I thought this was gonna be about Patreon trippin. I've seen some people say that they lost a bunch of patrons recently because patreon changed their billing system or something? Idk. Glad it didn't happen to you.

I get peoples frustration and I also understand your point of view,hopefully there isn't any major backlash or anything of the sort! If I at any point not resub and have to pay the higher tier I'll just cancel other patrons I have active as at the end of the day I do enjoy yalls reaction more and prefer yalls reaction to stuff 😅

Thought it was just me, I couldn't resub immediately to rocklee because of that so I had to use another payment method to resub.

i watched the video 2 times and maybe me not being native english isn't helping understanding everything. if i'm not bothering you, could you just tell me what's going to happen to regular patreons like me who get automatically renewed every first of the month for 10usd? btw it will be 2 years in september keep it up love your reactions :)

Nothing bro. Nothing changes for you. Keep doing your thing. If there is an issue. Just shoot a message. I’ll take care of it. You would only face an issue if you didn’t automatically renew on the first and waited hypothetically until the 2nd or the 8th and the spot got filled up

I don’t see the point in restricting a tier, it’s forcing people to buy content they don’t want. Just change Greg price of hokage tier If I’m missing something explain it to me but I don’t think the solution to inflation is to make people pay for something they don’t want

This seems excessive to me 10 bucks a month is already a fuckton for this kind of content; I mean premium CR is only 5.99 with premo Funimation included and the other reactors I follow for Korean content cap at 5 a month with about the same amount of content. I get you wanna give your guys a raise each month but that's really not feasible especially for this kind of business. As relevant expenses and costs go up I can understand but to do so artificially like this will only cause problems.

Understood most of this, I mean a well paid employee is happier and thus will be more productive. Question, is it standard in U.S.A to do monthly pay adjustment? I'm use to annually or quarterly if bigger shifts in business. Btw I could be wrong but some of the negativity could be caused by the fact the patreon member could be from a country that has been more negatively affected by Inflation thus things are already tighter for them and this was the straw to break the camels back which leads to unfairly placed negativity.

If you consider Directornasty more of a partner… start up partner. It would make sense more and most of us don’t do much on weekends and I compensate for that commitment

Damn the Legendary Sannin tier would be $21.50(Canadian dollars) for me. Ok so I’m a bit confused but to my understanding right now what you are doing is having a limited amount of people be allowed to join the Hokage tier? So basically the situation is that the people who seem to join later in the month might have no choice but to sign up for the Legendary Sannin tier?

I was charged 15 dollars for 10 dollars tier I don't if I could get the refund but I don't know how this . It was fine with all other channels but for this chanel I was charged 5 dollars for 3 times.

Thanks for the update. I understand the price change. I tend to drop off and come back later on if there's a series that catches my attention. Though even when I come back the next month, I still like to cancel all my auto payments and figure out if I want to continue towards the end of my membership. So for the most part, it lets me know that I should just stay on this tier without cancelling for a bit now since I still got series I wanna watch with you guys haha

I don't know Lee...it's hard to tell the percentage of newcomers that would be completely turned off from subscribing seeing the lowest tier capped and the $15 with no additional content compared to $10. And by hard I mean literally impossible. What I would suggest is like a $20 tier where you get all the reactions same day "Live and Direct". That would be for Netflix shows and movies that we know you stockpile in case of emergency or to have a more even schedule, the people in that tier would get ALL content immediately.

A raise every single month? TF??? I wish I got a raise every month. Shit. 25 cent raise every month alright that sounds reasonable but more than that is wild. Edit: I just realized you most likely don't do per hour wage but I still think depending on how much the raise is for the amount of time put in is still a wild thing to me if you give it every single month despite going down or stagnating. If you continuously go up yeah that works but reaction content creators don't really work like that from what I know

As a Canadian if I’m looking at the next available tier if the Hokage is clipped the next available tier cost $21.50….doesn’t look very appealing.

I just subbed to the Hokage tier this month primarily for anime and kdramas and I felt that $10 is perfect. Anything higher isn't reasonable in my opinion.

sounds very logical and i completely understand it, i have a annual subscription so its completely fine on my end, and a extra 5$ isnt really that much. i do annually because i have a odd habit of swapping what i watch or do lol, so i decided why not pay annually so if i wanna watch i can at any time. so keep up the good work lee
