“Flower of Evil” and “It’s okay not to be okay” are already accounted for… so there’s no need to add them here. I’m planning long term.

which of these kdrama do you prefer?

Im looking at folks funny for suggesting D.P.

Comments

Midnight

D.P is so damn good man hopefully one day 🤞

KenyBeans

I made my vote but if you didn’t like the Goblin King because it’s too mushy then Hotel del Luna might be a chore for you. They gave similar vibes to me. Can’t wait to see what you pick.

Mochi

pls vote for Strangers From Hell guys I'll buy you all candy 🍬 😘

Sal

Mr Queen is the only one of these I've seen but it's a really funny drama. It balances the comedy, romance and emotional stuff well

key

d.p is soooooo good!!

DannyB

I didn't like Hotel Del Luna, why are you guys recommending this to them, I think they won't like it either

KenyBeans
>>112717992

Now as one that begged for Goblin King, I really try to think about what would be entertaining for you.

John Ng

Since Lee always looks at me funny especially after Dangers in My Heart, I'm choosing DP just to let him continue seeing me funny 🙃

Royal Yaya

I'm saying Mr.Queen for the isekai vibe 😌😌 But I also really liked Hotel Del Luna.

YaBoyRockLee Reactions
>>112717992

I dont hate Goblin. It was overall worth it. Just not as much as Itaewon, Flower of evil, it’s okay not he okay, The Glory, extracurricular, uncanny, business proposal. I like these all significantly better and the trio agrees

miki

DP PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEE 😭🙏🏼

Hammi

I have no idea what these shows are so I'll vote for the most dope sounding one

Random Guy

Mr. Queen is pretty much the only thing I liked here. Hotel Del Luna, i watched halfway and then I dropped it, I like the actress but I am not convinced by her and the male lead acting.

LightMyPath Star

I will comment again…. Strangers from hell needs to be patreon only . This is for the creators only. I don’t want you hit with copyright. The show it’s worth watching amazingly good. But beware if you decide to posted on youtube

Hammi
>>112718796

Lol Thats what I voted for. All others have mid names with the exception of DP

Prince Moses

Hotel Del Luna & Mr Queen (BOTH HAVE GREAT STORYLINE + WAS HIGH RATING IN TV SHOW AT SOUTH KOREAN) !!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!

Jerome

Mr. Queen!!! When I watched it, in the first episode, I was like the female lead is pretty but I don't know about her in this role. But over time, she grew on me and I really liked her character and performance. Plus, the actress who play Shin Ha-ri's best friend Jin Young-seo in Business Proposal is in these.

Ren

Are these the only options?

Sal
>>112719741

The female lead is one of my fave Korean actresses. She's fantastic in every role I've seen her. Mr Queen is my fave performance from her too

Mochi
>>112719012

I haven't seen anything about it?? I'd ask ManicMeeks first.

LightMyPath Star
>>112719012

I watched the show in another channel the guy got hit and yt kept blocking the episodes no matter how much he edited them. Also a couple that also do reactions got hit by copyright last year for the show. I know they are Canadian but I don’t think that makes a difference at all. And since I was following those channels on yt I knew what happened. Strangers from hell it’s sometimes call “Hell is other people” as well in the UK and Australia I think. Anyway that’s the info I know so I always warn Lee because I don’t want the channel to get strikes at all

Araceli

Strangers from hell is so good!!

Ren
>>112719896

Please add The K2, Vagabond or Big Mouth to the list

respect

At this point I’d rather u watch all the trailers and see what fits ur fancy everyone’s pre much a fan of all of them just favs obv

respect
>>112721545

Also vagabond to me is something I feel you guys would enjoy also DP since it’s on there

Kiana

Guys rocklee likes things with high stakes and where things are happening during the plot of the drama. So please keep these things in mind when choosing a drama for the poll.

Mochi
>>112720682

understandable, I do think Canada gets more scrutiny because there are a looot more Koreans in Canada, but that's good to note.

Mochi

Personally, I'm about to raise a stink if Hotel Del Luna wins, I'm rioting in the streets and throwing trash on behalf of the collective responsibility of whomever voted in such an egregious way simply to ignore the opinions and requests of the reactor and I'm honestly convinced those of you who vote this way are very selfish. Shame on yall. You want high stakes, dark plot and fast paced show? Strangers from Hell, no question. No hezzy. You want dramedy with unique plot interesting 🤔 plot devices? Mr. Queen, but be advised, this is a risky show and might get hit with copyright strikes 😬 it got taken down from nearly all streaming sites despite its insane high ratings due to major controversy. You looking for a short but sweet, hard hitting military drama with real high stakes and real stories? Go for D*P, however it does get extremely slow and borderline boring from 2-4 and doesn't pick up again until episode 5. There is a second season on the way. You want ever wondered what Haunted Mansion would be like if it were a Kdrama? Then pick Hotel Del Luna...ig. It's...certainly a choice. There's good actors, and it's a decent story....but I for one am sick of romance dramas. ....and That's my spiel. TL;DR: A drama like Strangers From Hell only comes once in a lifetime and it's a crime to vote Hotel Del Luna over it. 🐸🍵

Kiana
>>112722845

I agree with you. It seems like most people voted or chose dramas that they themselves like and want rocklee to react to versus choosing shows that rocklee and co. would like . It’s like. “I like this drama and therefore you will like this drama too because I like it”. Without maybe asking the person “hey what do you like or look for in a kdrama ?” That’s why I chose two dramas that I figured from what he’s said his preferences in the past the he would like . But I guess others are different 🤷🏾‍♀️

Irieezy.
>>112722845

I agree, the gang already said they didn't want another romance. People gotta remember it's gotta be their taste not just one of your faves. Strangers from hell I know they would definitely enjoy and different from the norm they've been watching so far

Anonymous

Mr queen and hotel del luna, but stranger from hell taking the place!!!!

summer

I vote Strangers from Hell. I dont think they will like Hotel de Luna.

