!

Pyraph

Oh awesome, it'd be cool if you continued!

FireFist500

Nah I heard many great things about this show so the ratings are most likely correct and that there are more and more people enjoying it.

Anthony Nguyen

That double intro absolutely killed me, did not expect that at all. I'm extra glad it was worth uploading the eps in advance for you then haha ! Also happy that you enjoyed the episode too! If you already enjoyed what you've seen so far, you'll love what left to come! Nobody else commented on it so far, but the part where you talked about how you would feel about going out to search for your kid really hit a nerve!

Anthony Nguyen
>>87950836

The show has more and more layers of depth the further you get into the story because more and more questions get answered, which makes later seasons feel more and more rewarding. It maintains what makes the show enjoyable initially, but scratches more itches.

Anthony Nguyen
>>87954527

If they get as far as you're talking about they won't be getting off the train until the end of the line!

Random Guy

by "only went with", do you mean its the first one you made or it's the only one you would watch? Coz wouldn't it be unfair if they paid but the other shows don't get watched?

Wadi Syed

Keep watching it is a fun series

SilentOne

I was wondering why you were mentioning date a live in the Trapped in a dating sim episode 6 but now it makes sense.. If you guys continue don't forget the OVAs/side stories (like, Date A Bullet: Dead or Bullet & Date A Live II: Kurumi Star Festival) and there is a movie between season II & III. Looking forward to seeing the rest if you decide to continue with this.

Moony

Symphogear is fucking fantastic, good to see that on the list!

L.C.

Damn I was thinking about doing a reaction request for testament of sister new devil.... Its sold out lmao. Also its 300 dollars lol. A little out of my price range. Shittttt.

L.C.
>>87976987

testament is basically a slightly more ecchi version of highschool dxd. Be getting in on that titty sucking action and softcore shit. Its still classified as an anime tho lol

L.C.

Lmao I completely forgot about this series bro. Remember highschool in Japan is actually college. That is the golden rule of anime. In this situation middle school is also college..... lol

L.C.
>>87977943

Yea I watched the first season or two years ago and just never ended up coming back to it

Tyler Lucas

Season 4 just finished season 5 announced I’d say continue with it I enjoyed the reaction

UltrA_ Ojisan

Bro the intro had me trapped in a dating loop lmao.

Anthony Nguyen
>>87950836

If you were paying close attention, there was plenty of story even during season 1. The plot was there all song, it's not like it came out of nowhere in season 2.

Anthony Nguyen
>>87950836

You might also want to edit your comment before Lee reads it, it provides hints at things that would make his reaction less blind.

KRB Letho

+1 from me to watch more

Luffyxsniper

+1 to continue watching this show i love it !!!

Fenrir

Noooo what a waste of time😅

SalmonYu

If I have the money I would request Heaven's Lost Property, not sure if the patreons are familiar with this anime but it's preety funny. AIC goated btw

Fenrir
>>88071606

My bad bro your right, i apologize to you and the sponsor.

Anthony Nguyen
>>87977943

The novels hit the same peaks than Danmachi's novels, and the authors of both series are good friends

Anthony Nguyen
>>88071606

Are you sure you're in the right place? While they've done quite a few "smart" shows like Steins;Gate and COTE, I think it's clear if you're watching a lot of their vids that Lee and Director ABSOLUTELY LOVE so called "trash" shows because they can relax and have fun with it without being too worried about missing details and getting their heads exploded every 5 minutes. Even as I say that, Date a Live is absolutely a smarter show than it first lets on, after all 22 novels have been published you can go back to the very first episode and see some crazy foreshadowing that won't pay off until Season 5 of the anime next year in 2023.

Fenrir
>>88071606

I get it man i ****’d up😭 i was excited when they reacted to Arifureta, also a so called “trash“ anime so why mock anothers taste. Once again i apologize✌🏽

Thamor

Haha that early confusion reminded me of your first watch of Overlord. Boys were so confused on names of the show :D. You wanted opinion, so I would rate this higher than Trapped in a Dating Sim.
