Hey guys! Okay. Episode 6 of LiT seems to have come together. Rendering is already in progress. After optimization ~ 2 minutes per frame. We have 2832 frames. This is ~ 94 hours rendering. During the day I will not render only at night. As before. The plane will go on weekends. Then we will move better.

I will finish the LiT poster / cover image this week. I'm updating the Gatekeeper project. Unfortunately, I used the new workflow there as well (linked model). I have to go back to the old one there too. I messed this up. I will be putting an important vote over the weekend. This will be active for a long time.

A Lara look poster is coming next week. Either lingerie or blakctape. This month, the Puppy Trainer will get a new look. (and her name) More specifically, I'm correcting the current look. And of course we continue to Gatekeeper. Also, I rethink my plans and try to find some compromise.

Good night!

Hey there Wild Stud (lolz). I was wondering if you can answer some things for me, but you don't have too. 1) Why do people render for such long times when they could just do it live in some game? Not so much applying to you, where the quality is high, but to others who make things rendering for days when it sometimes looks worse than something they could've done in skyrim. 2) How long is a frame in real time? I think I know, but not sure. 3) What is the fps of your works, and is that standard for most artists? Thanks for anything. :-)

Hi Erik! Good questions. 1) The render time depends mostly to the render engine. And from the hardware. "Shit" can also be rendered for a long time and can be beautiful in a short time. e.g. With Eevee or Unreal engine. Many have only animator skills. They download the model and use it. Also, you need to know the render engine. Yesterday, even I was able to carve out a few minutes of time to better adjust the engine and the scene. 2) I have experience with Eevee. 1 frame with 2K resolution and 256 samples for 15-18 seconds. This is the last time measured at Gatekeeper. Similar scene, same hardware. 3) I use 24 fps in animations this is a standard.

I always just assumed they were poor and had horrible computers. :D Thanks for answers.

I have just started messing with blender and have a new Gaming PC with RTX2070 super and was shocked at the render times in cycles. I still have only rendered scenes but hope to try an animation soon. Still working on Posing. I have dual latest gen NVME drives and 32GB of the fastest Ram with a Ryzen 7 3700X 8core 3.59Ghz Processor and I couldn't imagine How long render times would be with anything older. 2 minutes per frame for your quality is amazing!

Thanks! Good luck with learning. I would recommend Eevee for animation as a start. But maybe I just don't have enough patience. :D