94_h

I watched Hotel del Luna and loved it. It deals with death and the afterlife, which are the themes of recent dramas you've reacted though, so maybe a new plot is needed? Now, I'm interested in Strangers from Hell and would love to watch it with you guys! I recommend watching the trailers first to check what catches your eye.

Jerome
>>112719741

That was the only Kdrama I've seen her in or remember seeing her in.

Sne Msomi

Damn vagabond didn’t make it

Araceli

Will you guys be finishing Goblin or dropping it and continuing another kdrama? ( don’t really care either way)

Diajna

Strangers from Hell is 100/10

YaBoyRockLee Reactions
>>112722845

Yea and to be clear. I don’t mind a romance like Businesses Proposal. I’m just being clear that more shows like Goblin isn’t our preferred interest. The Governor episodes can be cut by 15 minutes each. Has a lot of back and forth moments or stagnation to sell the “drama” but the story is good and rewarding. I don’t mind people being selfish. Cuz…..they gotta consume the video and wanna subscribe over us loving something with less subscribers as people would cancel subs and wait for us to cover what they like I consider myself in the service industry. I serve entertainment for people

Cocalita

I don’t care what Patreon I’m on, the kdrama polls always bring the most drama. Always.

Mochi
>>112722845

That's what Hotel Del Luna is. Also, didn't you say no more Studio Dragon recs? That's Studio Dragon.

Sonicluis

I really want to watch y’all reactions to dark, where do I recommend it and for what poll. Please watch it, I’m begging 🙏

Mochi
>>112743661

you'll have to wait until the next suggestion day :c you just missed the ticket by 1 day.

YaBoyRockLee Reactions
>>112743661

I noted Dark when you suggested already I’m reluctant on western live action’s that we missed the peak because despite how great it is we don’t get significant support seeing You and Peaky numbers. So I concentrated to live actions that are airing now. Like Marvel Secret invasion, Kdramas cuz they support the videos in high enough numbers and of course animation reactions. Live actions take twice the time and budget of an anime but often get half…..the support lol. That’s troubling mathematically

NewKidsLoveAndFall

Anyone here who watched The Guest? Its an Horror drama and I heard it was good based on the reviews. I tried to watch it but I can't finish Ep1 because it scares the fck out of me. 🤣 I'm actually looking for anyone who was able to finish this. Please let me know if the entire series was as scary as the Ep1

Kiana
>>112722845

Yeah it is by studio dragon . But I think the ones that are safe are the ones that are 100 percent made by Netflix even if the production is from studio dragon or choose something that’s not from studio dragon right ?

Mochi
>>112745960

that's on my list! I gotta watch and see if it's real good

Ed Hwang
>>112741815

I don’t think it will win polls. It’s a mega budget, action adventure drama, with A-list actors and global locations, but that might work against it for the polls. It’s also a 16 hour movie.

Irieezy.

Okay we can close the poll now 👀😂

Orkena

hotel del luna defo should win

Jessica

I'm praying that strangers from hell wins over hotel del luna & mr queen. i love romance driven stories but definitely not my favorite genre. Out of these 4 dramas I watched the first 2 episodes of hotel del luna last year but wasn't engaged enough in the story to continue. Maybe it gets better but if I'm not engaged by episode 2, I give up. Kdramas are too long for me to wait it out lol. Strangers from hell has our grim reaper from goblin in our main cast so Im down to give that drama a shot. Premise for dp sounds good as well. Mr Queen id pass on, but that's just because i don't enjoy historical dramas (i didnt watch kingdom either) Curious to see what wins between hotel del luna and strangers from hell since they are only a few votes apart.

XSHINeeBAP

Omg I hope u will watch strangers from hell because I don’t think u guys will enjoy hotel del Luna that much since it’s similar to goblin

Olapskie

I would like to suggest arthdal chronicles since season 2 has been announced

NewKidsLoveAndFall
>>112745960

Let me know if the entire series is as creepy as the Ep1. I tried 3x to finish Ep1 but I seriously can't finish it. I usually watch horror but this freaks the hell out of me.

Mochi
>>112796350

Mr. Queen is actually hilarious, and it twists the historical drama in a really great way, honestly its only flaw for me is the romance subplot. I just like it for the comedy though. Hard agree on Hotel Del Luna(fortunately we got our win with Strangers From Hell~). I highly recommend watching D*P but don't be surprised if episodes 2-4 are very boring. It is a great show but it can be a chore. Has our baby Jung Haein in it tho
