Nice, there’s a really fun quiz you can do online for filling out all those hiragana, I use that over filling out books since I can just redo it a million times lol

Congratulations! Use it or lose it. I was almost fluent in conversational Japanese when I left college but never had the chance to use it and have since forgotten 80% of what i learned. So make sure to use it but it’s really cool and I’m happy you’re achieving your goal!

It can to an extent. When I learned though, anime In Japanese was hard to come by (93’).

Be careful about using anime to learn new words/pronounciation btw. People in my class got scolded by our teacher in Japan for sounding like anime characters when they speak. Imagine someone learning how to speak English by watching Shaggy in Scooby Doo lol
