New Survey: Discord use (Patreon)

Hey guys!

Please help me to see clearly. Let me know that you how are using Discord. Not just the Iphoneers, but everyone. I do not pass the data on to anyone and my goal is for as many people as possible to have access to my content. Thanks!

So to avoid misunderstandings, here is the full message I received from Discord:

Hey there. 

We're making some changes to help keep Discord a safe and secure place for everyone.  Thousands of servers have done a great job protecting their younger members by keeping mature content hidden in NSFW channels.  

Soon, you’ll be able to age-restrict an entire server. We're calling this NSFW servers.

NSFW server basics- Servers focused on NSFW themes, or where the majority of content is 18+, must be designated as NSFW.  - Users age 13–17 will be blocked from joining NSFW servers. - If a server is changed to NSFW, its content will be hidden from any current members age 13–17.  

For iOS devices- New members age 18+ will be required to opt in on desktop before they can join or access the server on iOS. - Additionally, a small subset of NSFW servers focused on explicit pornographic content will be blocked for non-mod members on iOS devices, per App Store guidelines. Sorry about that. Mods age 18+ will still be able to moderate from their iOS devices.  

For now, we have labeled the following server(s) you own as NSFW servers (not focused on explicit pornographic content): • wildeer camp  

These server(s) do not appear to be focused on explicit pornographic content at this time, so they will not be blocked on iOS.
