Lee, if you solely wanted the box set of one piece then okay, but if you wanted to buy it in bundle, I saw that they were selling the manga in bulk at a store named Book Off in NYC last year when I went, might not be the same, but don't know if this is helpful, now onto continuing the reaction.

Hey I wonder If you guys are planning to watch episode 907 which was a special One Piece episode(filler). It is an earlier work of Oda that one day would become the One Piece, we know today! I think it is as good a time as any, given you passed 1000 episodes. Congratulations on making it this far! Still there are many years ahead! So I still look forward to the content, that is to come!

I understand how you feel Lee. I think a lot of the one piece fans expected something epic storywise but understandably we got this instead. Fear not, as the manga chapter 1000 is actually adapted in episode 1015. Manga chapter 1000 would’ve been nice to be adapted into episode 1000 but of course we know that’s not how Toei work. In saying that, manga chapter 1000 was worthy of being the first 4 digit chapter, and you’ll see why in ep 1015.

Episode 1000. Y’all did it. So many great moments. My favorite has to be Lee and Erza crying for Ace. Or the fact that this man has PTSD over Openings bc y’all bullied him into not watching them anymore lmfao.

Yeah sucks about the opening. (I personally prewatch opening for my little sisters and let them know when they can watch it to not get spoilers but Lee thought that was to complicate so either none or all it ended up being)

You can’t really blame Toei tho there was no way they were gonna be able to adapt chapter 1000 into episode 1000 unless they cut material out which they won’t do not to mention that would be a lot of material and somehow not have the anime catch up to the manga because that would’ve presented its own problems just look at DBS as an example the arcs for both the anime and manga were done differently.

The whole crew has also been pretty inactive for 2 years as well the last few arcs being pretty Luffy focused battlewise. Most of the strawhats haven’t really been challenged since the timeskip in any meaningful way.

True they were only active for say 5 or 6 months before getting seperated at Sabaody - Luffy was only one who was in Marineford War so his bounty shot up. Jimbei too but not counting since he wasn't member yet (Fishman Island was isolated) Then next few Arcs It was all Luffy, Ussop got a huge increase due to God Ussop and Sanji cause Vinsmoke

I think it is like 3 years to find the One Piece instead! So after that it will be the Final War(2 years) Whitebeard was talking about, then the ending, then the Epilogue (within 1 year)

How so? That puts him at Cracker and Smoothies bounty range. They have done far more the Zoro, in world! They are also member of an established Yonko crew. And from how the Big Mom pirates move they have probably devastated multiple islands! Given that we have seen characters like Bobbin and Almond done it! Does Zoro strength really make up for the difference in time, feats, reputation etc... No! In my opinion Zoro's and Sanji's bounties should have been liike 50 mil higher then it was, but that is that.

Ok luffy went there to get sanji get a copy of the of her red Poneglyphs and he did it. She went to wano to get luffy to save face so how did he took the L

It's funny a lot of the strawhats could be captains clearly Jinbe but Zoro,Sanji ,Brook,Franky,God Usopp,Robin,even chopper and Nami think about Jinbe was a captain so was Brook and Usopp Nami and Robin was pirate pretty much when luffy met them zoro has a bigger name and two bounty hunters under him Sanji was co captain of the restaurant ship learning from a captain Franky had a crew just a bad outlook on pirates chopper learned from a pirate just didn't have the confidence same as Usopp but they all was capable of being a captain and the grand fleet sign up because of Usopp which gives him a stronger crew than the warlord buggy
